Its pretty bad when customers can check themselves out faster than the employees can. Except for a few employees that are very nice and respectful, the amount of rudeness and no help employees are what you will encounter at this Wal-Mart. Worse Wal-Mart I have ever spent my money at.. This is not a review based on one visit. I base it on 4 to 5 visits or more per week. If it wasnt for the location convenience I would easily never go to that store again.

Walmart is Walmart they get their meats and products from over seas so be careful what you buy lots of recalls lately. But everything else is good a good tip tho get your Walmart app and scan things for a good price
Enjoy using the self serve checkout. Some of the shelves were not very well stocked. Had to get my own shopping cart from the parking lot. Overall, not too bad.
Normally a decent alternative for a place to shop, but there is a major lack of availability of stocked items. Customer service is lacking even more since Covid started. I understand people are most likely over worked and under paid, but people working in Customer service should still be more pleasant and less rude when asked for any help by a customer no matter the circumstances. After all it is the customer service business. I only shop here if absolutely necessary.
I really found so much here that I normally cant find! Staff was accommodating and knowledgeable about my questions. Grocery portion was well stocked, loads of variety. I will be shopping here more often.
Not a bad Walmart and has most of the stuff I need. However, it is no longer 24 hours, which is inconvenient and caused me to shop elsewhere.

Rubber bumper tacks for the base of furniture are unavailable. They have nylon sliders for chairs or table legs. Not what I need. They also have felt stick-on pads. Not what I need. I need tacks, rubber cushioned, to protect the wooden base of a 5 ft. shelf unit from bathroom floor tile moisture. However, Walmart has cheap Chinese wristwatches with fresh batteries for $8.88+tax which is less than watch batteries! We got one. And aerosol air fragrance.See, that is the concept of big-box retail stores.So, why are rubber bumper tacks for furniture unavailable?
With gas going up I would use my GasBuddy app which showed Walmarts gas was cheaper and buying a gift card made it 3 more cents cheaper
Longest lines I have seen in a store outside of the Holiday season. Also, the shelves were poorly stocked, so the store was sold out of some of the things I came to buy. It would probably be worth you time to drive to another location rather than gamble on this one.
They have lost a few steps. I love the $5.00 chickens. Hate I have to ring up myself. I guess thats what happens when you cant get people to work

Waited for 30 minutes just to check out and then had to get another gallon of milk because it was getting warm. This is crazy get with it. Also the building was warm. You make enough to have ac on.
What can I say? Walmart is Walmart.... Supercenter? Neighborhood Market? Doesnt matter all the same always will be right. Most diverse customer base as any other business/corporation around no matter what part of the country you may happen to be in.

Walmart no longer allows you to stop for a quick nap after hours in their parking lots. It used to be a safer way to travel and stop at a safe place to recharge restock and keep going. No longer they will tow you if you stop now.

The cashier mistakenly did not bag one of my items. I called repeatedly to explain the situation and was put on hold multiple times or didn’t get an answer etc. I decided to drive back. While at customer service 1 of the representatives was overall unfriendly, but when the phone rang while she was talking to me she said “I know this isn’t the same person again.”Good to know I would have never gotten through not because they were busy but because they were ignoring the phone.
Dont expect any haste from employees at this store. Management doesnt care in the slightest and hide from customers. If you go anywhere else your experience will be 100 times better than going to this Wal-Mart. Manager tamerika or however its spelled, is extremely rude to both employees and customers. How she still has a job in customer service is beyond me. Someone from corporate sadly needs to come and evaluate her performance, or really her lack of performance. If I could give 0 stars I would.
I guess it was decent, but as always my cards chip(wells fargo) doesnt work at self service, doesnt happen anywhere else, and it was a new card that was never used before

