Krispy Kreme is the BEST! A group before us must have just purchased 20 dozen doughnuts. I felt out of place only ordering 3 😁

Limited variety at the moment. I went in with my son around 1:30pm, and the roller wasnt going with the fresh donuts. The sign wasnt on, but I still had hopes some were being prepared. It wasnt the cleanest during my visit (floors could stand to be mopped), but overall ok. I got a simple dozen of glazed. Cant go wrong with that.

This 1 star rating is not indicative of Krispy Kreme in general, just this location. I have had 3 experiences of going to this location to order donuts, only to find out that they closed the store much earlier than their hours suggest they should have (online says open til 10, I got there at 7:45 and they had the drive thru blocked off and doors locked, even though I could see employees in the store; thats just one example). Also, one of the two times Ive successfully ordered donuts here they got my order wrong. Im disappointed this is the only location nearby, because I would definitely go somewhere else for Krispy Kreme if I had the option.

The overall experience was not bad however the donuts seemed to be day old(at least). They were not the light, fluffy, melt in your mouth donuts that I remember. Has the recipe changed? I am not from the area so I was really excited to get 2 dozen donuts.

As of 10/24/21 they only have drive-thru open, but otherwise they have really nice staff and good donuts

I love Krispy kreme!! their donuts are magnificent! The staff is so friendly and welcoming. Because we did are civic duty we get free donuts all year! they are worth the 2 injections. The store is always clean and the donuts are always fresh.

We came from out of town for the donuts.. super friendly staff, not even a line when we went! Fully stocked options! Make sure to save some double Carmel donuts for our next trip back! 🤤

Went to this location at 9pm the other night and the drive-thru and store were closed. Their website says that the drive-thru is open until 10pm. They need to do better at updating their information online. Wouldve saved a trip over there.

The young man taking orders at the drive thru today was very patient and friendly. He put a smile on my face. My original glazed reminded me of a funnel cake- that same flavor. In a good way! I was sad the chocolate cake donut was gone but theres still plenty good ones to pick from.

Plenty of parking. Well staffed, enough to keep the line moving with a continuing flow of customers. The cashier checked out people who had placed pre-orders. It was a fun experience for my grandchildren who had never visited a Krispy Kreme. They said KK donuts were much better than the other leading donut shop. However, there is only 1 (one) Krispy Kreme in Wisconsin and its 27 miles away!

The doughnuts were hot off the line and so so soooo good! The staff member at the register was super nice in helping us too. Well worth a 5 hour drive...

We had to stop since we happened to be in Milwaukee and get our free donuts since we are fully vaccinated. Of course we got a dozen to go 😁 Its still only drive-thru but its worth the wait for the best donuts around. We dont get them often since theyre gone so fast and the nearest shop is an hour away. But Kwik Trips glazed heated in the microwave for a few seconds come real close to these.

Awesome place with mouth watering, melt-in-your-mouth donuts.... I never knew we had a Krispy Kreme in Wisconsin until a month ago so that was a very pleasant surprise. If youve never had Krispy Kreme check the stores website for their red-light hours so you get the freshest donuts. My favorite donut place by far.

I got a free donut for signing up for the rewards program. Then my birthday is coming up and they gave me a free dozen donuts I have to go pick up. The donuts have been very fresh and tasty the few times I’ve been here. Last time I went the line was super long. The lady who was taking orders there was very nice and efficient. I saw it was getting hectic and she handled it good.

I miss receiving warm donuts. But no problem its summer time!! I left them in the car and I was all set!!

Ordered about 6 different donuts online and drove about 10+ miles to pick them up. Got there and while waiting in the drive thru they canceled 3 of them. Thats fine but at least tell me before I drive all the way there.

Ive had good experiences here. I feel the price for a dozen donuts is a little high, but they have been freshly made which is a plus. I wish their rewards program was more rewarding, but its better than having no rewards program.

First time at a Krispy Kreme but staff was friendly, coffee was good, and donuts were delicious!

I came yesterday at 8pm and on google it says it’s open till 10pm but on the website it says it’s open till 9pm regardless I came at 8pm and the drive thru was blocked off and the doors were locked. I called the store and they ignored the calls, Okay. So I come back today at 7pm and same thing. Pretty disappointing.

I love the service I got today. I called ahead about my special order since I’m a diabetic requesting for unglazed donuts. (Love the texture of the donuts with the unnecessary sugar.) I came far for the best donuts and when I didn’t get the unglazed donut at 10am Carlos, the manager, made sure I got my unglazed donuts 30 mins laterally . Thanks to him and his team for serving such a busy store.

