We test drove F150 2021 on Friday, came back to cross check our first impression next day, and bought the truck on Tuesday. Our sale person Richard Love was very helpful to package, prepare and accompany the sale. No to mention that our test-driving experience was great. The dealership is not pushy and patient with buyers.

Had Gordie Boucher Ford in West Bend detail my truck. They did a good job on the body panels, but the truck was still dirty when I got it back. Then they called for payment and left me on hold for 10 minutes to actually take the payment!They detailed the truck again over the first of July. At least this time it came back mostly clean. If the owner want to get in contact with me, they can talk to their service manager, their shop manager or their sales people. They all know my contact information.

Rack and pinion went out 2 years after buying a Fusion. Bolt corroded off. $2000 repair for a non-wear part. Lousy inspections.This exact problem is covered by recall 19S26. Bolt corroded and breaks off, causing further damage to the rack and pinion. Major safety concern that is known by Ford an their dealers.Reply to comment below: I did. That’s why I’m leaving this review. I was told your dealership was not responsible and offered to replace my steering rack at full cost. Your reply is disingenuous and a waste of internet bandwidth.

Mike came out to greet my husband who was doing a preliminary walk through. He listened to what we were looking for and got us on a test drive right away. As always, the service dept has always treated us as if we would have purchased the vehicle at Gordie Boucher. We recently had our vehicle in for repair of the switch for the side view mirrors. We asked them to do a thorough review of the vehicle as it is 13 years old. They did run it through diagnostics and felt that several issues should be addressed. Because we have confidence in the staff we told them to go ahead what needed to be done. With the new front brakes and the rear shocks replaced it runs like a new vehicle. They are always courteous no matter who you talk to on the phone. We are thankful that they are located just up the road from us in West Bend.

Due to covid dealerships are marking up the prices on used cars to stupid levels. I will remember this!! I will not do any business with a dealer who does this!!

Update: No longer recommend here. Or if you do buy something have them put everything in writing with service department. They were the last to change the oil on the vehicle I purchased according to them/carfax.. whatever service tech worked on it did damage the oil pan.. now the vehicle can’t even get an oil change without dropping the whole front end and putting in a new pan. Did the service department own up to this?? Of course not! & now I’m out $1400 for their mistake after they refuse to return any phone calls. Sales dept great.. everything else not so muchAmanda, John, & Erik were fantastic to work with from start to finish throughout the entire buying process. They were very friendly and accommodating even going as far as picking me up from the airport and making sure I arrived home after a 9 hour drive! Definitely recommend the Gordie Boucher group if you are in the market for a new vehicle.

I recently bought an F-150 from Boucher of West Bend, I had been in the market for a truck for about 2 years. From the moment I walked in and was greeted by the front desk and salesman, I felt comfortable. After looking for so long at different trim levels, I knew what I was looking for. The salesman Matt quickly searched their inventory for every truck that met my needs. After finding ‘The One’ the dealer and finance dept went to work on getting me a price I felt was a great deal. It was a great experience all around and beats any prior experience I’ve had with dealerships. The parts department were quick in getting me some parts I also ordered. I would definitely go to them again in the future for any new car and maintenance needs.

Went there to have vehicle emissions testing. Was in and in and out in less then 10 minutes.

They have worked on my Fords and other makes with no issues. Like the people, love the quality of workmanship they put in the vehicle. Costs more than other places but have never had to return because of bad work or parts.

In 2019 I leased an F-150 from this dealership and that was a great experience. So why the one-star review? In December 2020 I needed to move to a 3/4 ton, and since Ford had no good deals, I went Ram. The Ram dealer was willing to buy out my lease so we contacted Boucher for a dealer buyout price. Apparently Ford forces lease buyouts to go through the originating dealer, which is a pain. We got the price: so far so good. The Ram dealer and I agreed on pricing and we were good to go.After the deal is done and checks are cut, Boucher tells the Ram dealer the buyout is now $1000 more that what had previously been communicated to them and directly to me. Basically, Boucher saw an opportunity to make a quick grand. This was unethical and I wont do business with them again (Id previously leased 2 new vehicles from them).

I absolutely love this place! Every time I take my car in they are always friendly. They are also very thorough with explaining issues with your vehicle (if any).

All the staff were very helpful and friendly. A quick test drive later and we were inside talking price, in the mean time Corey Weathers one of the finance managers really wanted to buy out my lease I was driving when I mentioned I was open to it, they test drove it and gave me a great offer but ultimately it wasnt enough to justify me buying out the lease just to trade it right away (Fords rules dont allow them to buy it out directly from Ford), Corey was super cool about it and even agreed the numbers just werent worth it.I made them a reasonable offer on the vehicle they had on their lot I wanted, they accepted my offer.I had planned to use a third party for financing, when I mentioned their rate to Corey he was able to do better and I ended up financing through Boucher.I cant say this enough, if you want a no hassle experience go here, they are honest people that are nice to deal with who go the extra mile for their customers. John, Corey, Dan and the whole crew are excellent, I will be back again.

