Came here looking for a mattress. Perry helped us, we ended up getting a king size.When we got done with the deals it was the same price as a queen size.

I love this big lots! It has more options, more organized, clean and the service I got from Ms. Sue was amazing. She ended a good day with amazing service when coming to pick up my couches. She was attentive and helpful. I highly recommend this big lots especially for the service.

They have a bunch of sales and cool stuff. I went there looking for room deodorizer, didnt find the one I wanted but got a lot of deals instead. Woo Hoo !!!!

I was in this store tonight, the night manager was amazing. She took time out to take me over to sheets and help me find what I needed. I found her again stocking vinegar in food and asked for another product. She immediately stopped what she was doing and walked me directly to q tips. Big lots employees need a manager like her! I think her name was Sue?

Check what you buy before you leave the store. I bought a bed set and got it home and it was missing the flat sheet.

The store has been remodeling and looks great. Its spacious. The shelves were full and it wasnt crowded. They had sanitizer come in and going out the store. I highly recommend this store.

I like Big Lots. I never buy a ton but I usually pick up something. The lady who checked us out was very nice and we had a $5 coupon, thanks to their rewards programs. Unfortunately, we did have trouble determining prices for a couple of things.

Clean store, friendly employees, and a good variety of merchandise. Big lots has come a long ways over the years. A store worth shopping.

Its fine. Not many customers so you can browse without fighting crowds. Some good prices too. Had some comfortable recliners and Im taller than average. Cashier was nice. Didnt like hearing some music an employee was listening to one day but that was just once. Big parking lot and traffic light to get in and out easy. Ill keep going back.

Not alot of halloween stock but what they have is definitely cool. Had a fun day browsing. Really wish their sales were better. I mean and 699.00 chair marked CLEARANCE is only reduced to 629.00 ... Online inventory didnt match in-store inventory. The shelves were bare in the cleaning supplies area. I did however purchase a swifter sweeper. The store clerks were nice.

The store expansive and has a little bit of everything. The customer service is great. The building is well lit and organized very well. The prices are amazing and totally worth the drive to get there.

I can find good deals, but its gone to full price or overpriced for subpar quality goods. No real savings unless you have a coupon when you need it.

The Big Lots on Augusta Highway is awesome. The store has been remodeled and it looks great. The store associate Joann was very pleasant when I told her I really liked the new remodeled layout. She also checked me out and again welcomed me again. We conversed and said how great it was to acknowledge one another.

Unbelievable prices on Personal Care items. I felt so good I even bought an Autumn wreath. That just aint like me. The woman at the checkout counter was quick, and very professional. I could tell she takes her job seriously.

Today we dropped in to see if they had any notebook paper and I was pleasantly surprised to see they have renovated the store. They did a really nice job with the open concept. The store was clean, organized, and the staff was very friendly!

Great merchandise including furniture. I wanted a fireplace they did not have in stock. The manager got on the phone and called around until he found one at another store. Great job and much appreciated.

Big lots has great deals on can vegetables.I shop there aloy.the one in west columbia is the best no long lines and having to wait.the manager and our cashier was amazing.. I will return and yes they keep sanitizing solution with paper towels so you can wipe down the buggies.hand sanitizer for your hands and if you are a truck driver veteran retired ot active duty or a emergency responder or health care worker you recieve. a 10% discount.. Go check them out

Definitely not the Big Lots I remember from years ago. Looks like a much more upscale store. Employees are nice and almost always working to keep the store looking fresh. No longer looks like an old Winn Dixie that someone just threw stuff in to sell. Congratulations.

I have had a rewards card with Big Lots for many, many years. I used to like the fact that after a certain amount you spent you would get 20 percent off. Well they changed that. I began to question the cashiers off and on as to the advantages of the new system. Answer I would get is youll get coupons by email. They had my email all along. Never got one single coupon. Well to be fair, the last coupon they ever sent me was in 2011. Never was it brought to my attention that I needed to register in the Big Lots website in order to get the coupons. Although they had my email and I had the rewards card all along. I have lost years and years of potential savings due to this.
