I went to the store twice.. 1st i went there to try to traid in my husbands phone and i was addvice to wait couple months to get more good offer. And now we went back there just today. And got good offers. Since we get our phone buy one take one.. they said one of our phone only paying for one phone .. but guess what we paid two phones not only one phone.. we found out that the day when i go there to pay off the phone to get upgraded for new phone.. now we need to pay each phone to upgrade.. so embarrassing. Now we just proceed and dont think of it just want to get the new deals and get new phone .. he proceed to get my card to paid off the phone. And we patiently waiting.. end up that were not able to upgrade our phone until july.. so just be patient go out the door.. and now get home check my account. He paid off my husband phone and says available to upgrade since we paid off. Im totally immbarras..🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️😤😤 how they process like this..??

Recently purchased the new Iphone 12 Pro Max because New Years got the best of my XS Max. From the time I went in the store with the XS Max to the time I walked out with the 12 Pro Max the service was outstanding. Brian super good salesman-talked this ole cowgirl into a very expensive phone, probably Alot more than what I will know what to do with but I just cant feel guilty or worried about it when he was so helpful gettin us needed upgrades, most bang for our buck. I will highly recommend to others

Brian is the best. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Brian made the process of switching from Android to IPhone very easy.

New phone setup was hidden with lots of fees and some were not explained at all, just billed after they completed the task, like the Verizon Setup and Go Plus $21.50 (after tax) fee which they charged me for doing close to nothing. If youre half-tech savvy, just order youre new phone on the Verizon website and accessories though Amazon to save yourself the extra expense of going to the store. I also found a better Verizon plan for cheaper on their website which the store told me nothing about. Store staff was knowledgeable but be prepared to pay for it.

My husband and I went to this store after having poor customer service at a different location. Brian was our rep and he went above and beyond for our family. He was knowledgeable and displayed superior customer service skills. He didnt try to sell us on things we didnt need but made sure we had what fit our familys needs. He offered to set up our phones and most stores do not do this anymore. He also made sure this forgetful mama of 4 setup her warranty and actually did the footwork himself. He was patient with us even though my toddler was running a muck (which can be a nightmare for customer service folks). There was very minimal wait time. I appreciate everything he did for us. If you need a phone, accessories or things tech related definitely check this store out.

My second time at this location and the last. Ill be going to the location on 45th from now on. My sons phone had a malfunction a couple days ago. I stopped in to the neighborhood Verizon store only to be told that it being black Friday, they couldnt help me. Cool thing is, he then told me whatever I need, theyre ALWAYS there for me. I called Verizon and had a new one in the mail in less than 15 minutes. I translate this as, Unless youre spending money or getting new service, youre not as important, so youre welcome to come back Sunday or Monday!... I wont be back to this location strictly from poor customer service!
