Took my car in for annual servicing and it cost nearly 4x what it should have... Service was not Great and I had to call to get an update on my car after they had it all day. When I picked up the car my paperwork wasnt ready not everything was complete so I have to take it back for additional services. Id recommend a more cost effective option and youll likely get treated better!

I purchased a used BMW. It’s obvious I bought the previous owner’s headache. Multiple problems with this vehicle and no one at the dealership cares. I do not recommend this dealership and will not purchase another vehicle from International Autos.

Sold me a car with no Tpms sensors, a blown out steering pump and rack, and played it off like it was inspected. THAT IS STATE LAW TO INSPECT A VEHICLE. THAT IS A SAFETY ISSUE. LIKE THEY COULDN’T SEE THE FLUID EVERYWHERE WHEN LIFTING IT OR PUT SENSORS ON IT! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!!!! DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM THEM!!!!! ITS VERY DANGEROUS. REALLY really, a great experience. We were greeted very professionally and purchased our Audi in a very short time. The team here took care of us every step of the way and I never felt like they were untrustworthy. In fact, quite the opposite. Seamless would be how I would explain our experience. We picked it up today, and I havent felt better about buying a car before, as much as I did here!

On Monday 7/26/2021 our Mercedes Benz broke down with family and kids in car on I-94 near kenosha. We had the vehicle towed to the nearest Mercedes Benz dealership in Milwaukee at International Autos Group in West Allis, WI. The car reached the shop around 3p. We spoke with service rep Peter. He told us that the shop was backed up but he would get the car in the shop for a diagnostic report so we could know what happened with it. Asking if they provide loaner vehicles while we wait without our way of getting around we were told only 2014 or newer model customers were provided loaners. We stayed overnight in the area waiting to hear on the car. Basically, the car showed up to International Autos Group on Monday 7/26/2021 and was picked up by another tow company the following monday 8/02/2021 an entire week later because the car never made it into the shop to get diagnosed. Yet the entire week the service rep Peter ensured me each day it was in the shop being looked at to find out they never even looked at. By Friday, 7/30/21 I called in the morning to speak with a Supervisor who also was named Peter. He apologized not knowing why a diagnostic would be taking so long and looked into it. He got back to me right away around 9a and told me the car would be in the shop today and I could expect to hear from him by 1p. At 1:30p, still no call. I went to the shop and waited in the service area to speak with Supervisor Peter to get an update. While waiting I was sitting with another service rep. This rep was friendly and understanding that I need my car and wanted an update for it. He joked that Service rep Peter has a one track mind and if he was handling the repair it would have been done much sooner. After about 15 mins, Peter the supervisor came out to speak with me to tell me that they are very busy and still hadnt gotten the car in the shop. He was frustrated with me for being impatient because he told me he would call me at 1p and its not only 1:30p. I tried explaining that I have a family and we need our car. We cant keep waiting around, we could have taken the car somewhere else all of this time. I was told by the Supervisor Peter that this wasnt working out and I had 24 hours to get the car off the lot. On monday, 8/02 the car was towed to Zimbrick Mercedes in Madison. We were provided a brand new car as a loaner no charge. We had a full diagnostic report the next day, tuesday 8/03/21. Highly recommend Zimbrick in Madison. Tim took care of us in Madison. Both Peters of International Autos Group in West Allis provided very poor service to me and my family.

Had a 2016 Maserati Ghibli brakes serviced and they forgot to tighten 3 out of 5 of the lug nuts on all the tires and by the time I got home my left rear tire didnt have any in it at all. This place is a mess.

Horrible service. I would not recommend having your car serviced there. If you do, strongly recommend you receive any quote in writing, my bill was double what they said over the phone. Also watch what they charge for parts they marked up my parts 1.3x over MB list. I have been attempting to resolve the issue for over a month and their follow up and communication is even worse. Drive your Benz as fast as you can to a different shop.

The service men try to upcharge everything so they make some commission and they mechanics are paid per job what else can I say, don’t bring your car here I was told 1200 for a rear taillight ….. they are over priced and do not do a good job as I am back my 3rd time for the same exaughst issue . Its part of my journey to international autos I had parts over by the Mini Cooper sales room. There was a gentleman there that works for their service area who was very friendly very nice and directing me towards the door to get back to my vehicle. As I was walking through I saw a Mini Cooper Countryman on the showroom floor with all the bells and whistles. Well in the showroom I was met by a salesperson named Heather who took the time to show me all the bells and whistles on the Countryman and answered all my questions. If I can ever purchase my Mini Cooper Heather would be the person I would ask for to assist me in my new car buying experience.

