I came in to test drive my short term dream car. BMW 430i with red interior. I test drove one 3 years ago, but the timing wasnt right. I had no intention of purchasing the car that day, but when they gave me much more on my trade in than anticipated and sold me my dream car below blue book, I couldnt say no. There was ZERO sales pressure and Mike B was fantastic to work with. They laid out every bit of information I needed to help me make the decision myself. I am extremely happy with the car and the sale of the car. Garland in finance was great as well. 100% honest and transparent. Again, zero pressure to get add ons I did not want. Definitely recommend.

Ryan was a great service guy. Got my car fixed up and also gave me a loaner to drive. My disappointment came when I picked up the car. It was filthy and there was a puddle on the driver side floor mat and ice chunks in the windshield wiper area. I bought my car at BMW of Milwaukee North. It is a 2018 540ix.

Ive purchased 6 BMWs from Brian Hoffman and theres a reason for that. He and IA (as well as the service department) will always go the extra mile to insure owner happiness and satisfaction. Had a small issue on my last deal and Tim (Sales Manager) resolved it in 30 seconds. Cant go wrong with purchasing from IA. Theres a reason they have been around so long.

I will first say: I rarely write negative reviews, but for the price that I paid for an M series vehicle, I’m writing one because the service here is worse than McDonalds. I took my car in at 9 AM on a Friday. They gave no indication of what was wrong until 4 PM that same day, only to then tell me that they had to keep my car over the weekend and could not provide a loaner. When I told my service “rep” about the inconvenience this caused me, his answer was “there’s nothing I can do.” To make matters worse, they provided no communication about the status of my car for over a week, which left me without a car for that entire time.Needless to say, I am trading in my car and switching to Mercedes Benz of Milwaukee North. I have been a loyal BMW owner for over 6 years, but the horrendous service has caused me to switch. Really hope you guys work on your customer service or you’re going to be losing a lot more customers…
Always the best service experience! From my advisor, Patrick, to the loaner, and mechanics who work on my vehicle. Ive used them since 2003. Even though I live in Chicago and Florida, I have the majority of my scheduled service appointments done there. Including after my extended warranty expires. International Auto also has by far the most fair and honest pricing.

I had been on the look for a certified BMW X3 for a while and happened to notice one come up on the International Auto Group website on a Saturday morning. I immediately reached out and connected with Tyler. He assured me the vehicle was still in for sale and I told him I would be in later that day to see it after my sons hockey games.I made the hour and a half trip down to the dealership and was not disappointed one bit. Salesmen dressed to the 9s and very welcoming. The car I was looking at was detailed and gasses up for me. Tyler went over everything in the car with me and the explanations were very well spelt out since I had never owned a BMW before. Within 2 hours I had seen the car, finished my paperwork and was on my way.I will not go to another dealership for my BMW needs moving forward. I would rather drive to their dealership even for an oil change because that is how highly I think of their operation.Thank you all for helping me get a great deal on a great car!

I went to purchase a part for a BMW AlpinaB7. Unfortunately there are only a few BMW dealerships that have a functional parts search. I usually perform my parts search from BMW of South Atlanta which has a way to look up parts. They list the part at 11.75 MSRP like other sites Ive checked. Their price at International BMW is 16.64 LIST which is almost a 50% increase in price. I will not purchase parts from them again.
It’s a warm inviting showroom. Everyone is pleasant. A salesman who wasn’t working with me offered me snack and beverage. I felt very comfortable.
My husband and I had a great experience. Our client advisor Abdallah was super informative. We were very impressed by him especially being so young, he did a better job than salespeople at other BMW dealerships that were twice his age. He was very engaging and you can tell he enjoys his job and working with people. Our finance person Bassim was just as awesome. Would like to know why you guys couldnt call my warranty company to start a claim for me. I was told by Carshield that the repair Facility had to call to start my claim, took me 1min to find that out.

