Ive been going to Wisconsin Vision for years. Always great service and everything is well explained. When I was in yesterday, another patient in the waiting area needed some help filling in the forms on the tablet they use now. One of the employees kindly assisted him without any air of annoyance, which I really appreciated! Its always nice when someone seems sincerely happy to help.

I came in with my 89 year old mother for both of us to have an eye exam and new glasses. We were greeted by all the friendly employees behind the desk. Dr. Kemmerling was wonderful as he explained everything he was doing during the exam.Tracy was amazing in helping us both on finding the best frames for each. She suggested my mom get petite frames. No one else had ever done that previously. The fit was perfect! And for the first time in years I feel like an anxious kid waiting to get my new glasses as Tracy got me a little out of my comfort zone and I felt the frames she suggested really brought out seeing my blue eyes! Great job everyone!

My mother and I had eye exam appointments at this location this afternoon. The staff was wonderful and kind. One of the best experiences we’ve had. Highly recommend this team!! Go visit them, you won’t be sorry!!

Trying to walk across the state of Wisconsin on the IAT

I made an appointment for an eye exam and got a confirmation email of the date, time, and place. My appointment was for July 22 and my confirmation was dated July 1 so it took 3 weeks to get the appointment. I am an 80 year old widow and had to schedule my ride a week in advance. I got to my appointment 15 minutes ahead of time and was told there was no appointment scheduled for me. I was quite upset because I waited 3 weeks for the appointment and now they said the could reschedule me for sometime in August. After waiting 3 weeks already I thought they should have tried to fit me in that day. They said to show them my confirmation email, but they didnt even have wi-fi or internet so I could not bring up my confirmation. This was very poor business. I also had my return ride scheduled for 1 and 1/2 hours later so would have had to wait for that. The ride company was much nicer and came within 15 minutes. You do not confirm an appointment and then turn down an 80 year old when she was there on time. Wisconsin Vision will not get my money for glasses. (This was at the West Allis store.)

My 1st time at Wisconsin Vision, and I had an exceptional expirence from the moment I walked in tge door. The Doctor that did my exam was very professional and personable. He recommended products for my situation and explained the benefits of them. I then was helped by Tracy who was awesome. She explained the differences of using my benefits on either my glasses or contacts. She was very friendly and professional. I highly recommend the West Allis location.

I am so pleased with Wisconsin vision and my latest purchase. Tracy was so easy to work with and knowledgeable about frame fit and which lenses I should get. I’ve received nothing but compliments on my gorgeous Michael Kors frames I will definitely be back.

Staff was super friendly. Tracy was a joy to work with; I can not see at all without my glasses, so trying frames and making a decision is always difficult. She picked out some amazing choices and had me take selfies to see what I looked like.

Cannot say enough good things about this location. Dr Kemmerling was so thorough. Took time to explain every step of the exam. There was no pushing of purchasing a presciption pair of glasses versus the over the counter pair I have for reading. THAT is very unusual. Will be back.

Was getting headaches for years... just found out that the glasses I purchased from Wisconsin Vision were almost double the power I needed in the right eye. Wish I hadnt purchased such an expensive pair because I can no longer wear them and they wont fix their mistake.

Ive been to many eye doctors over 20 years, this one is my favorite!! Thank you to both the receptionists and the doctors that make this experience stress free!

Came in for an eye exam on Saturday, the staff and the doctor where very helpful and friendly. The Manager of the store helped me,I liked that she took her time to explain everything to me . Will definitely be going back in the future.

We went to the location in Menomonee Falls and had a horrible experience so I was hesitant to come to this location. All I can say is WOW! The staff here was wonderful and so welcoming, we worked with Lisa and my kids love her! Thanks for all the great work and we cant wait to go back next year.

I was very impressed with my first visit to Wisconsin Vision. The West Allis store was clean and the staff was extremely friendly. The large selection of eyewear was almost overwhelming but I found the perfect pair...but Ill be back for the other two perfect pairs, cant buy them all. LOL.
