I had been watching the flow of vehicles through M&M for about a year. During that year I was also researching the car I wanted to buy. M&M seemed to have the best selection of that particular vehicle and their examples were always top-shelf. So I stopped there as my car hunt was winding down. Mike and Matt had a very good match ... so I bought it .... and they went the extra step to fix a minor rattle BEFORE I took the keys. I have not been disappointed. I must add that this transaction was done during the 2021 inflated-car-price-fever, and despite that, I paid an agreeable price. I would highly recommend M&M.They just need a suave canine mascot to roam around greeting buyers.

I had probably the easiest car purchase ever from these guys! Mike was very knowledgeable, friendly, professional and no high pressure selling. They gave me a fair price for my trade in. And I absolutely cant believe they GIVE you a 6 month warranty on all their cars! They have their own mechanic on duty so if theres a problem take it right back there! I purchased a 2004 Honda CR-V with low miles and a few scratches but super clean and drove like a dream! Ive always been leery of used car lots that arent attached to a big car dealership and you always hear stories of them being sketchy - M&M completely changed my opinion and I will be returning in a few years when Im ready for another vehicle.

Providing great customer service is our main goal seems to be their practice, but I did not get the impression at all. First off, the salesman that came out didnt even introduce himself. As he started the ignition, I mentioned I was test driving the vehicle for my sister-in-law. He immediately responded with a no, Im not just going to let you drive around town when youre not the buyer. I was also denied to test drive it due to their COVID-19 policy. He said that only the buyer can test drive it. He left after turning the ignition off. I understand the policy, but the dismissiveness was baffling. The guy was rude and inconsiderate. Customer service is definitely NOT his strength. By far, the worst experience Ive had with a dealership. Stay away from this dealership if you can! Dont waste your time!

Was ready to buy. Second time Ive been here. Jeep was clean at least this time. Maybe a small oil leak on the rocker gasket. But clean. Dude just didnt want to sell me the jeep I guess. Pretty rude salesperson.Edit: I feel the need now to clarify my experience since receiving a reply.Found a nice jeep online at this lot and submitted my contact info. Got a call within 20 minutes about the cars availability. Person on the phone was pleasant. I was pretty pumped and thought for sure I was going to get this jeep. Went to check it out. The jeep is the reason for the second star.Salesperson comes out and starts the car up, never introduced themselves.Runs nice. I asked to take it for a test drive.Salesperson states they only allow people committed to buying to test drive. I ask, so I have to tell you I am going to buy the car to test drive it?Salesperson says that is not what they meant, but that they have people give excuses for why they cannot buy the car after test driving; such as, I have to talk it over with my spouse. Also stated something about their SOP with the virus. I am feeling pretty insulted at this point. That is, the assumption that I wouldnt buy the car because I hadnt asked for permission or something. So I state again, I want to test drive the car. Salesperson says, paraphrasing, the sticker price is firm. I again feel like I am being insulted. I say I think he is about a grand too high. To be fairhigh or not it was in good shape as far as I could tell without driving it and the I6 is getting harder to find that clean so I would have paid. At this point I was not sure what this person knew about this vehicle and was simply trying to talk cars. Salesperson then states, I have sold many jeeps. I know the market. I decided it was not worth it. I said I am not interested and walked off the lot. I have been a mechanic for 15 years. I have bought many cars from dealerships and customers, not once have I had someone try to un-sell me a car I was planning on buying.

Great place, great deals, and a comfortable atmosphere to buy a car in! You dont have to go through the let me talk to the manager thing because guess what? Youre already talking to him! Mike has some of the best used cars and prices them fairly. Have purchased a number of vehicles here and have been very happy!

Customer service is absolutely incredible here. Everyone goes out of their way to make sure you feel comfortable throughout the entire process from walking through their lot to sitting down and talking financing.We did not end up purchasing the vehicle we were interested in after placing a down payment and were worried about returning and requesting the sale be cancelled because of previous interactions with other dealers. The worry was for nothing. The integrity of Mike is spectacular. While this experience could have turned us away from future purchases at M & M Motors, due to the way Mike handled the situation, we will not count them out if we see another vehicle we are interested on their lot.Thank you for all that you do. Dismissive, rude, and unhelpful. Wouldn’t let us test drive “unless we were serious about putting cash down”. We were testing the waters preparing for when our lease is up and he shrugged and said “come back when your lease is up”. Then proceeded to tell us why we shouldn’t have leased the car we did.

