Had a terrible experience with a driver on the road cutting me off and almost causing an accident. After I went around the driver they decided to start tailgating me and almost rear ended me. If these are the people who you want representing your brand then I will take my business elsewhere and will be telling others to do the same.

If you’re going to have a mask policy sign at the entrance of your store, why is it that the employee inside is not wearing a mask? I really don’t care if he wears a mask, but don’t make people entering the store go out of their way to mask up, if the policy isn’t even followed by the employee behind the counter. The store has never really impressed me,.

Very friendly knowledgeable staff, the assistant manager don is very friendly and helped me order the right parts after I goofed up and ordered the wrong stuff

This has been a couple of months ago I was having a horrible day and then I walked into Napa. Walked through the door and heard Howdy can we help you all find something? So I looked behind me to see who else was behind me (not a soul) I took my problem to the counter with 2 ladies Dani and Dee, I said I needed some lug nuts Dee grabbed it said this is a 12 millimeter by something and went and got it she told Dani a number and Dani checked me out with a smile then Dee asks me very seriously if I wanted my nuts in a sack? Dani is laughing and Im kind of dumbfounded but said yes. I didnt have the heart to let her know they are bags. Lol! I paid Dani and as I was leaving I heard you all come back now you hear! I just want to thank these 2 amazing ladies for making my day my month my year! Now every time I look at my cars wheels I think about my nuts in a sack I laugh! This was the best experience I have ever had in a parts store! Dont ever break these to ladies up! Great job!

Bought an HID headlight last Saturday and returned on tuesday due to them being closed on Labor day, which is fine and understandable. I had payed cash when i bought it but when i went to return it they told me they didnt have cash in store to give me and could only mail me a check or put it on a card or wait till someone came in to pay for something that gave them cash in store. What a terrible way to run a business. Now im out $143 until they mail me a check. Totally unacceptable. I will never be using NAPA for anything again.

I needed a heater relay switch, & the lady behind the counter knocked my socks off with her knowledge of the part. She probley fogot more then I know. My new goto place for my auto needs.
