Manager so unprofessional i cant believe why they are so rude

The service is very bad. The manager does not let you take advantage of the offers. But it is only with the ones that we buy with coupons. That is discrimination. Enough is enough that man, grab whatever he wants in that store. Raise the products at the top so that you dont grab them the other day and I just fall for wanting to grab something because he doesnt want to give you anything.

Very bad service with the manager Eli Serena I went with my mom to go buy and used coupons and he is very rude. I’ve NEVER heard of a store only letting u buy 30mins and only one time and he’s there timing u like if it’s a competition. And I saw he only does it to the coupon people how the heck can he be a manager they should change him!

DO NOT GO TO THIS CVS !!! Manager obviously has favorites. female cashiers are rude, throwing merchandise back to customers and rolling their eyes. Manager also followed me through the store telling me to stop looking for deals!!! I felt very uncomfortable I havent been back since then.

If there is someone in front of you, it’ll take about 30-45 minutes. Need to be quicker big time

Hi. I dont see why the very negative reviews. I have been with them for at least the past 8 years. I always get courtious service at pharmacy. They even suggest if theres a coupon available when they notice a high prescription price. I am usually a positive person with a sense of humor. They are very busy, they have a lot of customers if you havent noticed their counters. I call ahead and allow enough time before I pick up medications. I am on the electronic refill list. Just let them know if your script has changed so the old will not continue on the autofill. my doctors always send my scripts there.

Worst service ever. The female cashiers are very rude especially when you are using coupons! Stephanie rolling her eyes at customers. Worst pharmacy to deal with in the valley!!! Nothing but incompetent people!!! Deactivate prescriptions & tell you that you have been with a Dr for years when in fact its only been a month. Unbelievable & I have a degree in the health field. Anyone that deals with this store good luck.

I picked up my prescription from CVS and did not notice and was not told it was incomplete. I called the following morning to ask about my missing medicine and was told that I could pick it up today. I told the woman representative that I would want to be told if the prescription is incomple and she just hung up the phone.

Horrible Service

In my opinion, the service in the Weslaco, TX location is horrible. Wait times for medication pick up is ridiculous and do not call them out on their lack of service because they will withhold your medications. When placing the order I was told they would be ready in 15 mins and when I came back the next day I was told they were out of the medication and would have to wait another two days before I would receive it.

If I could give a 0, I would give 0 stars, such bad employees

Cashiers have no customer service very rude and no help what’s so ever and very disrespectful Stephanie and Hector claim to be managers and they are the worse to help, they were rolling their eyes when we asked them for help and Stephanie threw me the merchandise when I asked her for it... NEVER GOING BACK.... DONT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL....

I love that they text me when my medicines are ready!! When I can’t pick them up right away they hold my order to accommodate me.

I honestly dont understand so many of the negative reviews. Listen, Ill tell you what works for me with this CVS Pharmacy. I see my doctor just down the road from this CVS. He always makes sure to submit my prescription order via the internet to this CVS Pharmacy, and within 30 minutes I get a text from CVS that my prescription is ready for pick up. I go through the drive-thru, show them my i.d., they already have my insurance carrier on their system, I purchase my prescription, all within 5 minutes max time as I always leave a happy camper. Maybe its not CVS fault you guys. It could very well be your doctor not submitting your prescription to this pharmacy in a timely fashion.

First and Last time I come here(THE PHARMACY).....*Suggestion: please organize a line for customers PLEASE do so----- I honestly did not enjoy having to get in an argument with an elderly because she thought she could use her age as an advantage to skip the line...but I got very frustrated waiting(during my lunch hour)...... My fault anyhow for trying a new pharmacy...

Trying to call to speak to a pharmacy technician is impossible. First it takes 10 minutes for them to answer then they hang up on you. Called back and they just picked up the phone and hung up again!!

Called to check if they had a medicine in stock the lady that answered was so rude! She said she was trying to finish her day and that it would take her 15 min to look for it.

Have to transfer here because of insurance required it. The service sucks!!

I hate the pharmacy they take 3 hrs to give you the prescription, my daughter really needed her medication and I had to get back the prescription and take it to another pharmacy across the street. Never am I going to cvs pharmacy again!

I have been here twice for there pharmacy and they are rude horrible customer service not to mention they make fun of patients and there prescriptions not worth it hope this helps someone one avoid what bad moment I had.

Im already tired of going to the store and that the manager Eli Serna denies you the productsToday I went to buy my tide liquid soap and he just didnt want to sell me because there wasnt. The other day Tampico wanted to baharme napkins that he didnt have time. And the worst thing is that even though one of them spoke, they didnt do anything to him.