Extremely helpful. Takes away the stress of buying a car. Didn’t feel any pressure into buying it quickly. I’ve had the car for a couple weeks now and it’s going great. I’m very happy I went here instead of a large dealership.

My wife and I showed up right as they were getting ready to close. They stayed late and even let us go on a test drive even though we told him we werent buying today.When we finally decided we wanted a car we told him that we wanted to finance through our bank. Mike politely suggested doing the financing through the dealership because it was more convenient and the rate was better. We insisted on doing the financing through our bank anyway and he was very respectful of that and helped us out as much as he would have if we did the financing through him.He even upgraded the warranty to the next level without charging us any more.Overall my wife and I are very satisfied with the service and love the car that we bought a few months ago.

I bought a car there 3 years ago. Going back this week to buy a 2nd car.

All I can say is wow - this place has been great to my family and I. I cannot thank these guys enough for all that they have done. I bought my first car with them when I was 19 and that is what started my familys history with M&M motors. My parents have bought about 3 cars from them as well and have had the best luck in service and friendliness. We have been customers of theirs for over 12 years - never had a bad moment with them. Mike is a friendly guy - remembers you right away and easy to talk with. I cannot say anything bad about this dealership. They wont run with your money, they are honest and hardworking people and there for their customers. They keep a clean lot, good cars and nothing but the best in customer service. Even if I have an issue with my current car (only slight with the rear view mirror thanks to my kid playing with it), they are there to help. Seriously, the friendliest and most honest car dealers that I have ever known. Visit these guys if you are looking for a car - they will help no matter what and wont pull you around!

I just purchased a used Toyota Sienna from M&M and the process couldnt have been smoother. I felt no pressure while I looked around their lot/test drove a couple vehicles. Mike made the purchasing process painless and was great about holding the vehicle for a couple days while we got payment in order. Their prices are super fair and the service is top notch. Today was my first experience with M & M Motors, Inc. I sent a service request email through their website yesterday late afternoon. I received an email response from Mike at 8:00 am this morning. We exchanged a few emails to discuss my cars issue. I then visited the shop to schedule service because the shop was on my way during errands. The very friendly service technician came out of the service bay to greet me. He then directed me to Mike. Mike walked out to my car to investigate the problem. Mike said it was a small enough repair that it could be done right away. I left 60 minutes later with new bulbs in the dash lighting up all the dials. WOW! The team at M & M Motors are spectacular. I am so glad their business came up first when I did a Google search for Subaru repair shops. Wish I would have known about them sooner to get a quote before I had some very expensive repairs done recently. They have a special canine greeter in the office who kept me company while I waited for repairs. Thanks Jack!

Dont be nervous about going to this small dealership. Hes got something Ive never seen in a salesperson *in spades* before; integrity. Hes some kind of awesome anomaly. On all his vehicles, theres a sign that reads, Free Warranty. Up to this point, life taught me that, accurate and advertising are antithetical terms. ...not with this guy. His no-haggle policy is good considering he also will not haggle with the service he provides. Buying a vehicle doesnt have to feel like a rigged, high-stakes poker game. He just lays all his cards on the table and lets you decide. No poker face needed. Its fantastic! Also, he has M&M candies there...both kinds. Thats not a reason to go to him per say. But its a nice gesture that Ive never seen a salesperson do before. If he reads this, I want to suggest he put out some Skittles. Just sayin

Two years ago I attempted to purchase a vehicle from here. I have a very good credit score and I already paid off a prior car loan purchase. The application for credit was incredibly long and there was a lot of very strange questions asked to me. I recall being asked my age which I dont even know the legality of. You seem like nice enough guys but you really need to get an outside creditor if youre going to have that much of an issue with people not paying their loans. In any case I ended up going to Landmark Credit Union and getting a very nice car at 1% interest.

My husband and I just purchased a Forester XT from M&M over the weekend and we could not be happier. Matt and Mike were extremely pleasant to deal with. There was zero pressure about anything. Both were very knowledgeable about the car we were interested in and answered all of our questions. Once we decided to purchase, the whole process did not take very long at all. It was a nice change compared to purchasing at larger dealerships.I would absolutely purchase from M&M again!

I just recently bought a used Toyota Sienna from M&M Motors. Im extremely happy with the process. Mike did everything to make it as smooth as possible. He worked hard to find the financing that I needed for the car. His dealer advertises certified used cars and he truly means it as I found that the AC was not working after I had driven the car for a day. I brought it to his attention and Mike said bring it in. After ordering and installing the part that was needed to fix the AC it now blows ice cold. I plan to have the car serviced in the M&M auto shop as needed.Its been almost a year later and Im very happy buying from M&M. One of my automatic sliding doors quit working and Mike was able to determine that it was covered under the warranty that I had purchased when I bought the vehicle. Mikes team made the repair which had to go through an inspection. Im very happy with M&Ms service.