For the past 14 years I have been purchasing cars from International Autos and while each time the level of professionalism and experience significantly was going down, I was hopeful that management changes or competitive pressures would shake up the ignorance and complacency this dealership has adopted over the years. This year they have surpassed even their lowest customer care & experience threshold.Like many customers I was simply going to take all my future business to another dealer perhaps in another state and forget this decaying service culture, but I realized that staying silent I simply would be doing disservice to my fellow future car owners.Earlier this year I bought a brand-new Porsche and while sales process experience was above average, car service turned into series of amateurish disappointments that kept reoccurring despite direct feedback to front line employees and management. Most customer service-oriented businesses seek and correct service quality issues, but International Autos kept maintaining low quality and complacency culture. My vehicle was not only not properly serviced and rejected by me multiple times while pointing out unfinished work or unattached or unsealed repair areas but continued to waste everyones time due to vehicles need to stay in a shop over an extended period than originally planned.While this horrific customer experience & interaction nightmare with International Autos staff and management eventually culminated, disappointment shadow continued to follow weeks & months after disengagement. It turned out that not only customer experience is an issue, but their quality of workmanship is as bad as many continue to experience and share.I want to be clear that this horrific & complacent way of doing business doesnt reflect on actual products they sell. Porsche and BMW produce some of the finest vehicles in a marketplace and its a shame that high quality standards embedded into these products have to be associated with a dealership that is not capable of emulating such standards.If you are especially a future car owner or even existing one that is in a need of a service & dont want this tu turn in a gambling experience, I would humbly suggest to look for another dealership and save yourself from a disappointment or two if not series of disappointments if you take a chance with International Autos.The worst part about this is International Autos ignorance and no desire to improve or become a better version of themselves today. This is not a sustainable business model and I hope for International Autos sake they do start paying attention to customers experience & quality gaps before all trust and respect to an institution is lost and cannot be reversed.

Absolutely terrible experience with Milwaukee Audi....All we needed was all season tires for a Audi S5 - called for 3 days with service and parts department - talked with service advisors - left messages - called back. I even called the sales manager at International Mercedes and left a message to ask for help (we spent $500K+ in past years on Mercedes purchases) - HE NEVER EVEN CALLED BACK!Never received a call back from Milwaukee Audi parts or service on the tires.One call to Urmansky Mercedes and all was taken care of immediately.

Well designed dealership. They have taken care of our car even though its a older BMW. They arent pushy but seem to want to help when you do have questions. They also provide a shuttle service when your vehicle is in for service. The only compliant here is the location if you dont pay attention you can drive right by it. Not the end of the world just slightly annoying. The other thing say is schedule an appointment for service dont just drop off. They will take the car but may not be right when you want it done. Over all nice dealership and great staff.

Went with my best friend as she wanted to buy a car for cash. We test drove a car she liked and put down a $2000 deposit at the dealershipS request to come back the next day and make our final decision. It was almost closing time. When we got back the next day we came prepared with enough cash inside a backpack ready to buy and pay for the car in full. We did make a small request. We wanted a 30 or 60 day warranty of some kind on the car. They told us there was no warranty at all included with the 2015 Audi being sold for $18,000. After going back and forth we told them we cant purchase with no warranty and requested a refund of our deposit. They informed us for the first time ever that the deposit is not refundable. A heated discussion turned into a shouting match and then the general manager requested we come into his office. He had a smug and arrogant attitude about the whole situation but agreed to have our refund processed within a couple days. What large top tier dealership sells a car for $18k with absolutely no warranty included at all? Who requests a $2000 deposit and never verbally says to the customer if you put down the money it can not be refunded? What dealership tries to keep $2000 when the customer has never taken delivery of the vehicle? These people are con artists. Just because they are in a fancy building wearing fancy suits selling fancy cars make no mistake they are con artists. They have no problem cheating customers if the customers allow them to do it. And the manager should be fired for not even trying to find a way to save the deal when the customer is standing there with $30,000 cash. WE WENT ACROSS THE STREET AND BOUGHT A MORE EXPENSIVE CAR FROM SELIG AUTO!

I have waited almost exactly a year to rate this company. The simple truth of the matter is I want to see what else was wrong with the car they sold me before I put it in writing. I did buy a used vehicle from them, any reputable dealership does a safety check on all used vehicles prior to selling them. This means they look at the tires to make sure they have plenty of tread common check the brakes to make sure they have plenty of wear left on them, And generally means that it gets an oil change and minor tune up if necessary. Within A-day or 2 of leaving the dealership my oil light on, Within a month I had put 4 new tires on the vehicle because the ones that came with had very little traction, within 3 months I was giving the vehicle a brake job because there was no meat left on the pads at all, not to mention the fact that though they had informed me the vehicle had been in an accident, I had it looked at today by a specialist due to a minor Fender Bender only to find out that there was hidden damage inside the vehicle from a previous accident that was not disclosed to me at the time of purchase. There have been multiple other failures with the vehicle such as an alternator going out However those do not fall directly under things that the dealership should have checked prior to reselling the vehicle. They do fall in the category of things they could have checked. I would have been OK if it had not been for the fact that the salesman who was also the sales manager on duty refused to come down on the price at all, he also failed to disclose many of these problems to me. If youre gonna sell me a Van with bed breaks at least tell me it has bed breaks and knock some money off so that I can fix the brakes myself. But instead he pointedly said hed rather summed it to a junkyard than give me a $100 off the price. He was less than friendly bordering on downright rude, I would like to point out that I am referring to the sales manager not the sales person. They were technically 2 different people however the sales manager handled just about everything in this transaction except the paper work. I do not recommend this establishment in fact I strongly recommend avoiding this establishment, and my opinion these people give used car salesman a badd name. About the only way I would refer this company is if I really really hated the person I was sending here, so yes I would send my worst enemy but I would not recommend us to anyone else.

