I worked with Jim at Carpet Mill Outlet to make some very tight-turnaround decisions on flooring for our new home. He has been helpful, responsive, and quick to find solutions. I have used this company twice for carpet installation. Great prices. Only concern is the quality of the padding. Either buy your own padding and provide to them to install or check the quality before they install. I have spots in my carpet that feel hard like concrete. The first time I assumed it was a small error, the second time, at a different home, it is clear the quality of their padding is low.

Worked with Joe and the install team to get new carpet after we moved in. The team was very accommodating in splitting our install dates so we could kilz our floors and shuffle our furniture around. They were great guys and great to work with. They even hauled away the old stuff for us! Well go back to Joe when we need to update some of the other flooring in our home as well.

We had carpet mill outlet come measure our home, and then got the feeling that the owner was a little slimy James R Hishmeh is his name please check Wisconsin circuit court system (CCAP) with this guy, then his business is Carpet Mill outlet but legal/corporate name under ASTORIA CARPETS INC (CCAP)check that as well, he doesnt pay taxes EVER, and gets sued by everyone. He is being garnished by the IRS and WI Dept of Revenue, Very shoddy work, and if you question anything he says hes too busy to do the warranty repairs, find a reputable company and dont support this con ?

My builder used this installer to install the flooring in our home. The owner came out on a warranty check on the excessive wear on our carpet and told my wife and I that he would 100% replace the carpet, even make us a rug as well as a piece of carpet for our garage before you enter the home. That was 3 months ago. Ignores voicemails, texts, and phone calls. Wont even call my builder back. Jim claims they are “super busy” but we will “take care of you” yet he doesnt. Beware, will not follow up and will not help you out. Go elsewhere, its just not worth it. Products are subpar and work is iffy.
