I waited for my truck windshield to be replaced. The waiting room is very nice with coffee, cold drinks and snacks. My truck was finished before the scheduled time. Very impressed to find a bible on the table. I would recommend Safelite Auto Glass in West Bend for your windshield needs.

Quick service for same day appointment! Got in and out in 30 min or less for my small windshield crack. Lukas did a great job and showed the result to make sure I was happy before I left. Will definitely go back if future problems occur!

My appointment took less time than promised and I was on the road with a new windshield. They have a nice waiting area, I was able to lay out some paperwork on the table and get caught up on my work.

Windshield replaced on truckMy wife and I took a ride to milwaukee, and the first thing she noticed was the wind noise. I agreed with her. Called safelite and was told to bring in. From what I could tell they put some rubber cement on windshield trim. Still lots of wind noise. Called again and was told to drop off truck at 7:30am. Called me at 4:30pm to pick up. When I went there I was told 2 people test rode and could hear nothing. Took all day to figure out theres nothing wrong? Seems like a good way to not bother them again. Never again there.

Dropped my car off for scheduled windshield repair. They called in 2 hours to say the new windshield they ordered was defective. Reschedule for next week and we’ll order another. I kindly asked them to inspect the second windshield before we do another 40 min round trip drop off and a 40 minute round trip pick up navigating in between jobs and nap times with a baby. Drop off car for second scheduled repair. Get a call in 2 hours, new windshield is defective. Reschedule for next week and we’ll order a new one and this time we’ll look at it before you come in. Nope, Absolutely not. Made one call to another local auto shop and they quoted me ONE THIRD of the price safe light had quoted, so I suppose after over 2 hours of life wasted, a blessing in disguise.

This location was great to work with. The work was done on time and looks great! The only complaint is that you have to schedule online, cant call with a question, etc.

They were very nice and quick too. I dropped my vehicle off the night prior and tossed my keys in the key drop and by 11am the next day (my appointment wasnt even until 3pm!) And this was all 2 days before Christmas!

Very expensive, just paid $640.00 to have windshield replaced and the very next day Im starring at a new windshield with a crack down the drivers side.😥 absolutely ridiculous. I dont have another thousand dollars for a new windshield days after replacing it.

Scam. Theyll break a hip so youll be responsible for the windshield. They dont advertise that. They also scammed me out of 800 bucks 3 years ago, charging my insurance company and myself the same thing. This location. WHY DONT YOU ADVERTISE THAT YOU BREAK WINDSHIELDS REGULARLY AND MAKE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBLE? I NEED A LAWYER. A DAMN GOOD ONE.

Our car received a lovely chip out of the windshield from the kind donation of a pebble from a large semi-truck in front of us. Safelite had us in as quickly as possible and the service was done promptly and professionally. The remnant of the chip is barely visible, though the defect cannot be felt. Given the size of the chip, this result is far closer to perfection than I expected, so I am quite pleased.

My vehicle was returned a mess inside, the installation was off-center by 1/8” (a digit of my VIN was barely visible) and there was adhesive smeared on the exterior. Do yourself a favor and go to the West Allis Safelite location even if it’s a further drive - I wish I would have from the start. They fixed the sloppy work done by the West Bend location and have great customer service.

This is the third time I come here to replace a single windshield.....they cant seem to get the right one ordered!!! I mean come on! I need to make a fourth appointment for a windshield replacement. If there were other companies providing this service, I would never return to do business here!!

Called to have glass replaced. Almost 2 weeks to get it scheduled. On day glass was supposed to replaced they call 2 hours into the 4 hour window telling me they need to reschedule. What is the point of their million spam messages reminding me of the appointment when they cant keep to their own schedule. There are many other choices out there with much better service.

I had my windshield replaced at Safelite AutoGlass in West Bend on 9/4/2015. Mike was the technician who did the work, and I cant say enough good things about him. He is extremely personable, and is clearly a master at his craft. Fantastic experience, and I will tell family and friends about the great experience there. Highly recommend.

I have to say this place isnt so bad. They are very friendly and the atmosphere is verycomfortable. They offer wifi if you need to work on your computer or tablet. So you dont have to sit here bored waiting on your car. Which is a plus for me since I have to sit here waiting. Very nice place. Friendly people.

Rear view mirror kept falling off after a recent windshield replacement(not done by Safelite). After trying to fix it myself for months, I took it to these guys. 10 minutes later, no charge and I was out the door. Definitely will go back if ever needed!

Setup appointment for warranty work and guess what reschedule my appointments to wait around for the tech and then recieved call that they wont be coming what a total inconvenience because I cannot drive my vehicle! Looking for a different window experts!

Terrible service, rescheduled us twice in one day after we payed extra for first service...then after waiting all day cancelled and made us wait an extra day. If we hadnt already waited 4 days for the appointment in the first place wed of cancelled all together...will not ever recommend them.

They took the time to transfer my state park sticker to the new windshield, I wasnt expecting that!

Brought my car in to have a small chip on the windshield replaced, and they turned it into an 11in long crack, then told me it would cost me almost $500 to replace the windshield.Ive contacted several other auto glass repair companies in the area, and they all quoted between $245 and $350 for the same replacement.

Used them a couple years ago, product, price, and customer service quality was best in class.

Took the day off and sat around until 10 minutes to 12....called and got the the tech is running late do you want to re-schedule?....They never called to say they were going to be late in the first place.
