When you buy from them, tell them to discount your gold package with any purchase for free oil changes. I was told no appts needed for oil change when I called so you are thinking 15-20 minute wait even if someone is in front of you. 30 minute for 2 etc.Get there, 3 bays, 1 being used for current oil change, others empty. 2 oil changes in front of me and 1.5 hour wait?? 3 employees standing around and 2 bays empty. Any express oil change takes 20 minutes. Appointments NEED to obviously be required if only 1 person is doing them. Had a issue when I purchased from here as well and not until I posted my review about that did they acknowledge and fix the issue that was brought to their attention several times. Never again will I be a customer of Russ Darrow.