Couldnt have asked for a better first car buying experience. I was on the search for a good deal on a Mazda CX-5 and M&M motors had just what I was looking for. Mike was very straight forward and helpful throughout the process. He also accommodated to my work schedule and stayed a little later so I could come and pick up my car. Purchased a 2004 TL from Mike and it was everything I was hoping for. Car was in great shape and the cleanest used car I have personally seen. He gave me a great value for my trade in and the whole process was quick and painless. Mike let me come back a week after leaving my old car to take out some of my old audio gear as well, definitely above and beyond on his part.To top everything off, my check engine light came on and when I took it in to see what was going on Mike and his technician both looked at it and determined that it was some obscure sensor throwing an error. He picked up the car from my house for me while I was away at work and got the part replaced for me, and then dropped the car off back at my house. All at no charge. Quite a feat of customer service, especially considering that when I checked into the part price it was somewhere around $300.Mike is a great guy, fun to talk to, easy to work with and he stands behind what he sells. Most people say that and then flake when something happens but Mike backs it up with action. I hope the next car I buy will be available at M&M because I would love to buy from them again!

Ive bought from Mike in the past and had an overall good experience. I was in need of a new vehicle and found a 4Runner that I was interested in. I walked around the lot and Mike instantly recognized me from the previous purchase (over 2 years ago) handed me the keys and let me test drive it alone. I purchased a 2004 Toyota 4Runner from M&M motors back in March. Right from the start I could tell it was going to be a good experience. I found the 4Runner online and immediately called Mike, one of the owners. We scheduled a time that day for me to come in and take a look at and take it for a test drive. Happy with everything about the 4Runner, I agreed to purchase it. Mike was able to find me a loan although my credit was not that great and within an hour I was out of there driving my new ride. A did experience a few small issues within the first couple weeks of owning the vehicle. I informed Mike about these issues and he got me in immediately and took care of the issues quickly and free of charge. I bought a Toyota 4-Runner a year ago and its been running great. I lost my paperwork for the Gap insurance and they were very helpful in getting me the information quickly. They were very knowledgeable about the car when I bought it and I appreciate the recommendation to get the extended warranty as it was used to replace a malfunctioning front brake caliber recently. Im very pleased with my decision to buy my 4-Runner from M&M Auto Sales, they are a respectable business.

Very friendly and great customer service, but the vehicle I bought from them for a fair used car price was dead within a YEAR. They so maintenance and repairs cheaply, but had to do the same brake job 3 TIMES because their work kept going faulty over and over again. All in all, great service and attitude, but would NOT trust their service department or any older cars on their lot.

My wife and I purchased a low mileage 2003 Wrangler that looked and drove quite well for a 14-year old vehicle.Upon closer inspection, our winter weather and road preparations had taken a toll underneath the vehicle. This required some repairs to bring the jeep up to snuff. Mike helped us make the necessary improvements in a very cost-effective manner, thus giving us a car that we can count on long into the future. He finagled my relationship with my boyfriend on the lease, so I would be on the title as well.Long story not really short, they were awesome. My experience here was bad because I came here with my husband to check out a truck that we liked and my husband wanted to try it out if it was good use but a man name Mike wanted us to show the cash first and we told him that we had the cash and that we just wanted to check it out first but he said no instead if wanted us to show him that cash first which it disrespectful and I hope you guys can be better than that.

Mike @ M&M Motors was very responsive to my inquiries about our new Forester. I was flying in from North Dakota to purchase the vehicle. Mike arranged everything with me beforehand and even offered to pick me up at the airport. He made sure the car was inspected to be safe for my long drive, the gas tank was full, the oil was changed before I got there, and even installed new wipers when the forecast called for rain. I even got a couple bags of M&Ms and bottled water for the road. An all around great experience. Thanks Mike!