Short Order Cook made my Breakfast just the way I like it. Wait Staff needs to pay more attention when customers arrive. I waited 5 minutes after sitting down and watched the Employees talk amongst themselves before asking one if them if they could take my order. Other than enjoyed it.
Found what I needed on my own. But the check out line was INSANE. With all of the register lines this should not happen. It was a long line like I have experienced on black Friday.
Just visiting the store was clean and well stocked. Plus the self checkout had the fastest moving lines Ive ever seen. I always use self check out no matter how many items I have. I also used the photo department to get pictures and was done in less then an hour.
....Poorly stocked at 1pm in the afternoon, and aisle after aisle blocked by the unmotivated and distracted employees who were supposed to be doing it. Only checkouts open were the self - checkouts (some of which werent working properly and shepherded by two well meaning but overwhelmed employees) and 4-5 checkouts that were moving at a crawl. This is the last time Im going to this Walmart- the prices are simply no longer worth the sheer frustration.

They rushed me. I I had almost 20 mins til they closed but 3 different employees told me that they were closing soon and I had to rush.
I cannot stand a business that has 50 check out lanes with 2 open. It is faster to check yourself out because the line in those 2 lanes is so long. Walmart needs to reevaluate customer service. If Sam Walton was alive many managers would be fired.
If I was asked to give one word to describe this Wal-Mart, it would have to be, busy. BUSY BUSY BUSY!!!!!! Im talking late 8:00 and it was that busy. This was my first time in this particular Wal-Mart and it amazed me how packed it was. Lines everywhere to checkout. Some good things I saw was that the pharmacy and service desk were still open(never seen it before). Heres a tip, go to the service desk to check out. When I asked the cashier would she check me out and she said yes, the older lady that was in front of me said, smart lol. Side note.....hopefully the young lady wont get in trouble for this.
DO NOT SHOP HERE. The staff is incredibly rude and neglectful, and upon dislocating my knee by slipping on a spot on their disgusting floor, I searched for the nearest employee for help. I was in a lot of pain, and when I got to the home and pharmacy doors and found someone closing them, I tried to explain the situation. The employee promptly yelled over me that the doors were closed and I’d have to leave through the other door. I again tried to explain that I was needing help for me knee and the employee deliberately ignored me and began walking away. I desperately cried after her for help to the point that other shoppers took notice and yet she still ignored me and walked away. I filed a complaint with the manager and was forced to make a statement in the middle of the only open door, where no covid precautions were being taken and maskless people were crowding through around me and staring at me like I was a shoplifter. It was traumatic and I was astonished to learn she was allowed to keep her job. This store’s management and staffing is full of absolute incompetence and I urge you to go elsewhere if you want to be treated with an ounce of decency.
Most of the cashiers are friendly and ready to help but it still has a long way to go to get to 5 stars. It looks dirty most times and stockers need more training in customer service. They no longer honor prices because the stockers that are hired put things in the wrong spots so therefore cant loose because if their mistakes! I doubt its the customers fault they dont train them properly or hire people who dont care about their jobs.
Associates seem to always be stocking new inventory, yet the shelves are mostly empty whilst the isles have an abundance of new products to catch your fancy.
Love Walmart of course but they need to really update and get tap and pay
Terrible store! Don’t come in with a list, 1/2 your items will not be stocked! Store shelves are more empty than full no matter when you come. You can shop for 10 min but expect 3x that to just check out. Gave this store 4 visits, Never again….