National donut Day in the business wont answer the phone and when I got there I found the lobby closed. So a 35 minute wait in line for the drive-thru. They couldnt make it more inconvenient for the customer

Im disappointed. I love Krispy Kreme. I love the dough and I love the options they offer. Unfortunately this place seems to be using either different oil or perhaps even older more dirty oil. You can taste it in every bite. You can also smell it if you walk inside.I also noticed that the size of certain donuts was smaller than normal. I dont know how could something like that happen in a franchise but some donuts do look smaller. Not a big deal tho.Its not bad enough to not go to the only branch in the area but its definitely there. They need to fix this issue.The place is relatively clean. They have drive thru and I didnt notice they were short on any major donut style.

Tried ordering the double dozen combo that is advertised on their menu to be told that don’t do it anymore. If you discontinue something you should update your menu or honor it until you are not advertising it anymore. Decided to go to Dunkin’ Donuts across the street.

The donuts was excellent but the girl in drive thru need to be train again they never ask about rewards or anything always in a rush the donuts was put in the box any kind of way for 15 dollars I would expect the service to be on point

Just tried to stop and get a quick breakfast before work this morning and was meet with very rude ILL BE RIGHT WITH YOU I was the only one in line because dunkin donuts was packed. I understand that whoever it was, was probably busy at the time but to get mad at me after waiting 5 minutes and saying hello in the speaker to only hear another rude I said Id be right with you Ive never had any problems with Krispy Kreme before but I guess its a 1st time for everything. I recommend NOT stopping in the a.m.

For Your Information; NO free taster when the Hot Now doughnut sign is on... 🙁 So sad. I am not a big doughnut eater, but if I am going to give in to the sweet treat, it would be a fresh and warm one ~ right out of the fryer. Then we would give in and buy a dozen (6 glazed and 6 without to soften the sugar factor)

Got half dozen donuts here for the first time. The donuts themselves were absolutely delicious. Line was really long but was worth the wait.

Why is it so difficult to turn into the drive thru lane? Just be careful. It’s not like you have many other choices if you are looking specifically for Krispy Kreme. Surprisingly SE Wisconsin does not have any good options for doughnuts so here we are. The speed of service is mediocre at best.

Lived in the south for a bit, and I went to Krispy Kreme all the time. I totally missed going there for a nice fresh donut in the morning. Well, I was surprised to find out that there is one up here in Milwaukee, and its just as good! Though I will say I feel like the donuts have gotten a tad smaller over the years. Regardless, it was still warm, fresh, and quick! Krispy Kreme beats dunkin any day in my book. Im also not sure what else they have besides donuts and coffee, but thats something Ill have to try next time. Or not, since I always just end up getting their donuts anyways lol

I went with my kids at 8:10pm. They were cleaning up (they close at 10pm). There were 4 employees up front, one in back. I literally waited 5 minutes for them to address me and ask what I wanted. They were more concerned about getting out early than waiting on the customers standing in the store. Extremely disappointed with lack of customer service!

I gotta say, this place was not too great a while ago. I decided to give them another shot & Im glad I did! The staff is extremely patient & friendly. The donuts actually looked like they do in the ads! One of the few places that has actually managed to turn the bad experiences into positives! Well done Krispy Kreme!

First time placing an online order through their user friendly website! I placed my order early morning and my order was ready to go right at 0645 as requested! I drove through the drive-thru, told them my name and my 3- dozen donut order and coffee carafe were ready for me! Great experience!

Always quick service when Im there! The doughnuts are delicious and fresh! Much better then any other chain in the area! Nothing beats a hot classic Krispy Kreme doughnut in the morning!

I want to give no stars because of the horrible service and rude teen employee... the donuts were nowhere near fresh. There were very limited flavors. The donuts were thrown everywhere in the case and did not match the flavor spot it was in ... so a newcomer like me was very confused on what flavors they had/ what flavors there were. Then I realized there was only 3-5 flavors in like 15 different spots. Unorganized. Only gave 2 stars because watching the man make the donuts were cool.

The employees are amazing. With COVID my sons school last minute made me aware that the donuts had to be individually wrapped, the gentleman was 100% on board and got it taken care of with a great attitude. 🍩 Thank you guys

Placed an order online and went to pick it up. They had the order ready and I pulled up to confirm my order was in fact correct. It was not. They messed up 4 out of the 12 donuts I had ordered. Go inside and they say sorry we didnt have those donuts available when we filled the order. Sooooo, you just filled the order with whatever you saw fit? Look down and lo and behold the donuts I ordered are staring me in the face. The employee says oh, those must have been put out after we filled your order. Really, I placed an order 10 minutes ago and instead of checking to see if those items were going to be ready soon you just substituted whatever? At the very least call or email to let the customer know the order will be behind unless they want to make substitutions! Poor customer service! At least the product is infinitely better than the employees serving it.

Couldnt take a pic. The doughnuts didnt stay long enough. The kids made the box of glazed disappear and I didnt get to eat my Drake b4 the youngest took a bite from the other side while I held it to acknowledge the creativity of the spooky collection!

Cleverly crafted donuts. They’re better at glazed donuts than filled donuts, but they are still a great breakfast spot.
