I like Harbor and Freight. If you are looking to do a quick project that you might not do again, this would be the place to shop. They have many tools for a good price. Many of their items are made in China and work well. I know many of the items at home depot are the same but will brand it differently. Of course if you want the best tools you will never go wrong with Husky, Craftsman, or Dewalt. But sometimes you just need to finish a project on a budget.

My 80 yr old grandmother went here to get herself a fold up wagon. The manager went back to get the wagon in a box from the back and when she was done paying for it she asked if he could help her load it in her car, his response was you look large enough to do it yourselfThis I feel is worthy enough to be fired for. Who talks like this to elderly people. Im furious!

The store is well laid out, good selection of what I was looking for, but the staff? Me and my buddy had a less than friendly experience with two staff members. I dont expect HF staff to be smiley and cuddly but man, at least show some level of customer appreciation and not give the impression you are bothering them.I have been to this location 5 times over two visits to Wenatchee and my experience is the same each time.I visit the Bellingham store often and its much different. Clearly a local management issue.

I love Harbor Freight. Yes, there stuff is inexpensive but if you dont beat the hell out of it, it will last. I have tools that I bought 15 years ago and they still work just fine. I have definately had to replace some things that I have worn out but for the price I could buy several of them and still be saving money. I am so glad they opened a store close to me so that I can touch before I buy.

This Harbor Freight location is really well staffed and managed, for which I am often grateful! We live over 100 miles away, but often shop there, and you really want them to be on the ball this way... to have things in stock, be correct about sales, and to have staff well educated. They do not dissapoint!

So I come in to Wenatchee Harbor freight to buy two generators. Mind you I have No experience with generators.So happy for questions. As I approach the front counter I asked the gentleman if I could speak to a sales member about the generators. The man I spoke to was named Justin. The response I got back from him was “ Someone will be with you in a minute man!” Extremely rude. So I backed off. As I come by a manager named Doreen I had also asked her about the generators I was even rude. She told me “Sir We told you someone will be with you in a moment so I soon as I have some time I’ll get to you! So go ahead and Browse the store.” At this point I got very upset so I go directly to the store manager named Eric. He didn’t even want to take a second to hear my point of view. Instead he told me to call corporate for a complaint. I just couldn’t believe this is how they treat there customers. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO HARBOR FREIGHT AGAIN. And I’m going to advise my loved ones and friends to never shop at a harbor freight again! Will get better customer service at Lowes or Home Depot.- William Fitzgerald

CHEAP stuff but I can find some GOOD stuff their greenhouses are an incredible buy,a little work but if done correctly it is a great greenhouse

Had an everyday item unopened no receipt standard item took it in on one of my four days a week trips to harbor freight to make purchases for four rentals we own.Manager rolled his eyes huffed asked my twice rolled his eyes.All on a 10$ item from a guy that used to shop there almost daily.Now I just check Amazon before I head to our rentals. And have it delivered in two days.Eye rolls. $10 unopened unused item.All caused the reaction of.Well I tired local but Amazon never rolls their eyes. And gets it to me at my job siteHey manager guy. If you can only recite chapter and verse of corporate they should hire artifical intelligence. As the manager used no logical business intelligence

Being retired and with my past experience having worked with the public,and numerous types of tools and equipment considering Harbor Freights inventory being on the lower end of quality, I am and have always been very impressed. Not only with the employees, but the ability to have someone not give the runaround if you do have a mishap . Keeps me going back, like anything else if you take care of it and use it for the job it made to do last a long time..I always have a good esperance shopping here, and in Montana, and,,, and!

A great GOODIES store with great prices for tools and various equipment related to building, plumbing, land projects. When we need or want certain tools or equipment we make a special trip to the nearest Harbor Freight. Super slow service for a Wednesday at 6:15 pm. All employees unloading truck leaving only one cashier. Waited in line for over 20 minutes for 2 people to be served in front of me. Shoppers beware.

I broke a breaker bar that I had just bought and without hesitation and actually before I even got to the place where the breaker bar was located the lady there had one for me and took my old one so there promise of tools for life is true.

Its got some realty kool tools at the lowest prices . the qualityitd the tools themselves fur three price. if you need a tool inn a hurry dont want to spends still that much on a tool and dont makings it not lasting all that long then go here.

Too judgemental of thier employees,and will interfere in your relationships for something to do.. not to mention they dont give their employees breaks at accurate and proper times sometimes no breaks at all which is illegal and their tools will be returned shortly after you buy them thats why they try to force you to buy the extended plan.And they will put no trespasses on good customers for no reason especially no founded reason