Brought my Mini Countryman in for service — blue tooth not working. Took 2 days to “fix” it but when I went to pick it up, nothing was fixed. Spent 2 hours there dealing with the issue, testing, etc., which I wasn’t really planning on. Because one of their phones paired with my car, they told me to “go to T-Mobs and have the guy there look at it.” Yeah, like that was going to happen. They had, to their credit, given me a loaner car, which of course paired with my phone perfectly. Five days later, they called and said they were going to order a new radio which should take care of the blue tooth issue. Installed the new radio 4 days later and now NO phones pair with the car. Engineer still checking — they may have to order a new controller for the blue tooth. Bottom line — don’t think they addressed my issue from the start because they never believed it was a car issue so we lost about a week or so. No clue when I’ll get my car back, or if it will ever have blue tooth again. Disappointed in the way this was handled. Plus, a loaner car should be as nice, if not nicer, than mine, which this one definitely is NOT.

No response by management. My X3 has been in this BMW dealership numerous time to address an ongoing safety issue they have not resolved. Two weeks ago I took it in again after the car stalled out at a traffic light. Diagnostics confirmed a repeat of the ongoing fault code. I was told by the service tech the Service Manager (Paul) and the General Manager (Dan) would respond with specifics on how to address the ongoing issue. Two week later and no response. I have sent several emails to both asking for status and plan. No response.

I recently Walked in for a trade on a 120k vehicle and Was given a deal tens of thousands worse than any dealer in the Midwest.Will never shop there again. After requesting an oil change and brake check I was told I needed a 135,000 mile full check which ended up being $780. The service team member told me it would be less expensive to do the package and that my car needed this done. I don’t know a lot about cars so I believed her. When I turned the car on after picking it up the first thing I saw was that the tire pressure system was malfunctioning, which is one of the things I mentioned when bringing in the car. It seems like I was really bamboozled here and one of the main small issues I had didn’t even get fixed. For an almost $800 check up I would expect all the small issues to be fixed or at the very least noticed by the mechanics. They offered little to no explanation when I asked about what all the charges were for if nothing was wrong or fixed.

Two issues with the BMW portion of this dealership:1. Most recently, I stopped in to look for a BMW i brand hat to match my vehicle (an i3). Zero staff approached me or asked if they could offer assistance, even though they were not at all busy. The assumption that a young adult isnt a serious customer was a bit insulting.2. The first time I called to ask about a program BMW offers where i3 owners can borrow a non-electric vehicle for longer trips. The woman I spoke to was very nice, said they would ask management and get back to me, but months later they havent.

Made a deposit to hold a car, which I had cancelled the same day for $2000! Thats what I was told the minimum was, it has been two weeks and still have not been refunded my money to my account. Have tried contacting them to be told, forms for a redund will be turned in again. Unacceptable.

As I drove through the lot looking for a car I saw on the internet I passed several employees a couple which were gathered under a tree smoking. When I found the car I got out and looked at it for a good 5 minutes yet no one approached me. When I looked back at the employees under the tree they were heading back into the building. This place is a complete rip off and full of liars not to mention I was physically assualted by the general manager Dan Jensen. He followed me outside the dealership. Police complained was filed as well. This is how they treat US Veternas. I believe he is still employeed as well. It took over 7 months to receive my Gap insurance back. Absolute worst customer service, every time I call I’m put on hold and I NEVER get to speak with a person in the department I need. If you get transferred from the receptionist who could care less to talk to you, the call gets dropped. When you call back, they act like you are a bother. If your luck enough to leave a message on the 3rd call, you may or may not get a return call, hours later. Absolutely the worst customer service for a premium product.

From the min I arrived at this dealership I felt a little bit like I wasnt taken seriously. Alot of sales reps just hanging out in the show room looking at my like what is this guy here for . I was very straight forward on what I was there to do and this was the buy a vehicle and what my goals where . It all seemed to go smoothly but I was wrong . I came in looking at one vehcile but decided not to go with it because of age milage and year . I looked at vehciles they had in stock because I did enjoy the experience with the sales person did find another vehicle I liked they knew what I was looking to do and send me #s on the vehcile . This is very the games started over promise and under deliver ran my credit where I told them not to because I wanted to look at my own financing then pulled the good old bait and switch say one think mean another.