Had a works oil change done and was not given a car wash .A car wash is part of the works oil change package. Had warranty repairs done that took two days because a glass installer did not show up.Other than that the work was satisfactory. Thank You Eric.

We wanted to go bigger this time around and get a body on frame SUV actually was looking to getting the new Infiniti QX 80 But unfortunately the interior and technology is lagging behind. The same can be said for a lot of of the other luxury brands.So I looked into the 2018Ford expedition and not only that I fall in love with the new lock but I fell in love with all the features that this SUV has and it’s not even considered a luxury brand.So I found one that I really liked and went to see the guys over at Griffin Ford. As soon as I walked I was greeted cordially and asked if I wanted some water or any snacks. I saw the vehicle that I came in for but I was looking for bench seating on my SUV and the one I looked at had captain chairs. I also had found a good deal at another dealership and the manger David who was excellent through out my sales experience did not hesitate to price match and even come lower on the monthly paymentsSo I placed an order early June and was riding in my brand new Ford expedition in late August. My sales person Micheal Burger was phenomenal throughout the process, Extremely cordial and friendly to my family and I. With constant updates and communication. He gave me a full walk-through of the vehicle to help me understand all of its features. I was extremely happy on how fast my order was done. I was even happier with the way I was treated. I totally underestimated the Establishment due to it not being a luxury brand. The workers are well dressed, well spoken, all vehicles were very clean and the establishment itself was immaculate. They have a nice waiting area with snacks and drinks for their customers. They also will accommodate you with a loaner car if needed while your vehicle is being serviced. Crazy to say but this was one huge part of my decision of going with Ford.All in all I’m extremely happy with my car and my buying experience.

The service department at Boucher has done my vehicles for several years. I am always well taken care of, and receive exactly what was promised.

I was very happy with my 2017 Ford Escape until the paint started peeling off. It is past the factory warranty so I cannot get any help from Gordie Boucher or Ford customer service. Paint should not peel off a 3 year old car, no matter how many miles are on it. We have owned several Fords over the years, but this has really put a rotten taste in my mouth. I cannot believe no one will stand behind this vehicle and the obvious paint defect in 2017 electric blue Escapes. The cost of the repairs are now my expense. Very disappointed in Gordie Boucher and in Ford.**EDIT*** I called the number given. As I expected, I talked to two secretaries. A message was taken due to Mr. Flynn was on a conference call. Its been 24 hours and he hasnt called back. Changing to one star rating now. We took the car to Schmidt Bros in Saukville. Got immediate help, they were responsive and helpful. They have seen and fixed cars with this same issue. They made a claim for us with Ford, which was also denied. Schmidt Bros fixed my car and the final price was $300 less than the estimate. We had to pay for that ourselves. If Gordie Boucher wants to step up to the plate and stand behind what they sell, they can let me know where to send the bill to. Done with Ford, done with Gordie B.

Excellent customer service. I was looking to buy a second car for my family and I wasnt looking to sell a kidney to find one. The salesman was personable and helped me find one in my price rage without being too pushy. Other nearby dealerships blew me off because I wasnt looking to buy the newest holy grail package truck. So, thanks Gordie for treating me like a person.

Two positives. They held the vehicle that we wanted for 2 weeks with money down. They stayed late one night to finalize the paperwork as we were moving and had limited time to make the deal happen.So many negatives. We bought a demo 2020 Ford Explorer. 59xx miles on it. They didnt even change the oil or wiper blades on it. Thats $150 in parts and labor out of our pockets on a $52,000 vehicle. This isnt the only issue we had with their service so mostly I view it as my fault for even going back. This is the last vehicle we purchase from them. Great Service was the big selling point on our deal sheet in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS. We were extremely disappointed when in the deal we got oil changes and specifically asked for Ford ones and twice tried to give us Gordie ones. If this was the last Ford dealer within 100 miles of me I would buy a Honda or Kia. Buyer beware when you get something that doesnt say new on the window. Because you might need to bring it somewhere to get it checked out.Ps dont call me asking to give you five stars on a Ford survey. Let the people decide what they actually want to give you.

Maybe it was purchasing a great car (Shelby GT350) that made it fun and exciting but Mike was authentically friendly and caring and treated my wife very well as part of the process. I took my car into Gordie Boucher yesterday for a recall on my 2015 Ford flex they did a great job on the recall. When I left the dealership I noticed a problem that was not associated with what they worked on. I took it back to them and they jumped on it to get it figured out what was wrong with it and they fixed it and did not charge me for it . Since the problem was associated with somebody that I had service done with that was not Gordie Boucher we talked to the service manager Neil at Gordie Boucher in West bend on the phone and he was very helpful with us trying to figure out things. I just want to say it was a very pleasant experience with the service manager Neil at Gordie Boucher,. So I was here a few days ago for the first time. I came in needing a new car because I’m moving out of state and I was definitely due for a new car. I met Mike S and right off the bat he was so helpful and so sweet. He helped me find my 2020 Ford Fusion and I couldn’t be any happier. I thought Joy did a great job and it was a pleasant experience up until you tried to push the under clear coat that I felt was strong-armed and did not appreciate the tenacity your people go to to push something that they dont want once is enough when they say no they mean no.

