Were currently 0/3 with these folks. My current issue is that were more than two weeks past the expected delivery date and they cant tell me why. When I inquired a week ago, I was told that my order was expedited but as of writing this, the best that I can get from them is that it was lost in their system. Im currently on hold with their customer service who is trying to figure out if production will be able to send the scrubs that Ive ordered today. Prior to this, theyve ignored my request for specific thread colors in the embroidery and completely forgotten about the embroidery. Dont roll the dice, go somewhere else.

I drove over an hour to get here because google says they’re open but apparently they’re not on Sunday & Monday. They really need to update the hours.🙄

They are only allowing 5 people in the store which is fine but when a customer has herself and 4 children and I can’t go into the store until the current customers are done and the lady with all of her kids is done is a little much. Guess I will only be shopping online. Not like y’all care anyway.

I shopped there on Saturday 1/11. The staff was amazing. The manager was all over the store like a butterfly smiling & helping customers. I even overheard her checking with the other employee to make sure they greeted everyone. It was super busy, but I could tell they were handling it well. Great customer service! I have shopped a few times times & will always come back!

Not sure what’s going on but they’re not letting anyone inside the store. Everyone’s standing around outside as they bring clothes to you.No selection for men really and everything takes 2 weeks to come in.Employees seem nice but whoever is running this is a mess.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE great customer service. Mia is an awesome employee and made me feel more than welcome. She gave me fashion tips and markets very well . I ended up spending over 550 dollars because of her knowledge for the uniforms and shoes. They started their black Friday sales and I received FREE GIFTS. Im definitely coming back. Dear manager, please pay yourself on the back....Mia is a great asset to your company.

Clean, orderly store that is easy to shop. Mia and her crew are very helpful as well as knowledgeable. Prices are competitive and cleary marked. Large selection of scrubs, great selection of shoes, compression socks and hosiery. Today was my first visit but I will definitely be back. Shopping center is fairly easy to get into and out of, and offers plenty of parking.

Great service & selection. Good discount available to nurses too. Was able to order items & have them shipped to the store @no extra cost which is a big plus.

Just left here. Neither of the employees acknowledged my existence & the one I asked for help acted like I was bothering her. Guess the bubble wrap they were popping was more important than helping a customer. I’ve never had such a terrible experience in this shop. Very disappointing.

This store has a wonderful selection of scrubs and a few select styles of chef pants and jackets. Also great work shoe selection like Danskos and Greys Anatomy, in a variety of colors and styles 🙂

I came to shop here today (New Years) because today was the only day I had off of work. I normally shop at Jackie’s Uniforms because of a bigger selection, but they were closed today. The two girls working today didn’t acknowledge me at all, or even say much when I went back to try on some uniforms. They literally said, you can use that first dressing room. I will never come back, and will always go to Jackie’s Uniforms because of the customer service at Uniform Advantage.

Only purchased two set of scrubs. Would have gotten more but they didnt have anymore pants in my size. But the two I got are GREAT!

Great selection of scrubs and good sales. Very organized and most scrub tops had matching bottoms with a wide range of sizes, unlike some other scrub stores in Columbia. I’ll be back!

Went in last week & the Manager was very professional. She was training a new employee & they both were very helpful. I was stopping through on a travel assignment.

Came in today and for exactly what I needed. Prices were fair and customer service was great! Will be coming again ..

Awful customer service. The two ladies working didn’t even acknowledge that we existed. I begged my girlfriend to leave and not reward their terrible service but I lost.

Amazing selection on scrubs! Will shop with them again. Update: Its been three years since I first visited this store and nothing has changed. Customer service is outstanding. The employees are professional and courtious and always helpful. Selections are great and cant be matched anywhere else. I absolutely will not waste my time anywhere else and I highly recommend everyone to check them out.

Large selection of scrubs. Prices are a little elevated compared to online, but thats to be expected for a brick and mortar store with overhead. Manager seems efficient.

Nice place to get scrubs if that’s what you’re into, also crazy attractive girl at the counter. 10/10 would go again. The music is super relaxing too

There are some nice scrubs. Ive gone in several times hoping to try some that were in the UA catalog but those have never been in stock.

UA has a huge selection of medical uniforms as well as chef ware. The staff is friendly and helpful. Best uniform store in the area!!

This place only gets 2 stars and theyre ALL for Mia!I called to get my order corrected and spoke with Ebony. I explained I didnt get what I ordered and I think it was a misunderstanding. I confirmed what I did have in my bag/order from the store and she confirmed the same. When it came time to find out what I was missing/needed, things went sideways. Ebony proceeded to tell me that I needed to answer her questions one at a time, and then said...okay continue. I asked her to please cancel my order because I didnt like the way this conversation was going. In all my years of being in customer service and the medical field Ive learned that its so difficult to say things on the phone without sounding condescending; people cant see your face and things can take a wrong turn. Well today I lost one of my favorite places for scrubs, but I wont go back after being treated that way...no sir!
