We recently bought a van from Lifetime Auto Sales and Services. We were very happy with our experience! We saw the van we were looking for through Facebook Marketplace and decided to drive to West Bend to check it out. We had planned to trade in our vehicle and were prepared to have to do the usual back and forth negotiating and deal with the long drawn out process we were used to with car dealers. Not here. They offered us a fair price right away in our trade in and made the process the best we have ever dealt with when purchasing a car. Highly Recommend!! Needed to upgrade to a bigger vehicle as my Subaru Legacy was to small for our growing family. We gave Chad a general idea of what we were looking for and he found EXACTLY what we were looking for without us having to tell him exact details. We purchased a 2012 Chevy Suburban LTZ, the truck is clean, all the bells and whistles work on it, I love it and my family loves it. The buying process was super easy as well. All of Chad and his staff are so great to work with and are super knowledgeable and friendly as well.

What a tremendous experience! Ive bought a few vehicles before at other places, and those experiences were not great. In fact, they were dreaded. But today was a very different experience. Erik, the representative for Lifetime Auto Sales, helped me for over 2 hours. He answered (very patiently) every one of my 30 questions, he showed me how every feature works on the van, he taught me things I didnt know, and he helped me with everything. He even worked with me to understand what would make the deal work, and he did what he could do to help our family. We were just about to sign on the dotted line at another company, but something just told me to go with Lifetime Auto because of the true care, desire to help, honesty, and straight-forward approach. My son had my car for 2 months. Stopped in at Lifetime on way home from missing out on a Mitsubishi Lancer in Fond du Lac. It was fate because one was on the lot that just came in and need to be inspected. Called Eric first thing in morning and he said he would call me after it was delailed. He got back to us right away and said they put new tires and brakes in. I expected the price to go up but it didnt. Walked in expecting to put money down until financing and insurance were in place. Eric was very busy but had time to help out. He made all the calls and did all the paperwork it was a great surprise to leave with the car. I will be looking for a new vehicle next year and hope to find one there also. THANK YOU....I got my car back!! Eric you are the best!!!

I cant speak to the quality of their cars but their customer service and business practices, in my opinion, are terrible.Saw a 2010 Honda Civic of theirs on KBB.com that I was interested in. Emailed them about my interest via KBB.com. No reply. Went to their dealership website and emailed them from there. No reply. Finally, went to their FB page and sent a message via Messenger. Had a brief conversation with someone where I expressed my interest in the car and asked if I could come see it. They took my name and contact information and told me I needed to call the dealership and make an appointment. I called on Friday, 11/20, around 5:30 pm. I got the answering machine and left a message for a call back. A polite young man called me back within 15 minutes or so. I asked him if the Honda was still available. I was told it was. I asked if I could make an appointment for me and my husband to come and see it the very next day, Saturday, 11/21, around noon. They again took my name and contact information and I was told that 12:00 pm would be fine, that I would be meeting with Amanda, and that they would have the car ready for us to test drive. We drove up from Milwaukee and arrived at the dealership at noon, only to be told that they had just sold the car to another party...the actual words were youre 20 minutes too late (which was inaccurate because we were right on time for our scheduled appointment). To add insult to injury, Amanda wasnt even there and the gentleman who was didnt even know we had made an appointment.1) Answer your emails. If you had, Id have had an appointment (presumably) to come and view the car long before this weekend and I wouldnt have needed to leave this negative review.2) If youre going to take appointments with customers, actually write them down on a calendar or in a book so all the employees are aware of the appointment and dont end up selling a car someone is coming to see.I dont begrudge you making a sale but I made an appointment with you to see that vehicle and was not allowed to do that. We shouldve been allowed to see the car first...before any sale was made. The way my husband and I were treated in this situation was not ethical and I wont be shopping at your dealership again and I wont be recommending you to anyone, either.

Its now 3 months out; car has been flawless. I was driving several hours to see and drive it, so had phone consults in advance. Every bit of the info checked out in person.Car had 70k miles but had been gone over thoroughly, new tires etc. I made a fair, but not low-ball offer and it was accepted within minutes. No BS on either side. They buy good cars and go through them before putting them out on the lot. Extremely positive experience.

The company name really says it all: Lifetime Auto Sales & Service. For my family that is certainly true as weve been using their services for more than 20 years. Weve had countless cars serviced and purchased several. We would not be a loyal customer all those years without the excellent staff; that are both knowledgeable and treat you like its their car that they are working on. I would highly recommend them.

My wife and I bought a 2013 Nissan Altima from Eric. When we were on the dealership he says to me dont get mad at me if there is anything wrong with the car. I will try to fix it. After we did all the paperwork and we proceed out to the vechicle he says by the way there is something wrong with the shiffter on the car. According to him a easy fix! Its been 3 weeks or so since were purchased the vechicle and still no response from Eric. Very similar to the previous gentleman. DO NOT BUY A Vehicle from here. Dishonest, and you are on your own.

I wanted to like it more, went to West Bend especially to check out a vehicle here. Arrived in the am and went and looked at the car and noticed a lot of flaws like burn holes and pitted rims, I showed interest in a car that had just came in gave them my name and # and its neen over a week and never heard a thing, so I will move on to someone who will call when I inquire.

We have now purchased two vehicles here over the past year, such a great place. The entire staff has been so helpful and prices are fair. The selection isnt huge, but both SUVs purchased were very decent used vehicles in good condition. So far we are very pleased and will recommend Lifetime to others. Well definitely look here again for future purchases.

Great service, personable, great prices, straight forward quotes without nickel and diming. Eric is great in the service department and when I have problems I can usually call him, letting him know what I think the issue is so he can potentially get parts before I get it in. Prices better than other shops I had gone to in the area. Only go to lifetime now for all our service whenever possible.

My husband and I recently got regular service and new tires from the Lifetime crew. We are very pleased with the recommendations provided by their professional service staff and highly satisfied with the overall quality of service we received. They are honest and their prices were very competitive. We trust these guys fully, and that means a lot in the auto service industry.

If I could do negative stars here I would! Bought a car here in October went to renew my plates and the DMV said I couldnt because this place did something wrong with the paperwork. So I called and was told by Eric he would check with his boss and call me back but it was something on my end. A week later no call and still cant renew my plates. Another call to them and get the run around again. Same thing Ill check with my boss and have him call you . Wait a couple days and someone else calls my wife admitting it WAS something on their end but still tried to blame us.... REALLY!! In the first 3 weeks I had the car we bought it needed a caliper due to poor workmanship from here, a wheel bearing and it developed a transmission issue. In the picture you can see where someone used a stapler to hold the leather wrap to the steering wheel. I didnt notice this until one stuck in my hand making a turn. I absolutely will NEVER GO BACK HERE !!

These people are the worst saying the cars they have a great and they know what they have. It’s a lie I bought a 2013 Nissan 370Z and I started taking off the plasti dip on the rim and the whole rim has curb rash everywhere on the rim and it’s on all 4 rims!!! Obviously they knew about or didn’t ask the previous owner.

You can look at cars and drive them without a dealer harassing you to buy what they want you to buy. They buy vehicles to fit anyones budget.
