Going to this location has been both convenient and quick. I have been helped by two gentlemen and they were able to get me in and out. The main drawback to a 5 star review is others may start going to these locations rather than the main stores. I hope they get busier. The one drawback, but this may be cellular industry as a whole, the brand selection and stock is limited, but able to get you what you need in short order.

Great customer service. Drew was very helpful. At most other stores customers are sent away to set up their own devices not at the BeMobile Store in West Fargo. Awesome service.

Even though it was busy and customers were lined up he made sure to check in on everyone and come back and check in while working with multiple customers at once and was honest with people if he didn’t have time to meet their needs prior to closing and how long the wait would be.

Excellent customer service! I was able to walk in and get immediate help for a broken phone that needed replacing vs waiting for hours at the other Verizon stores. Will definitely go back when needing any future phone upgrades.

I called the store to see if they had what I wanted and they did. I waited outside for them to take care of the customers inside because of covid. The transaction went well but the internet was slow at that time but thats not the stores fault. All in all it was a great experience.

They have great customer service and really do a good job listening to customer needs. They are locally owned and they can do pretty much everything any other location can do but they have more promos (an extra $150 of the Galaxy S10+ when no other location had that).

When you walk in you are not acknowledged. This has been stated in many other reviews, so I didnt expect any different. The staff was friendly and helpful once it is your turn to be helped. The manager is very responsive to issues, and he shows great concern for customer satisfaction.

Clearly, an employee thought it was more important to talk to someone about how he mined Bitcoin at $20 back in the day, rather than help me buy an Apple Watch series 6. Maybe staff should acknowledge people when they enter the store. Hopefully those investments will get him somewhere because his customer service isn’t going to.
