Nick gave us personal attention and found the exact camper we desired. Having been on the road with this camper for a total of five weeks now we are very happy with our purchase. A lot this has to do with us researching and making a list of requirements which we provided Nick with but he understood and came through for us! Thanks Nick!

This place is a nightmare for service. If you break down in Fargo take your camper any where else unless you plan on renting an apartment. Customer service is non existent. Beware of this place and ask lots of questions. They won’t tell you until they hand you the bill. Corporate at its worst check the reviews on Facebook you will see I am not the only one. Would love to hear back from corporate rep. Not holding my breath

My husband and I have been looking for a camper/ice house for quite some time! We have had great experience with Todd at Camping World! He had been excellent at showing us what is available and what is up and coming! He listens to our concerns, knows the layout we are ideally looking for and knows our price range. Todd has a great personality and he is willing to take you under his wing and really puts his customers needs and wants first. If you are in the market(or even if your looking) I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND you go see Todd at camping world! I promise you won’t be disappointed with the service you receive!

My wife and I visited Camping World in Fargo and were treated extremely well by Erica Finely. The customer service that she provided was excellent. She was very attentive to our needs and wants and was willing to go out of her way to do whatever she could to answer our questions. We had a amazing experience buying our camper. The sales people were very knowledgeable and present through the whole process. I would fully recommend going to Camping World and buying a camper. Or any supplies you need. Very good atmosphere and very friendly people.

Pushy sales force. Tried to get me to sign the first day. Hassled me twice a day for a week after. Offered a non-refundable $1000 deposit to hold the camper they had 4 of!I knew more about the camper then the guy that showed me the camper.My Coleman is very cheaply put together. No pride in craftsmanship.Lots of hidden costs. Your included GoodSam 87 month warranty adds $5000 to your purchase price. Well see how much they honor it or claim wear-and-tear.All in all not a very great experience. Buyer beware!

Your website sucks. Trying to find a small camper to start Travel Working. But guess I wont be using your website. The filter and or sort button does not work whatsoever. I go type in pop-up camper and it gives me no matches but yet I go click on the pop-up icon and it gives me matches that makes sense. I shop by website or online. Fix your website..

These folks are nothing short of Fantastic! I had an AC problem half way through a 6500 mile trip and essentially had no heat on some very cold nights. The got me in, fixed up and back on the road in 1 hour inspite of the fact that they ate very busy. This is an extremely professional well run operation. After seeing the ads for the virtual camper show, My wife and I went to the Fargo location to look at some of the models on hand. Erica Finley was the sales person that helped us on a very cold day. Even though the specific model we wanted to see was not available in the Fargo location, Erica showed us other models with similar features. Erica contacted a sales person in Monticello where the unit was in stock to take pictures of the unit for us. The Fargo manager offered what we felt was a very good price and trade allowance but we did not make a purchase at that time. Erica contacted me at a later date to see if we were still in the market and stated that they still had one of the other units we had looked at. While I was working out if town she made arrangements for me to do a side by side comparison of the original model we were interested in and the alternative unit. Once again the Fargo team offered a great deal which we excepted nut unfortunately had to be cancelled at the last minute due to other circumstances. Erica went above and beyond to make sure we were fully informed of model features and our requests were met. Although we purchased a model from another location, our experience with Erica and the Fargo group was superior and greatly assisted us in finding the right rv at a fair price. I highlyrecommend Erica Finley and Camping World of Fargo.

The absolute worst Service department. They take forever and tell you things are working when they arent, they set up appointments then lose them and then they tell you things will be ready at certain time and they take another whole day to get them fixed. Very poor service department. Our whole experience from buying a completely operational camper then having to have a new air conditioner, water heater, amongst other things then spending about 5 days getting these things fixed and having to drive over 200 miles to do so has been a real nightmare without even a decent apology, being avoided by service manager and having to get motel rooms because they didnt have things fixed when they said they would even after having a scheduled appointment 3 weeks in advance which THEY called to set up then was mysteriously lost when we got there. Horrible experience from beginning to end. Buyer BEWARE!

I believe one of the worse places to buy a camper. Its was like no experience I have ever had. Better off looking elsewhere. Claims to have Vet discount, apparently this is not fact.Update: after one trip my brand new camper need to be resided. Best part is no one there can tell me when. I let them know roughly a month ago. Also I was told I could play music inside or outside. Now Im told sorry it is just a car stereo do all speakers play. Would have been good to know. Also if I have to hit a gravel road I get dust in my drawers. Seems really shady, I would complain about customer service but Im yet to find it.

We purchased a camper from them and the microwave was not working. They offered to replace with a new one in which it had to be ordered. That was 3 and a half months ago. Summer half over and still no microwave. Not impressed at this point. Hope service with Camping World gets better.

The salesman, Nick Schindler, was outstanding! He did an excellent job coordinating a trailer purchase for me and my father. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and stayed in contact throughout the entire purchase! I’d strongly recommend him for any future trailer purchases.We did have some problems with the finance department, but the GM, Jay Forness, stepped in and got it all straightened out.

Pretty straight forward transaction. We had purchased our trade-in from Erica and she assisted us with the current trailer. She was very helpful. There was a little glitch with financing. He hadn’t been informed of the bottom line cost by sales, so he had to re-work the numbers. The 2 men in Service were very nice and explained the operational details thoroughly. One of them was in training but did well.