My husband, Bob, & I were VERY impressed with our sales consultant Zeke H. because he intently listened to the features we desired & the Make & Model of the car we were interested in test driving. (Didnt try to sway us to look at a vehicle that cost more or had been on the lot for a long time.) He arranged to get a car from another dealership for us to try out. Because of his mechanical background, we felt confident in the information he gave us. Zeke was so honest that he told us the car had been in an accident & gave us what details they were aware of so we could make an informed decision. That says a lot about the culture @ Gordie Boucher. I purchased a 2015 Ford F-150 in June 2020 with 78k miles. While on the test drive, I mentioned I was looking for something that was reliable and was told by the salesperson that since it was under 80k miles and less than 6 years old it qualified for the Ford certified pre-owned warranty, and he said that I had the comfort in knowing that any major issues that arose in the 12 months following the purchase would be covered. Fast forward to January 2021, less than 7 months after purchasing the truck, I am having to replace the transfer case with an estimated cost of $2,500. I went to check on what the requirements were for the warranty, and now I’m being told that it was sold as a Dealership’s certified pre-owned and is only covered a third-party limited 12 month warranty. When I talked to the salesperson, he said that it was not sold as a Ford CPO vehicle even though I was told the specific requirements to be considered Ford CPO. I have yet to hear whether the transfer case is covered under the dealerships CPO warranty, but I’m crossing my fingers. So if you decide to buy a car/truck from this dealership, I strongly encourage you to read everything thoroughly and don’t make the mistake I made of trusting what you are told by the salesperson.

Contacted Dan Powell at GB West Bend because we where looking to up grade to a new vehicle. Dan spent 5 hours trying to find me the perfect vehicle. I took one home and let my wife take a look at it. The vehicle did not have all she wanted. So we took it back. GB searched until they found the options we wanted and obtained the vehicle from another location. We met up with Dan the next day and took it for a test drive. This one hit all the options we wanted and more. Dan and GB did an Awesome job. We love the vehicle. It could only be better if GB wanted to give it to me for free! (Always looking for the deal!) Before we drove away Dan spent a lot of time making sure we understood all the options of our new vehicle. I would say Dan Powell is a great sales guy as this is the third vehicle I bought from him. I went to Gordie Boucher not for a new or used Ford. My trip was to pick up a rental/loaner from Enterprise. Having Enterprise inside a dealership is a genius decision. The sales reps were very friendly and the customer lounge was more like a Star Bucks. I have to say the dealership had a good selection of cars.

Dan Powell went above and beyond to help me find my perfect car. Dan made sure to find me a car that I could easily get into and took the time to teach me how to use it since I am 82 and prefer things simple. Before sending me off with my new car he programmed my radio stations and entered my phone numbers in for me so I was all set to go. I cant thank you enough for taking such good care of me. And after the fact, still checks in with me to make sure all is going well. I highly recommend Dan.

Had oil leak, was changed their 6 wks ago. Was a loose oil filter, so they topped of the oil and tightened filter. Was very lucky a friend noticed it soon enough.

Excellent dealership! Dan Powell and John Zieja were absolutely the best I have ever dealt with at any dealership. I drove in from Michigan for my car and as soon as got out of my car they knew who I was and greeted me. Would highly recommend this places for their selection and professionalism! Also being from Michigan there a few things in Wisconsin I cant get, good cheese curds and spotted cow beer, Well I had a nice surprise in my new car when i pulled away. Amazing people!

Boom! It was that easy.... I visit my parents (non-drivers now) in West Bend 3-4 times a year and I needed transportation big enough for them, their equipment, and my kids. I am one of those crazy people that was talked into buying a warranty when I bought my car and ding shield was part of it. So, I have two small dings and thought to take advantage of the policy. Problem was that I had to drop the car off at this dealership for a three hour timeframe. The dealership is crazy busy but they are organized. So when the the hours rolls around I called them-since no one had called me. I was told no one showed up to fix the two small dings on the car. Called the 800 number from home, it was so messed up - I told them to call me back. Guess what? The guy had just come... So took another 45 minutes. But the job was well done on the end of the day.

This review is specifically for the Enterprise Rental Car within this dealership location. By using our USAA member benefits, we were upgraded significantly. When there was an issue with the originally assigned vehicle, we simply brought it back to this location. We were quickly equipped with an equally valuable vehicle. Had the best experience buying my new Ranger! The guys and gals at Boucher are very knowledgeable and also very helpful helping me discern my needs. I throw two stars-Drove my SUV into your service for examination (recall) on roof rack. They took several photos and sent to Ford Company. Made an appointment to drop off my SUV. Drove back again for this appointment and learned that they have wrong parts. Since then I havent heard anything...still waiting.
