On Saturday, March 13, I got a flat tire and I called Goodyear Auto Service in West Allis. Justin who took my phone call was very courteous and he said could get it done at 200pm. I arrived at 200 pm and in about 45 minutes my flat tire was repaired. And if the service wasnt great already, I wasnt charged a nickel for doing it - It was totally free. Great service by Justin V and and Eduardo C!!! Next time Im in the market for new tires I know where I going!

Great service. Been going to this Goodyear store for regular maintenance and repair for many years. Kris, Justin and Tylor have always been very accommodating with availability, responsiveness, and thorough. They pointed to issues during their free inspections that I was not aware of and then provided a fair estimate of the work needed. They kept me informed at all times and my vehicle was finished on-time.

I had a great experience. Justin and the staff completed my oil change and inspection in a timely and professional manner. I will definitely be going there again in the future.

WAS OVER 300 MILES AWAY FROM HOME AND HAD A FLAT TIRE. Not only did they fix my flat, instead of trying to convince me I needed a new tire, they told me there was no charge. Those two young men were a blessing to me. Thank you

I wait an hour and a half just for a tire rotation? Really. After waiting so long he said all ready to go. After he gave me the keys for my truck I asked him if he reset the tire pressure sencers. He said NO and I would have to come back.Not Good

They did a great job on installing my replacement tires (which I got a great deal on their Assurance Maxlife’s), giving me my “old” ones, and doing a front end alignment. The alignment was done so well that I swear my diesel wagon drives better than when I first got it. Also, Tyler and the young man who checked me out were wonderful and attentive. Very pleased and will return when needed!

Nathan and the crew were able to help us out of a tight spot with a tire replacement before closing (evening). With the personal stuff we have going on it would have been a pain if they werent able to fix it, but as they have before, they helped us out. These guys are great!

Im giving this 4 stars. It should probably be 3.5 but the customer service is good. My father-in-law came here with a company vehicle to get 4 tires changed in the back of his Ford f-350. Took 3 hours for them to be finished from when my father-in-law arrived. Fast forward about 5 days later, we hear a noise around one of the tires. Sure enough, 2 wheel studs broke and almost all the others were loose! Went back today (10/1/19) and told them what we found. They did fix it. It still took about 3 hours again, but they replaced all the wheel studs and lug nuts and made sure everything was secured. Hopefully it doesnt loosen again.

They plugged my tire. Turns out my tires were under warranty - Free of charge! In and out in no time 👍

VERY NICE service people!!!!! I spent a lot of money on tires and was on edge about that but the gentleman at the shop reassured me I was doing the right thing. They did not try to talk me into spending more on extras and where totally honest about what would be best for me.....I can honestly say now about that shop...I GOT A GUY!

Purchased Wrangler tires from this location a few years ago and have been going back to have the complimentary services (i.e. rotation, spin balance and one tire repair) performed ever since. They have also done alignments, full brake job and also replaced a few suspension components on my F-150. There are never any up-sells and everything is performed properly the first time.I really appreciate the way Im treated here and will likely buy another set of Wranglers here when these wear out. Keep up the good work!Update March 2019: Bought another set of Wranglers and receiving nothing short of 5 star service, thank you!

First they took me my control arm needed to be fixed than said maybe struts. I said fixed control arm no struts. Than call me back saying my frame on vehicle was bent. Can’t fix control arm! So I got tires picked up vehicle! Got second opinion & fixed elsewhere! Was my tie rods! They where trying to make me pay over 2,000 dollars on my vehicle! Such a scam! I can’t believe this place still in business!

These guys were fantastic - I thought I made an appointment at the Good Year I usually go to on 125th & North but the appointment was in West Allis. The tires I purchased from the other Good Year were leaking and the appointment was for an oil change (which I realized I had another 1000 miles to go so cancelled the oil change). With the purchase of tires comes free rotation. The West Allis location rotated the tires, and resealed them against leaks and even repaired a nail in the tire which I didnt know I had. They did this all as a courtesy - $0 payment due.The West Allis location took customer service to a new and happy level.

I had a great experience at this goodyear. I came in, knowing what tires I wanted beforehand. The sales rep at the front desk was extremely polite and professional. He ordered the tires that I wanted and set up an appointment for the next day. Installation took just over an hour. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that tire rotation and balancing are free every 6 months. Also, they said flat repairs are free as long as theres no sidewall damage, tears, etc. Overall, excellent experience.

Bought the ready assurance tires so far so good. Services was great. Friendly.

I made an appointment for a free tire repair and I assumed it only needed a plug. After waiting 45 minutes I am informed that it cannot be plugged (due to their policy), I need a new tire, rebalance, realignment, and for some reasons new wipers (although I knew mine were fine). The total came to almost 500 dollars.That seemed “off” (to put it kindly) so I said no thanks and brought it to the firestone place a mile down the road - A &A Tire. They were able to squeeze me in without an appointment (although I needed to wait a little) and only charged my 30 dollars for he fix.

Just got 4 new tires on the van and im very happy with the service. I should mention that Ive had lots of bad experiences with mechanics in Chicago and elsewhere so i tend to be pretty skeptical. But was very satisfied with their service, professionalism, and price. Im a very happy customer.Would recommend, and would use them again.

Website took my reservation for an unplanned flat tire.. Goodyear called and stated they were really all booked for the day and Id have to reschedule. I went to a competitor on the holiday that same day and had my tires taken care of.

Would not recommend. First off, the lady who answered the phone seemed very annoyed and bitchy that I was calling. Secondly their prices are way out of touch with reality. Marking the cost of a part up 4 times as much as cost is just plain dishonesty. I understand you need to make money off of parts as well as labor. Will not be going back to a Goodyear Auto Service Center and I will let everyone know to stay away from them.

They will rip you off on price. My cars exhaust fell off from the cat back. Took it to goodyear on national and 108th. They first quoted me 2000$ they then lowered it to 1450, which he said over the phone 1300$ which still is insane, i looked up online i can get all the parts i need for ~200$ and have my friend install it since its all just bolts and hooks. The quote charged me twice for labor on a o2 sensor which i didnt need. And they were trying to replace the catalytic converted which in fact was still fine. The guy i talked to was super nice, and helpful. But jesus christ, i almost had to laugh at their prices. Do not go here, and if you do, get a quote, and go to other shops for confirmation.

OMG! Just called the West Allis location for some general info. The woman who answered was an absolute B I T C # ! I had 2 simple questions and she kept cutting me off! I kept having to say Let me ask my question first! WOW! Ill be contacting corporate too - she was HORRIBLE! Ill get tires somewhere else. Sheesh.