I came to Camping World looking for a new camper. Erica F. was so helpful, friendly, & knowledgeable about everything that was in stock. She made my experience so fun! She is quite a jokester. It really took the edge off. Thanks so much for all of your help, Erica! We love our new camper!!

Thanks Fargo Team.Not to take away the great experience we had with the sales team, but after the sale, dealing with the service department has been an absolute nightmare. From the time we purchased the camper to delivery, it was 3 weeks. There was a number of repairs that needed to happen. When it was delivered, none of those things had been done. The field tech who delivered it was awesome and did what he could to fix things, but just didnt have what he needed to get things fixed. They were able to fix the major things wrong, but I quickly figured out that they didnt go through the camper as expected. Very disappointed. Its almost impossible to get someone to call you back because you cant get anyone on the phone when you call. The last time I called about something simple like a fan blade bracket they took when they were ordering me new fan blades. I said I could stop by and pick it up, and they told me it was there. I got there, their service counter person, then made a call to find out it was probably on a truck not at the store and they would need to ship it out to me. I am unable to leave two reviews, so 5 stars for sales, 0 stars for service. If I decide to go elsewhere for for any of my additional business, it will be solely because of the poor service I have gotten.The service manager over there continues to do the right thing and reaches out to make things right. It sometimes takes a couple days with all the things I can only imagine he has to deal with, but when he does he listens to the problems I have dealt with and helps get them solved.

Service is kind of slow. The staff is very friendly when they finally get to helping you. Dropped off our camper for repairs at the start of summer...just got it back today (8/21/21). Communication was bad. They didnt call to update us on our camper unless we called them.

So happy to finally have a camping world! Awesome selection of items from anything dealing with rving to camping and even hunting. Id recommend to sign up for a membership it will pay for itself almost immediately.

Worked with Todd and he did an amazing job.So the first part of the review only reflects Todd the salesman not the company as a whole. The financing department is a nightmare. They will not call you back and there is no communication between the 3 people who work in the department. To top it all off none of them accept responsibility for anything and always shift the blame to someone else. Overall the financing department cost the company a sale and a customer. My recommendation go anywhere else.

READ BEFORE YOU BUYWe purchased a camper at Camping World this week. It was the worst sales experience of our life. I rarely write a bad review as I understand sometimes mistakes are made but the sales practices at CW were predatory, baiting and unethical. Not to mention the underwhelming customer service we experienced.We’ve been looking at campers for a few weeks and were working with one salesman. We remained loyal to the initial person who helped us since he gave us his time. Well, he was very inexperienced and tried hard sales techniques on us. Zero interest in discovering what our needs were to provide the value we were looking for. Which, fine, we can look past this. It wasn’t until we started discussing price and options that things got very shady. He asked what payment we needed and we provided that to him. Well, I’m in finance and I can guarantee everything he did, was illegal. He provided our numbers to us without terms included. I’m putting this in bold as it’s important. WE ASKED IF TAX TITLE AND LICENSE WERE INCLUDED IN THESE NUMBERS AND HE SAID YES. Well, that was not the case. They would not give us the terms of the loan, yet asked for a deposit.The day came to pick up the camper and we asked again to see the terms. They did not have these readily available and wanted us to go walk through the camper and hook it up to our truck first. This seemed odd. So we did that and the camper was FILTHY. This is a brand new camper and it had urine in the toilet, around and on the floor, and appliances weren’t clean. There was dust everywhere, dirt all over the floor, and nothing had been cleaned and wiped down or put together in a presentable way. It was disappointing. You shouldn’t have to clean a new camper, or a used one from a dealer for that matter.Anyway, my husband went back in to sign paperwork. What was found in the documents was certainly a surprise. Several hidden fees were added, even after we were told there wouldn’t be any. We had another $300 in equipment to purchase that no one mentioned. Paying fees isn’t a bad thing. We fully understand it’s part of the purchase. However, there was ZERO disclosure of this. We were lied to and swindled into believing one thing, when it was in fact, another. With additional undisclosed fees, we spent $3,200 more at closing than we were told. We specifically asked if the price discussed was the final number and it was communicated that is WAS.We had to originally put down a $1000 deposit and considered walking away and letting Camping World keep it because of this experience. If you buy from them make sure you clarify the terms in advance. When they tell you tax and title is on the initial quote - ASK WHERE. They were dishonest in most stages of their process and we didn’t even get a thank you from the salesman after we purchased a relatively expensive camper. Highly disappointing!

Worst customer service ever!! Waited at the parts counter for over 5 mins with no help. Ask the guy behind the service counter 4ft away if he could help me or get someone to help. His response was I dont do anything with the parts department. After 25 mins in the store I was told they probably wouldnt have the part Im looking for. I said I would go somewhere else and they replied with you wont find that parts in town. I went to Adventure RV in West Fargo and was in and out of their store with the part in under 5 minutes. I will never go to camping world again.

This experience was top notch! Rolled out the red carpet when we arrived to take delivery. They will take as little or much time needed getting you familiar with your purchase. Dealing with the sales department was painless as well, not overwhelming and they give you plenty of time to make a decision. Service department is on par as well!