I would recommend staying away from this dealership. Two months ago my parents were taken advantaged off because English is a second language for them. They understand it will enough to have a conversation but were lied to. The vehicle that they purchased had a DVD player in the front and also a drop down monitor in the back. Before the vehicle was bought my parents were told that the DVD players were functional and is covered under the 30 day guarantee warranty. When they got home I tried the DVD player and the rear monitor was not operational. A family member called and spoke with Mike and Mike had an attitude and cussed out my brother and said, Im not helping you. Tell your mom to take it to her sons over at Uhaul. Youre screwed! Upon hearing this I physically went over to the dealership the next day and Mike immediately said that he will not help me if I was the one on the phone. I politely said it was not me he spoke with. I kept it professional and he asked me to drive the van back the next day. When I got there he pretended to help by looking through the car and told me to go home and do some research while he researched on his own. Its now been two months and I have not heard back nor are my messages ever replied. Its now a lost cause and we are left with an inoperable DVD monitor.I recommend staying away from a shady dealership like Mike and his business.

Great customer service! I purchased my Honda pilot in June 2017, which I love. It had a small oil leak, and Mike told me to bring it in so he could take a look at. He found the issue, which was a clamp, and fixed it right away.

I waited several weeks to post this review so it would be accurate on the dependability of the cars and the owner. This is a long review. The short of it is that we could not be happier with our two cars! Thank you Mike!My wife and I stopped in to look for a reasonable priced used car. After finding two potential cars my wife and i walked into the office to dicuss financing. Just before entering my wife said she could not decide which she wanted. I suggested buying both. Mike met us at the door which I liked because there was no hard sell. Just a friendly handshake and a warm smile.Financing was completed before we were half way into the paperwork. The cars were ours! After chatting with Mike for some time we left with our Lexus and Subaru.The next day my wife noticed the Subaru pulled to the left while driving. I called and Mike said bring it the next morning to be checked. I was told one of the tires was low and that was the cause of pulling. (I had my doubts on that being the cause but said nothing.) My wife said it was no longer pulling on the ride home. However the next day she complained again. I called Mike and made an appointment for end of the week. Each day my wife complained of more pulling.When we took it in Mike asked us to leave it with him. We had no ride so he loaned us a car! Later that day he called us to come in. There were two tires leaking and the mechanic noticed a part was worn between the engine and the exhaust. He fixed that also.No charge for anything! I was and still am impressed with the sales and service of M&M. Anyone not happy with these guys have personal issues. I mention this because after reading some of these negative reviews I wonder. If I had read them first I may have not gone to M&Ms to buy a car. That would have been my loss. Check them out. You will be happy you did!

I bought a Toyota Tacoma from M&M. I definitely had a good buying experience from them. The two owners were friendly and helpful. The truck is nice and the price was fair. They even filled the fuel tank and delivered the truck to my house.

I purchased a 2016 Nissan Sentra from Mike and it was the best experience. This past weekend I went to multiple large chain dealerships and my entire day was awful, I was so drained. But this was quick, easy and most important honest! I didnt feel like I was getting taken advantage of at all! Highly recommend!

Recently needed service so I returned there and was completely satisfied with the service experience as well. They took the time to diagnose my problem correctly, fixed it in a timely manner, and charged me a fair price. I highly recommend this dealership for both sales and service.

I felt like it was a good deal when I walked in. I worked with Mike but everyone else was nice. No pressure, I flipped flopped over extended warranty and a few other things and they worked with em hassle free. I got a very nice truck and a good experience, would work with them again.

If any issues or questions arise, even months down the line, he does any needed legwork to help us out. I really appreciate their customer service and transparency there. Its always scary to buy a used car because you never know what youre truly getting, but I felt taken care of with Mike. He took care of us when we bought the truck and hes still taking care of us now. I honestly cant say enough good things about them!

Having worked at car dealers as a tech, remember that when you buy a used car that they are not perfect, they are used. With that in mind the cars on M&Ms lot were better than you would find at most large dealers, trust me. They also have a better selection of cars that last a long time. I bought a 10,000 dollar car from him and long story short I spent a little over 500 dollars on tires in the first three weeks! I took it to him after 2 weeks with two flat tires. He replaced one and he said patched the other. A week later the patched one goes flat. At this point Im pretty sure Mike at M&M motors was doing something wrong. I took it to a place on hwy 100. They said that they can not believe that Mike does not know you cant mix and match tires and treads on an all wheel drive vehicle! The other tire that kept going flat was from 2003! I dont know much about cars but I assume the guy that I bought the car from would know what he is doing! I wanted to just say forget him but my Mom insisted she try and get the money back from the mis matched tire. Guess what he said? He said no hes not responsible! He also told her the night I got stranded without a spare he said it was my fault because he said I told him I didnt want a spare! Thats just ridiculous he never asked! He deserves a little bit of credit for coming out at night after he was closed to give me a spare tire. I now believe the only reason he did that is because he knew how bad those tires were! I will never buy a car from M&M motors ever again! They take advantage of people that dont know what questions to ask. 515 dollars on a car that was just bought is just not right. He is probably laughing all the way to the bank! He will rip anybody off beware!!!