Normally all is well. Today I asked to buy a computer. The man had a blank face. Made me kind of mad. I said whats up with you being all happy. We just both walked away from each other. He stinks as a sales person. Howd he get that job!!???
Checkout lines were terrible, school supply aisles looked like an EF3 tornado tore through them, one person working Customer Service and the line was backed up 10 people deep. Guy working Self checkout was snippy. Spent more time in line at the service desk and waiting to check out than the time we spent shopping. And it was hot in the store like they had the AC cut off
DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, PURCHASE POKEMON OR ANY OTHER TRADING CARDS FROM THIS STORE!!! Purchased four packs out of at least 40 or more on the shelf and every single one has been previously opened and resealed. Id say its entirely safe to assume the other 36 plus I left for other collectors are the same. I guarantee whatever third party is supplying and selling the stock through this store is going through the packs, removing the valuable chase cards to sell as singles, and resealing the packs to sell at full retail. While they are likely not directly associated with Walmart, the company needs to do a better job at protecting its customers from suppliers like that.
The store is a mess. Things arent where there supposed to be. And dont do online orders for pickup or 2 hour express delivery. I placed 3 orders in 2 days, and had to cancel them all. And the female store manager lied to me several times and was EXTREMELY RUDE!!
This place has the usual things you would expect from a Walmart: only a couple lines open for people to check you out because they expect you to do self checkout. I have been super pleased with doing Pick-up orders from this location. They usually do a great job picking out produce and meat for pickup orders.
I drive 100 miles to pick my son up every weekend, and this is our spot.. Great parking lot. Still great store though.. Never bad when Im there. Between 6pm-8pm.
Seems like theyre going out of business in the cat food a i s l e! That is what I mainly went to get and the shelves were almost completely empty of all canned cat food in Friskies brand and special Kitty brand! This is been going on for quite a while! I dont know if this is due to covid-19 or what, but it is frustrating when I have to order from Amazon or chewy all the time!

There are not enough electric chairs for people that have disabilities cause I had a complete knee replacement and there was no electric chair because people are too lazy to walk so it makes it hard for people like me to get around the store or they are outside and no one go out to get them and plug them up so they can be charged so I am very disappointed in Walmart you used to be my favorite place to be
Its like they never stock the clothing section. I love buying work clothes and bum around clothes. WalMart has a good selection of these items at great prices but it looks like they dont keep track of the mens section.
The store was clean, organized and well stocked, but I hate that they roved the price locator kiosks. Why in the world? I had to ask am associate to help me find the price on my clearance items that didnt have the price

Insane lines 20+ deep. Very few registers open but enough staff to have three talking to each other in self-checkout line. Why does self check out need three people working? Open more lanes! Also weirdest layout for a grocery store. Raisens in weird spot and never did find the vanilla beans or glycerine I went to find. Stockers block shelves and are clueless.

Went into Walmart with a long grocery list but left with nothing. There were no shopping buggies (carts) at either entrance!! Gathering empty carts should be a priority especially on a busy Saturday. The cashier was slow really slow. Walmart didnt have enough registers open. Should have several 20 items or less. Then several with full buggies. Walmart will lose have their business n employees are moving so slow. Things could be done a lot faster n smoother with ppl that want to work. U would have better employees n busier stores. This place LIKE ALL OF THE OTHER WALMARTS IN AMERICA RIGHT NOW.....are not stocked hardly at all unless youre an ONLINE shopper. Which is not fair to those of us who prefer to shop in store because we refuse to LIVE IN FEAR. The restrooms were very gross and shopping here was NOT PLEASANT

Its a smaller Walmart than others in the area so the selection can be limited. The staff is always friendly though. There is also a gas station which is lower prices than surrounding stations. The main issue other than the smaller size us the lack of price checkers. There arent any which makes shopping a challenge as the labels rarely match the products if they exist at all so prices become a guessing game

This neighborhood store on Emanuel Church Rd. is one of the cleanest and friendliest Walmarts I have visited. And I have been in at least 100 stores all across the U.S.

I feel like a criminal every time im there they have no respect for people or there space. i avoid walmart at most cost! i cant walk out the store without someone stopping me asking for a reciept like it isnt bad enough they cant have cashiers and we have to check ourselves out but they can have (greeters) who ack like loss prevention. fyi if im touched by another associate i will own atleast one walmart
This store has some of the rudest people working there with no regard for their customers. We parked on the household side of the store and was checked out before 7:45 and was walking to the exit and was yelled at the door was locked and they wouldnt let us exit that way. I have back issues and knew that we needed to be out by 8 to get to our car(in the handicap parking area) we asked if they would let us out that way since it wasnt 8 yet and the manager said no. I just do not think this is how customers should be tested. If it supposed to be locked at 8, then it needs to be 8 and an announcement made.i would not recommend this store, period!! I will drive out of my way to not come back there!
