It is a large good looking store with lots of different kinds of food. The prices are too high.

This is by far my favorite grocery store in the region. It has everything I need, and an endless array of delicious items a person cannot find anywhere else. The bakery is delicious, and one of the last places a person can find baked goods that are not premade before arrival. The bread alone is worth the trip. Fresh and warm every day, and the bakery manager is a generous individual. They have fresh made sushi, and handmade pizza in the deli area as well. Yum!!! The employees are exceptionally helpful, kind, and all around wonderful people.

A very rare bad experience for me. The steak appeared to be old. It was beginning to turn gray/brown and I saw a dead mosquito wrapped in one of the t-bones. Doubt Ill be buying meat at this location again.

Im at Family Fare several times a week and have made relationships with workers over time, a sign of a truly local and caring staff. I enjoy the stock they carry and have no problem finding the items I need to fill my pantry and refrigerator.

Store was clean. I was not a fan of their produce. They had a decent selection but the things I wanted from there did not look very good (nectarines, plums, peaches, some apples, bell peppers). They were all wrinkled. They also didnt have some of the products I was looking for. I went 3 stars for those reasons but it wasnt a horrible experience.

This use to be our primary grocery store, but this weekend I was reminded once again of another reason we avoid Family Fare. They had a one-day sale on Sunday that had ribeyes on sale. In their ad it did not say limited supply or while supplies last. I arrived there about 11:00am to pick a couple of steaks up for supper, but was told that they were all sold out right away this morning as people came in and were buying them all. I read the ad again and it says 1-day sale - not 2 hour sale. When I inquired about getting a raincheck for them, I was told that they do not give them out for the 1-day sale items and you have to get there early if you wanted them. I looked at the ad again and showed the manager that nowhere in the ad does it say quantities limited, or while supplies last, or even that you must get there early to take advantage of them. I then explained that it really isnt a one day sale if they are sold out before 11:00am and they dont limit quantities or give rainchecks out. Maybe false advertising to attract business? She said she was sorry and that is the way it is. Just reaffirmed that I can avoid Family Fare and Nash Finch stores.

Either give the money off gas to all customers or train your cashiers to ask for the otherwise useless card. Spent enough to get money off gas, but as a busy mom I didnt put my phone number in the machine. Used to not bother me but gas has went up $1 a gallon since the days I didnt care.

Only grocery store we could find that was open till midnight. Cashier was super friendly, good prices, and their seasoned whole chickens are juicy and full of flavor. Absolutely delicious.

The mask mandate is not enforced here in any way. 75% of the customers I saw were not wearing a mask and 2 of them (without masks) were about 2 feet away from me in line. I will definitely not be returning and I recommend you dont unless you want to get sick.Also, you have to wonder...if they dont care about this deadly virus, why would they care about salmonella, e-coli, etc?

I went today to ask Family Fare to hang an event flyer to help spread awareness for those who have suffered from pregnancy or infancy loss. I was told that they could not hang it for public, which I can understand as a business owner. I then inquired if they could put it in their employee break room and was told no.What was the most disheartening is whoever the guest service clerk woman was asking these questions to (be it the store manage or assistant manger) that individual couldn’t speak to me in person.Every other grocery store in our community supports community events and awareness.We will no longer support this supermarket and will be letting our business and contacts know as well about this situation.

This is Grandma & Grandpas favorite grocery store. Food is always top notch, its a little more expensive than I usually like to spend, but for the food quality and customer service, this store makes it worth spending a little extra.

Expensive grocery store and they dont have every thing your looking for if your trying to eat healthy I seen several spoiled steaks in the meat cooler so I didnt buy any meat . If you shop here please check expiration dates. They do have a coffee shop in store if you need it .

Was here Friday night. In the exit there was a person slumped over on a go cart. Apparently had been there 30 minutes when I told them about the person being there at least 5. I like the store in general & go out of my way to shop there sometimes but you cant be more wrong than this. If the person was in mental distress they needed help. If they were in medical distress they needed help. Not after 30 minutes but right away.

I usually have a great experience here. The grocery shopping to the liquor store is always great costumer service. But today at the pharmacy was just crazy. My girlfriend wanted to try to use a Goodrx coupon considering we have never tried it. And who wouldnt want to save 20$ on a prescription? Well when the coupon was presented the man said We dont play that here. like what? If the store says it takes the coupons then take the coupon. You feeling some type of way about people trying to save some money is none of your business. You dont own the pharmacy or the pills youre filling. Very disappointed.

It feels like to me that the employees need raises the work so hard for nothing

I know times are hard, but for the sake of social distancing I think you guys need to have your self-checkouts open later in the evening since people are trying to shop at these times to avoid crowds. Lets be honest, the person standing up there isnt doing a thorough job of checking for shoplifting anyway. The only person on my visit I will certainly be within 6 feet of is a cashier, and you have tools that can prevent this.

Conveniently located near shopping and residential zones. I find that a trip around the store is quick and I find all the fresh foods I love to eat with ease. One of my favorites at this store is the sushi counter. Always fresh with a great selection. The meat department is fresh and full of variety as well as fresh organic choices in the vegetable department. The staff has been very helpful to anything Ive ever asked for. I enjoy having the convenience of being able to use a self-checkout and Family Fare has it. Lastly, I enjoy grabbing a Caribou Coffee on the way in or on my way out of the store.

Not bad. Under the C-19 thing. But one thing that bothers me is over near the deli, theres a cooler with salads and premade sandwiches. But nowhere in the in the area is somewhere to get condiments for salad dressings or mayo and mustard. Really dumb.

I have been shopping online for my groceries. But I do not think I will be doing that anymore. Was supposed to get my Turkey for .29 cents a pound. Since when does a 13 lb bird cost 22 dollars. Does no good to call Instacart or the store. Both parties blame the other. So no refunds. They need to make sure there prices are correct.

Amazing cakes! First place I have found in ND that makes cake and frosting taste like what I had as a kid many many years ago.

Vern at the meat counter is great! Ask him for his opinion and youll get the best! All of the employees are friendly and you can pop in and out quickly. If youre on a longer shopping trip, pick up a coffee at the caribou right inside the front door and wander the aisles. They have fresh produce, fresh bread and Ive never seen any items over their expiration date like at other stores. Theres a liquor store attached with a good selection and good prices.

This is my home store. I love it. The layout is kind of silly in places and it takes some getting used to but the killer sales and quality of items is way above the competitors in the area. Bonus points for the sweetheart that works in the attached liquor store too. He has a white ish pony tail and is always so pleasant and upbeat! Hes the best Ill update this when I catch his name. Its so cool you can ring up a few items from the grocery store in the liquor store as well. So neat!