Found a car that they had listed on AutoTrader that didnt have any pictures. Called the dealership and spoke with Mike. Pleasant enough on the phone, said that it was a great car that he had put about 1000 miles on it since they brought it in. It was the exact make and model I was looking for so I sent my nephew over to take a look - he just happens to have the same model year and make of the car. He had done his research before he purchased so I was relying on him to give me an assessment prior to driving 300+ miles with a check.My nephew gave the car a look see and found a small coolant leak as well as a clamp wrapped around the heat shield. The heat shield is a known issue with this car and the true fix is around $1000. Before Mike would allow my nephew to take the car for a ride he wanted me to check in and gauge my interest. I explained the two issues that were found and he decided to cut me off before I could finish it a rude and aggressive manner and said to me, if your calling to beat me up about the condition of the car, dont bother. Mike continued with, the fix for the heat shield rattle is a large hose clamp. Um, well...not when youre trying to negotiate the price of a $12,000 car. I calmly informed him that I was done dealing with him and before I could finish he hung up on me.After he hung up with me, He SWORE at my 18 year old nephew and his friend and asked to see this coolant leak . I have included a picture just in case he didnt get a good enough look.There are LOTS of other dealerships along Hwy 100 - choose wisely.FOLLOW UP - Mike decided that after he hung up on me and read my review, that he should give me a call. NOT to apologize for his awful behavior, but to chastise me for my exceedingly accurate review of his HORRIBLE conduct. This time is was my turn to swear at him and insist that he NEVER call or contact me in anyway.

Great dealership, owners are honest and informative without pressure to make a sale. 2nd car purchased from them about a week and a half ago, first was 20 years ago. Smaller lot with a good variety of used vehicles. Definitely recommend checking them out if youre in the market for a used car.

Beware DO NOT BUY! Rude and horrible customer service!! My mom bought a 2007 Sienna from Mike at M & M motors, came home and notice the DVD player wasnt working and car also had hail damaged. Asked him to make it right and Mike said after the car leaves the lot its not his responsible for anything even though he offers a 6 month warranty. If your paying cash for the car good luck one he gets your money your on your own!!

I needed to have a heating plate that wore off reinstalled; Mike made sure it was done when I brought my car in during my lunch break. Another car was in the garage up on the racks, and the mechanic completed task from the ground. So happy it was done efficiently and speedy.

Visited M&M on a scouting trip looking for a economic car for my younger daughter who would purchase as her first car. Spent an hour talking pros & cons with Mike on various vehicles and really felt no pressure what so ever, very engaging but no sales push. A few days later my daughter was ready to buy but the car we had targeted had been sold. Mike had just received another Honda CRV in her price range but hadnt had time to place in on their website yet. My daughter and her boyfriend went and it turned out to be the car for them. Once again Mike took his time, answered their questions and provided way more information than they even asked. Once again no pressure. The buying process was seamless and the paperwork easy. My daughter loves her new 2004 CRV. As a side note, I had a problem occur on my car as I was leaving. Mike ran out to check it out and was very helpful in determing what I needed to get fixed. I bought a car here a few weeks ago. It was an easy process, and the car was in great condition. I stopped by in the afternoon and drove off with the car in the evening. I would shop here again if I need a used car in the future.

I bring all cars i buy to my own mechanic before i buy. This was the first car lot that didnt try to rip me off. The jeep i bought was exactly as described and the price was fair.

We called prior to paying them a visit and tried asking a few questions about a jeep they had on their website. They immediately cut me off and said they couldnt answer my questions and said I had to come in. That should have been a red flag but I went in any way the next day. As soon as my family and i got out of our car to look at the Jeep one of their sales men approached us and immediately asked how much we had to put down on the car. So we asked back if they did financing and he immediately said no and didnt want to do any more business with us so we left right away. I get that they dont do financing, but he could have answered that question over the phone and not had us Drive 2 hours to get our questions answered. Better service anywhere else.

