Its a nice place to go get some stuff. Yes its a bit expensive and I get that. But hey its cool. Nice managers and employee to help out customers. They may be busy but no worries. Theyll help you out. A lot
Worst store ever. No body ever answers the phones. Theirs always no items that I’m looking for in stock.
Would be nice if they can add temporarily closed to their office location hours when they are temporarily closed.

I shop at Walgreens across Texas. I am here from Houston visiting family NEVER EVER have I experienced such bad customer service as I did today. There were more employees is the store than shoppers. The manager clearly has no regard to helping his customers or employees. Or open a register to get us out. He let people stand in line 10 minutes and did not put forth any effort to even make eye contact with the customers. He came approved a return punched in a key and walked away. Seriously? Ill never come to this store again. Thank God that all other Walgreens are not like this.

Went in for Coke Zero but they didnt have any. We were I formed by a manager that Coke has a backorder for products other than original Coke, Dr. Pepper and Sprite, as they are the most popular. Coke is concentrating on these items.
A good store. Photo department is terrible. When ordering pictures from there on three separate occasions, the web orders were ready for pickup and they didnt have it ready. On the latest order, again ready for pickup, the store cant find it and cant find the order. If you are in absolute need of your pictures you best look elsewhere, even another Walgreens.
Manager is extremely rude and unattentive to customers needs. Walgreens needs to do a better job of vetting their management staff!
Erica/Erika was extremely helpful as I had experienced a delay on my refill from another pharmacy not related to Walgreens. She took the time to check other pharmacies in the RGV to see if my medicine was in stock. She then called me back to say Alamo & Harlingen had my medicine in stock. After calling Alamo she called me saying they didn’t have it, but that she could check any Walgreens in Harlingen. I told her I didn’t want to take time from her busy schedule, and she told me she didn’t mind checking. She called me back within minutes & told me the Walgreens in Harlingen would have my medicine ready within an hour. Thank you, Erica/Erika!!! You were of great assistance!

The Pharmacist, Daniel Villereal, is extremely rude and has no regard for his customers health. I went in at 9:40pm to pick up my medications, but had an extremely high co-pay. I had two co-pay cards to help with the cost, which I simply needed to activate. The tech was very courteous and simply asked me to sit while I activate my cards. As I was activating my second card, the pharmacist, Daniel Villereal, said from across the lobby, might as well do that at home and come back tomorrow - - we are closing in, like, 60 seconds. He then proceeded to close the pharmacy while I was sitting in their lobby. In addition, he refused to acknowledge my question about what I should do to get my medication the next day. He simply ignored my question and continued to close the pharmacy. I have filed a complaint with Walgreens corporate office and will be submitting a complaint to the Texas State Board of Pharmacy. I encourage everyone else with similar experiences to do the same.**EditAfter speaking to the store manager, my issues was resolved. Daniel apologized and I was able to get my medication.
The pharmacist is very knowledgeable and lead me to the right directions. The employees and the management are very respectful and friendly. Definitely making this walgreens my go to above all.

Tend to submit online orders for same day but the machine is always down or orders are backed up! not well organized and worse when u try to call the store. call gets transferred and someone picks up and immediately place on hold again. always an excuse with all the ladies there. 😤

Called to check on my moms prescription and after being on hold for 20 min I called back was placed on a hold for 15 min again by the way you can tell when they answer and place it on hold again. Called again and asked to speak with a manager only to be transferred to photo lab and then to amanager that could not help me, which at that point transferred me to another line that kept ringing for another 15 min wait. Just ridiculous what kind of establishment are they running. Just a horrible horrible experience will definitely be changing pharmacy .

Daniel V. IS THE WORST PHARMACIST EVER! My 6 month old baby had bronchitis and the nebulizer I got from there went out the second day of use. I went back with receipt and the Pharmacist did not want to replace it because he wanted me to contact the maker instead. I told him I had a very sick child and I couldnt wait for the maker to examine the nebulizer via mail it would take too long. He responded by rolling his eyes and saying that he wasnt magically going to give me one off his shelf because I asked for it. Save yourself some time and go somewhere else WORST IDIOT PHARMACIST

People are rude, no one is ever at photo center. They threw away my pictures after just a week!! Will never go there again
They dont answer low staff and disorganized observation they lack easy access for disabled as far as standing in line.
