Tried it tonight for the first time and I enjoyed it. The burger was cooked well and full of flavor. The fries were also fresh and really good. The chili cheese dog was good, not great, but I would still recommend anyone who liked chili dogs to give it a try. The shake.....Oh, the shake. You need a spoon for it. Absolutely DELICIOUS. Thats how a shake should be, make the vein pop out of your head trying to get it up the straw. Seriously, everyone give this a place a try!
My experience with this restaurant is strictly with drive-thru service only. I really enjoy the variety of items they have to offer and the quantity of food that comes with every meal. I absolutely love that the 🍟 are always served piping hot!🔥 The staff has no problem correcting an order when its necessary without complaining. Good attitudes deserve proper recognition.👏👏🏾👏🏼
The staff are fast and friendly, the food is great! You definitely get your moneys worth! One of my favorite things from here is the Reuben melt! I also love their crispy seasoned fries! Its a good place to take my nieces and nephews for a bite to eat or actually anybody in the family or friends
I like to try different burger places out. This was a very good burger with fresh toppings of your choice. Things are made to order, so there is a little wait. Very reasonably priced. The restaurant was very clean and the staff was friendly.
Probably the best burger I’ve ever had from a fast-food place. Flavorful and juicy.. California burger didn’t disappoint. The onion rings were great too. Will definitely be back!

Big burgers! Taste great! Excellent hot fudge sundae! Lots of onion rings in an order. Drive- thru line was long, but they kept it moving t a good pace. Got through fast than what I thought!
Nothing I’ve gotten here has been more than okay. It’s fine in a pinch, but if you can make it to Kopp’s I’d recommend heading there instead. The quality just isn’t there for me. My burger tasted like it was microwaved. The custard had a strange gritty consistency. It’s unfortunate because I live so close, so if the food were better I’d probably stop by all the time.

We drove past this place so many times and finally got a chance to try it. The place was dirty. The burger was so full of dressing that it couldnt be picked up. The chili dog was soggy and a mess. I will admit the fries were very good, but the experience was still a total fail. We handed the food back and left. Money down the drain.
Have been hearing this place has a good fish fry. Tried it today and man, it was GOOD! Lightly battered cod with a crunch.
Not a bad fast food burger, but its still just fastfood. To put it in perspective, the McDonalds across the street would be 1/5. If your expecting a diner level food experience, look elsewhere. The custard was pretty good, but doesnt hold up to Gilles a few blocks away. Ultimately its just O.K. and I dont understand the hype in these reviews.

Ill never eat there again, the staff was rude from the drive through. They handed my food to me rudly. I wont eat there with my family again. The staff use to be friendly. Im not sure what happened but I dont recommend anyone to eat there. Ill go to the gyro place and pay cash for better service.
Ive visited here several times now and had to leave a review. This is our familys new go-to for frozen custard when in the area. Generous helpings when we ordered the waffle cones that left everyone smiling. Great, smooth, creamy, and flavorful custard! I also picked up a burger and was pleasantly surprised how good it was as it compared quite well with the standard-bearer, the Kopps jumbo burger. If you are in the area, do not hesitate to stop in!
This place use to be my favorite spots, but now the food is starting to not taste as good as it use to be. Its like some days the burgers taste amazing with crispy frys and then the next day the burgers arent tasting as good and the frys are soggy. So yea I might have to find another spot to get a burger
They forgot to add peppers to my meal. When I called to mention it. The employee said what do you want me to do? Horrible customer service!! When I asked for the manager name. Grace stated he do not like his name giving out. Literally had to leave work to meet Brian the store manager! Never going back

We were served a chicken tender that looked raw in the middle. When we discreetly and apologetically brought it to the staff’s attention, the cashier was nice about it but the cook, Ryan, was really rude about it. He said it wasn’t raw and that it was the way the breading was. The middle was pink and the same texture as raw chicken! Breading looks way different than that. He took it and kept getting defensive about it. We ended up just agreeing and apologizing to HIM since we didn’t want to cause a scene. we just wanted some cooked chicken tendies. If you use fresh chicken and miscalculated the cook time - that’s cool. If you use frozen pre-made tenders, that’s cool too. Either way an explanation would have been appreciated instead of gaslighting a regular customer.Drive through workers and cashiers are always so very nice. Food is usually great, we love to come here to support a local place over a chain. We’ve had everything. Hot dogs, chicken tenders, gyros, cheese curds and burgers, again all usually great. Just sad that this last experience was so disrespectful.
The place was spotless. The food, Magnificent, juicy burgers and Customer service 10 out of 10. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for a Good burger.
Literally the best food out there Ive only had a hot dog and a lot of ice cream from there and its so worth it its honestly to me its worth the money like you get a nice enjoyment its really nice
I had a burger it was one of the best burger I have had in a long time they have a drive thru and dining on inside not sure if they are open for indoor dining I just discovered this place so go try a burger I did not try anything else from there I can only speak for the burger and I found my burger place did you if not give this place a try

The Deep fried burger is pretty good with large portions. Was even better the next day after I removed all the toppings. The fries and onion rings are amazing. We didnt try the ice cream but we will definitely be back for more. The price for 2 adults and 2 kids was $30 and came with a ton of food. Wish the burgers came with a little more fries though.