Brought the car in called me and said it is the actuator to the lock that is broken. Then flipped the script and said that was inspected before we bought the car and it was not broke. When we originally looked at the car that door was already unlocked but we didn’t think anything of it. It was broken when we bought it because we noticed it immediately when my wife sat on the passenger side that it wouldn’t unlock or lock with the power locks. Now they won’t fix it but they will for $600 lol what a joke. Can’t wait to find out what happens next. Now I went from happy to unhappy with their service! Definitely won’t be back in the future and will get my service done elsewhere.
Absolutely terrible experience and horrible place to get your car fixed.My BMW did not start, ran first diagnosis and all needed a simple spark plugs change according to a local mechanic. I wanted to take it to this BMW dealer (International Autos Group in West Allis-Milwaukee) to get what suppose to be a decent service.Called the dealership and towed my SUV to them and waited, called, it was hard to hear back from them. The biggest issue was they came up with totally different diagnosis with really jacked up the price to about $2000 and wasnt real, plus they made me pay for the unreal diagnosis.Gladly, I know what was the real issue. I took my SUV from there (the engine cover and other stuff were thrown here and there) to a local mechanic and ran a new diagnosis again and it all needed new spark plugs. I talked to the international back sales manager about this and didnt care at all and their response it is what it is.

Purchased a BMW used X3. Because we live quite a distance from this dealership a lot of the information was gathered through phone calls and texts with the salesperson. I have to say DeAngelo did an excellent job and we really appreciate all the information provided. It made the car purchasing experience extremely easy. The only area I have issue with is the detailing department. They are more of just a car washing department. I spent an hour detailing the car myself after we purchased it.
I thought my 2015 BMW diesel froze in the below zero temps we had. It turned out the fuel filter disconnected! The service writer Ryan was very helpful getting my vehicle taken care of. I got a video message from the technician showing me the loose fuel filter. I really appreciated seeing the problem with my own eyes! Ryan worked to help me get a better price on the parts needed to get my truck back on the road. While it was too cold to wash my truck, I did get the floor mats cleaned which was nice. Mike was absolutely on point with negotiating my new BMW purchase and my Mercedes trade in, all over email and phone. When I finally met him in person, all of the details were exactly as they were previously agreed to. This included a sight unseen trade in, and financing including a partial balance due for my trade. Amazing experience!
Not great. First time there and associate wasn’t there and no one could find my paperwork when I arrived. Waited for one woman to get off the phone only to be directed to another having a long conversation with a sales rep. She could find the associate or paperwork. Worse? Apparently my oil change and inspection didn’t involve checking the air pressure on my tires or my window washer fluid. Both had alerts when I came in, and when I left. Jiffy Lube would have done better for a lot less.
It took me around 40 years to make my dream come true. Yes, I finally got my dream car and International BMW was a huge part of making a dream come to reality.My experience with International Auto was super positive: from rue time I called them to set a time for a test drive until the time I left driving the car of my dreams.I only have to thank all of the amazing people who helped me with. DAngelo, Jacob, Keith (both of them)... you guys were so AMAZING...The best part was when I had some issues getting my money from the bank and Keith was right there to offer me a ride (in a Mercedes...😳) to the bank and get everything ready to go. At the end, my biggest surprise was when they told me my car was ready to go and when they told me to take a look at it from the front I couldnt imagine what I was about to find: my dream car was wrapped in a huge red bow. During the purchase/negotiation process, I asked for the satellite radio option to be coded into the car. This literally costs the dealer nothing but hooking up the computer to the car and less than 20 mins time. Sales Manager Tim said he couldnt do that as if it were going to cost the dealership an arm and a leg.They said it was going to be $475 additional which is ridiculous considering it just requires a computer be connected to the car. Upon further research I found that the vehicle also has an enhanced Bluetooth feature and ambient lighting that requires unlocking.Id like the satellite radio, enhanced Bluetooth, and ambient lighting features unlocked in the car.I feel as if it was very tacky and nickel and dime like of Tim on behalf of International Auto to not offer to unlock the satellite radio feature complimentary.I was texted by the dealership asking to leave this survey and if there was any thing that they can do and they never responded.My sales person, Mike was fantastic and very kind. He’s the only reason that International Auto gets a 3 star from me.

