While the treats at this shop are delicious- the attitudes from the staff left more to be desired. The staff that helped us tonight was clearly in a mad and unhappy mood, slamming things, being aggressive and also bad nothing other employees in front of us. I won’t be coming back if I see he is the one working.

The service is horrible here. I don’t understand why they sell crepes if they are always “out of batter”.If they are able to make some they will give you bad attitude as soon as you ask for a crepe lol.Bad bad attitudes.

A couple of friends and I went last night and although we enjoyed the Gelato and coffee, the service given to us by the young guy was less than desirable. He wasnt friendly at all. He may have been having a bad day or maybe thats just him but he shouldnt be serving people with an attitude like that.

Went here for a gelato crepe. I got a wild berry mix. It was a bit busy and there was no organized line that made things a bit awkward. Once I actually tasted the crepe, it was alright. The crepe was a tad rubbery but tasted nice. The wild berry gelato had a slight artificial fruit taste, most likely from a preservative. Dont get me wrong, there was real berry flavor there. But the artificial taste really stuck out. My mate and sibling got panna(sweet cream) and kookie flavors. Both were rather good. Id likely prefer those types next time. They were really good. The price was really fair, too. And they have these really fancy napkins! Almost like cloth! Lol Ill gladly come back here just to try the other flavors. Even the fruit ones. The artificial flavor was manageable, so its not so much a complaint as a comment.

Really good ice cream here. Okay customer service. No one was rude, and they were all fairly friendly.

We stop here at Ice at the pybus market everytime we are in the Wenatchee area. By far the best gelato we have ever had, year after year. Thanks for the incredible food.

Great gelato, but the waffle cone seemed a little stale (sorry!).

Arrived 2.5 hours prior to closing. Attempted to make an order of 9 crepes and some gelato. The staff member seemed to be receptive until she heard the order, her whole demeanor changed. First, she said they ran out of bananas, then we wanted to proceed without bananas, and she followed by saying she didnt have enough batter for such a big order. All while seeming we were a bother to her. Horrible service!!!! She missed out on over one hundred dollar sale and a very generous tip. Needless to say, we ended up at McDonalds with amazing service and great McFlurries.

The Pybus Market is so awesome, and this gelato shop is a good example as to why. Great selection (coffee flavor was perfect!), good prices, and excellent staff. Definitely worth a stop at the market!

Delicious gelato and THEY HAVE AFFOGATO! If youve never tried it and youre a coffee fan, you need to head there now. Espresso brewed directly over your choice of gelato (I went with the panna, sweet cream, flavor.) They were super busy for a Saturday night and the service (one gal) was great.

Gelato has a good texture. Not grainy like some other places Ive been.

Gelato and crepes are really tasty! My favorite gelato flavor is coffee as it really tastes like coffee. The banana strawberry crepe is good and the Nutella is the icing on the cake. Great place for desert!

Kayla gave has the worse customer service was mad we went an hour before they closed! Crossed her arms and gave us attitude like at 13 year old girl! Outrageous behavior from an employee! When called to talk to a manager she would not give me information!! The food was terrible with out any effort wasn’t even presentable! Never make a purchase if she is there ! (Blonde Female 20-25 years old)

Extremely poor customer service. In fact, I had one gentleman with dregs actually walk.out in tbe.middle of my order and say Im going on a break (menation the dregs only because I didnt catch his name), never asked.me if I wanted to sample any of.the flavors I questioned....... just overall if you just want ice.cream, go elsewhere. If it has to be Gelato, good luck!