Remember when Kopps was good, but now its just so-so? This is better than when Kopps was good. So delicious! Huge burgers. I wouldnt order their sides again and their custard was alright, but the burgers were absolutely my favorite! It had everything I wanted in a burger - definitely one of those places that if you want one covered in cheese, this is the place to go. Cant wait for another visit in a few months.

I love a delicious classic burger that the taste is all about the patty.Ordered the bacon jumbo cheeseburger and added my own toppings and was so happy being pregnant and haven’t been able to keep anything thats greasy down this was the first time eating here and I wasn’t disappointed! Fries have so much flavor and the pickle is the cherry on top to everything.I also had a vanilla malt and you could tell the amazing quality the custard here is.I can’t complain at all! Service was great and I loved the atmosphere.I will be dreaming about this for the next few days 😂
The custard flavors are exceptional! So creative. So delicious. The young kids who work there are always very polite and friendly. It seems thats becoming rare these days.

Pretty nice burger place with some other options if you dont want a burger. Stopped here on the way back from State Fair Park because of the yummy smell coming from it. The food is made while you wait, which is great except I have a very impatient toddler. Hot fries! Haha. The only down sides are a weird layout and dirty tables/chairs.

Worst burger I’ve ever paid for. The top bun was old/stale, crumbled into pieces as soon as I removed it from the bag. The fruit punch was watered down completely. Waste of money

The food was really good. However, the cleanliness of the outside was terrible. The trash was full, who knows how long it has been since they emptied it. There was an awning that all the dining tables were lined up under. The awning wasnt opened up, but there are at least 3 birds nests under it that people have to sit under if they want to eat at the restaraunt since indoor dining is still closed. And theres trash all over the outdoor dining area. I just hope that where they cook the food is cleaner than the outside.

This used to be my go to place for burgers as I wasnt a big fan of culvers or kopps. Sadly though theyve gone way downhill. My burgers were poorly assembled and badly cooked. Very disappointing given that this was my top pick.
Absolutely amazing burgers. Service is over the top. It’s so worth to come here, rather then to the burger around the corner. Give them a try try you will not be disappointed. And the best thing is, it’s not a chain restaurant, so your helping a local guy out.

Greater than McDonalds, Less than Culvers. Stopped in here instead of Mcdonalds. Place is very open and has industrial feel. Simple enough menu was easy to read. Ordered fish sandwich. Cooked fresh so there was a 7min wait. Fillet was great size for a good meal with fries! Overall, its like a drive-in restaurant without the drive-in.

The food here is always top notch! Once you try one of their specialty burgers youll want to work your way right down the list. The fries are some of the best around! The staff is super friendly. The only downside is they dont have dine in right now, but covid saftey first, right?

Owner and staff tried putting gas in the vehicle, didnt work so they helped push me into a spot and let me and my daughters come inside to eat, color and get cooled down while I called for help.

Usually go there when someone is drunk and wants malts. The burgers are alright a bit large but it justifies the price. And now a cautionary tale, I once ordered a double cheeseburger with Everything on it I had assumed this meant just the free toppings they had however, I couldnt have been more wrong. This meant every topping they had (Including extras) I was too afraid to ask them to not do it but, I did ask what Everything on it meant. I was fortunate that some godsent cook had the foresight or was lazy enough or some good stroke of luck hit me because the burger did not come with guacamole or any of the extra toppings. Most woukd complain about a screwed up order but I was thankful for what had happened on that day. All in all a reliable place where I had a miracle happen.

Well went to this burger place by force of an elder former coworker friend since he was hungry and does toy models. One of them was at the veterans hospital nearby on National Rd. Anyways I was really hungry and he made a Big Deal (no pun intended) about this place being the best up in Milwaukee. I was offered a free meal for lunch despite being moody for a 20 minutes drive from the VA hospital cafeteria food. Anyways I ordered the Big deal burger meal and waited. The meal cost $15+ estimate without tax but I had a free be. As we received our order It was a big burger with 3 patties and steak like thick fries. I never heard of this place and I vowed to make my review but after tasting their Big deal burger It was a meh good and didnt taste the big deal my coworker and his elder friends ranted about? The beef patties tasted similar to another burger franchise called Checker burgers back in Chicago, Illinois. I was not that impressed. Their French fries they gave was also a Meh good and was a bit salty. The texture was good but too much salt. I would rather eat a Culvers butter burger over this despite quantity of beef patties over quality of beef patties. I would eat this only if I was really hungry or nearby this place but this would be the last place in Milwaukee Wisconsin I would think of going first. I would not even do cartwheels to bring myself to this place. Anyways thats my 2 cents advise and experience of eating her. Its better than Burger King or McDonalds. But not as good as a Culvers burger. I would eat a Wendys double stack burger over this!
The fries are amazing. The burger was decent, but there are other much better (and cheaper or similar) places than here. Bun was super lightly grilled (wasnt done long enough) so the bottom bun got pretty soggy quick. Soda fountain was low on syrup so everything tasted like soda water, but they do have Sprecher rootbeer in bottles available. The vanilla custard was tasty, would rank it the same as KOPPs (better than Culvers).