Mr TONY PRZYTULA Which was the store supervisor was very rude and declined my service because I got work done somewhere else That were cheaper then what they offered and I tried to pay them for a diagnose which shouldn’t of been a problem he told me to go somewhere and get a diagnose which was very rude and disrespectful also the lady that I dealt with before him was rude also mr Scott was ok until he followed the footsteps of mr tony I wouldn’t recommend going here at all I got a oil change for 200 bucks and they didn’t refill my windshield washer fluid or oil I had to come back 2 days after I got the oil change for them to finish there job

Im not happy at all with my recent experience. After IA having my car for over a week and spending $2m, less than two blocks from the dealership three warning notifications were displayed in my car. The same notifications prior to taking my car in for service. I would appear that they was litter to no inspection of the work that was done to my car after the new equipment was installed. Very frustrating

Very efficient Service for my Oil Change and Tire Rotation. The Service Advisor, Patrick Puffer, was very polite and explained everything to me.
What an absolute waste of time. Go in to see an M2. Wasnt done with certification or safety so looked it over with the sales rep, then put together some numbers pending the safety came back fine. They said to do a purchase contract and credit app to get the ball rolling. I told them ok. Then to do $1000 down to hold vehicle. Fine no problem. They said they will contact me before they head home and let me know if I was approved for the certified rate of 3.9% because I made it a point I would not buy vehicle if not. I get a text saying You are approved through BMW financial with no hesitations. . To which I respond Badass at 3.9 for 72mo?. I receive yes.I call and check up following day, not done issue with certification due to modifcations. Ok fine. They said they would correct it or figure out if it would be certifiable.Call again the next day and it is ready. Come stop in it is all certified (mind you I dont think thats possible on a modified vehicle), so I am excited and leave work to head in. Upon getting there they show me the car is all cleaned and theyre ready to take me back to finance.Soon as I sit down for finance Im told my payment is more than $100/mo higher than I was originally quoted. Also that my interest rate is multiple percentage points higher. .. hmmm interesting.Heres the issue, Ive worked in the automotive world for 10 years. Ive owned personally over 25 cars. Im fairly certain it is illegal to falsify a used vehicle certification and also it is against wisconsin consumer protection laws to blatantly lie to customers. So I will see how this plays out since everything is in writing.

My only complaint is they ran my credit multiple times when I had said I’m already pre-approved with capital one and only wanted my credit ran from there.

Ad hoc drop in due to low tire pressure and metal stem covers would not come loose. Courtesy resource, Scotty at Service Counter and Tech got me up n out in roughly an hour - watched Brewers opening day game during the wait. Had a complimentary coke and frito bag too. Price was right, actually less than I thought it would be considering one stem had to be replaced. 5*s.

This is specific to BMW service department.Short version :they didn’t repair my AC first time, second time wanted me to pay 1500$ in repairs that was repaired by different BMW dealership under CPO warranty. When I contested their opinion charged me 225$ for checking AC without removing it. They cut corners and with fear of rejection by BMW will not file your claim will ask you to pay that you are not supposed to.if you value your time and money avoid themLong version :I own f10 2014, under my original warranty I took my car there for AC not working, they refilled coolant and said you are good to go. Next summer AC stopped working again, dropped my car, now under BMW CPO warranty. Received call from RAYMOND saying AC condenser is leaking and will cost 1500$ in repairs. I was shocked, I told it’s under CPO. He said it’s “ outside influence” and will not be covered. I asked how ? Response was “ it’s obvious that some stone came through front grill and damaged it”. But when asked did you see any physical damage or did you remove condenser to check —answer was NO. I asked to speak to supervisor, talked to PAUL, same answer with argument that “ we don’t want to take chance of claim being denied by BMW”. I googled and found out it’s common problem for f10 due to design flaw . I went to BMW Milwaukee north and talked to Michael(mike ) who looked at pic and showed my CPO warranty card and told me it should be covered. When I told Raymond he continued to refuse to repair and said you can directly call BMW and open case. I was so frustrated by them causing unnecessary trouble and waste of my time for something they should have known better.I picked up my car, I was charged 225$ for AC and 30$ miscellaneous charges( 30$ I refused to pay when they couldn’t explain it)Next day made appointment at BMW Milwaukee north, picked up loaner, AC was fixed in a day with 50$ copay.So avoid them if you value your time, money and peace of mind.

This is the 2nd time I’ve had to work with this group.Their service center has capable technicians but absolutely terrible service.Service managers go out sick and tell no one what’s being done.Cars sit in their center for days at a time with no communication.Callbacks do not occur, if you want to speak to a real person at the service center expect to call several times and leave voicemails for people who don’t listen to them.Recommendations on repairs always come back with several “other” items that are framed as critical but have nothing to do with why you are there.If you have to go here for service, be warned.Find a retired BMW mechanic or independent to see who’s got your interests at heart.