My boyfriend needed a new car since his broke down. He was looking for a decent size truck to help with his side landscaping business. We were within walking distance and began to just look around. Mike came out, greeted us, and asked what we were looking for. We explained and he gave his suggestions. From there, Mike never pressured us or made us feel uncomfortable. While my boyfriend looked at his options, Mike and I began to just talk. Conversation was easy and we realized, through conversation, we knew mutual people.Mike took us for a test drive and my boyfriend loved his choice. He ended up with a Honda Ridgeline. There was even a recall on the car and they already ordered the part, called my boyfriend once it was in, and took care of everything. They even gave him a rental car while his car was getting fixed.I know that once I will need a new car, or any other friends or families, I will definitely be using M&M motors! I love that you dont feel pressured and both Mike and his brother Matthew are easy to talk to. When I bought my car, I went to many dealerships, was pressured, and felt like a commission rather than a person. When my boyfriend and I were at M&M motors, we felt like people. Very Satisfied with company, the car I bought, and sales person Mike. He is very knowledgeable, I was not pressured. The car test drove smooth. He showed where controls were and that air cond & heat and lights working. He flipped up the hood and showed where everything was. The free 6 mos warranty on the major systems was icing on the cake. And Kudos to the company for putting Carfax report for their vehicles online for free.

My husband and I spent over a month searching for the right car and M&M Motors was one of our first stops along our journey. We were drawn to them because we were looking for a Honda Pilot and they had a lot of options when it came to used Pilots between 2004-2010. We found one and went there to go test drive it. When we arrived, we told the gentleman we were hoping to test drive a 2009 Pilot we saw in the lot and he immediately asked us when will you be buying the car? This turned us off right away, but for the right car we were willing to overlook it. We got in the car for the test drive and the same guy hopped into the car with us. Instead of letting us freely take the car, he directed us in a loop that only covered about a 4 block area. We wanted to take it on the freeway, but that was a no go. When we got it back to the lot, we were in the back of the car noticing that the rear wiper did not line up OR function properly. In fact, it was clearly visible that the rear windshield did not line up - this car had definitely been in an accident. It was glaringly obvious that most of the cars on this lot (although they look nice at first) are all bought from auction. When he noticed us in the back of the vehicle, he opened up the hood in an obvious attempt to distract us. This dealership does not offer free CARFAXs, but rather has AutoCheck reports that you have to pay to see. Needless to say, at this point we werent really interested in the vehicle anymore. However, we went into the main office to start a casual discussion about possible financing. We were up front and told the guy that we dont have stellar credit (mainly because we dont have any credit, this would have been our first car loan). He told us he doesnt deal with bad credit and his already rude demeanor was accompanied by multiple condescending remarks. Somehow, he still wanted to talk financing, but we started for the door and attempted to be polite by saying we would think about it. He said, So, will I see you guys tomorrow? and as we headed out the door, his question was met with a resounding NO. Ultimately, we could have actually bought any car on his lot outright, but we wanted a loan to build our credit. We will never go back to M&M Motors and we will also make sure to advise anyone looking for a car to avoid this place. Their lot is full of used, overpriced, high mile vehicles that have been in accidents. We ended up going with a 2014 certified Honda Pilot from a local Honda Dealership.

Great experience, great car. I purchased a 2000 Jeep Wrangler from Mike and love it. On the test drive Mike was helpful, polite, and not pushy at all. The paperwork process was quick and easy. He even installed my radio deck for me and had it done by the time I picked the car up. What impressed me most about Mike was the service after the vehicle was sold. A week after the purchase I noticed one of the bolts to take the hardtop off was a little sticky and wouldnt come off. I called Mike and he nicely invited me to drop by so he could take care of it, which he did. I consider this some real hold-your-hand service, as I probably couldve done it with some elbow grease and a good screwdriver (which I didnt have), but Mike took care of it with a smile. A few weeks after that I noticed that the tailgate hinges were a little off in their alignment. This is something I totalllly couldve lived with, but I called Mike and again he nicely invited me up so he could take care of it. I ordered some hinges and he replaced them for free, no labor charge, which he easily couldve charged. On top of that, while I was waiting for the hinges to be done, he lent me his personal vehicle so I could drive to McDonalds, get some coffee and use their wifi. This was complete above and beyond service, with a personal touch. I love the Jeep and would recommend anybody I know to go see Mike!

Dont be fooled, these people are rude and inconsiderate of their customers. They only want to rip you off. I dealt with them once and they would not even let me inspect the car. They said, You have to have the money on hand. I was taken aback by how they treated their customers. Then it all made sense, the keyed up cars that we saw walking into the lot were most likely the result of peoples experiences with them. Dont believe the positive reviews for this business.
