The customer service person lied to me about how something works on my bill. That lie cost me $700 for a two phone calls. I tried to talk to someone about it, but they were more interested in accomplishing their goal for the call. The person kept apologizing and told me that I had to call after the bill comes out to ask for an adjustment. That in no way helped me. Ive tried calling Xfinity but I cant get past the damned automated customer gatekeeper because it says my phone number is not associated with any of their accounts. I cant walk into the Xifinity store to solve my problem because Im still out of town. I need to find a new carrier. My experience was perfect until this happened. I guess the neighbor was right: Xfinity will eventually show you their true colors.
This was a great experience for me. I was greeted immediately and assigned to someone to help me. Denise (I think that is her name...I hope Comcast/Xfinity will look up my order and correct me if Im wrong) was knowledgeable, professional, patient, helpful, and friendly. She impressed me because she made sure I received the promotions I was entitled to, plus made extra efforts to accommodate my mother. Although I wish the Comcast/Xfinity store were closer to me, I am very happy with the high level of service I received, and it made the trip worthwhile.
Parking at this store is HORRIFIC! My first time here was unpleasant because the guy was kind of a sales douche but my second time was much much better. The guy was super helpful and friendly.
I checked in an waited for an hour. People that checked in 15 minutes after I did were seen, taken care of and out of the building by the time I was finally able to get someones attention. They put me (back?) on the list. 10 more minutes of customers were called ahead of me before I ran out of time ahead of my next appointment. The closest thing I got to resolution was an offer to call Comcast customer service. Ive done this. Ive tried that. Hence driving 20 minutes each way and waiting an hour to speak with you guys in person. Boooooo
Cant say enough good things about my visit. Truly went the extra mile to assist me. What an amazing difference between Xfinitys customer service and Frontiers. Ill never go back to Frontier with their lousy customer service.
Decided to make the return of a replacement modem in person, rather than mailing it back. The building is in a very busy plaza with hard to find parking spaces! The store itself is large, immaculate, and recently remodeled. There is alot of foot traffic with enough employees to accommodate you. The experience was fast and expedite with little time spent with my return. I found the employees to be welcoming and knowledgeable at their job.
I returned my cable box and they were quick and efficient getting me in and out!!

Best experience yet. I turnover my xfinity equipment and switched over to T-Mobile 5G Home Internet service, and I am paying 1/2 for twice the speed I had from cable. Cya Comcrap Cable

Helpful staff. My experience was very positive, but I am dropping one star because they should have a store location more convenient to the east central part of the state. Given the number of towns with Comcast/Xfinity as their cable provider, it seems like there should be a closer store than West Hartford.
Comcast messed up (shocker, I know) and they sent me only a TV streaming modem when I had signed up for only the internet package. I came in after work just before closing time and was able to switch out the incorrect equipment and correct my subscription in approximately 10 minutes. Associates were friendly and professional.

Registered my name when I walked in. I was 8th in line to talk to customer service. I walked out after 40 minutes without talking to anybody. very busy but no urgency to get people thru there.
Aaaahhhh.... After finally finding a spot in the small inaccessible overflowing parking lot, I got to wait in line to return my equipment. And then ten minutes to get out of the lot. Nice staff, tho.

Xfinity/Comcast has the worst customer service of any company with which I have ever dealt. This location particularly poor. The staff, of which there seem to be plenty, are slow and disinterested in helping people. I came in to change out a modem that stopped powering up for a new one and had to wait 45 minutes to complete a transaction that took 2 minutes once they decided to speak to me. Horrible.
I had to exchange my tv cablenbox that stopped working was fast got checked in right away and waited 5 min for my name to be called got mew box and whole visit took about 15-20 minutes.
Andrew was very polite and helpful. He made my transaction simple and stress free !

These days they expect you to make an appointment, but for equipment exchanges, you can walk in. Once they register you, the next available person will call and tend to you.They are very polite and patient even with people who are upset!
The customer service is basically good whenever technical assistance is needed. But not when attempting to upgrade or change service for existing customers because of your double standards and pricing that favors new customers, which is totally backwards !!!!

I havent purchase home internet in a few years so I was dreading the process of paying for and scheduling the installation of internet 🙄... To my surprise the process of ordering online was easy and fair priced, there was an option to have the FREE self install kit delivered FREE or pick it up same day for FREE 😀. I picked up, the store was very clean and cool looking. I think they did a really good job of being effective with covid restrictions with style. I was greeted right away and was out with my equipment in less than 8minutes AND got a nice little FREE bag 😁😁
After 3 separate attempts to transfer the billing from my fiances father to myself (2 in person at this location) we have been stonewalled everytime weve come. Finally weve decided to cancel the account. The personal staff on location was nice but unable to complete the process for us.
One of my best experiences ever at Comcast. Things took a bit longer than expected but my agent was really helpful and managed to keep me smiling.

Store has an issue with regard to staff professionalism and attitude towards customers. We wanted to upgrade our phone and they made no effort to sell us anything, they didnt even bring up some of the deals we could have taken advantage of, thank god we took the effort to look online infront of him! We had to drill out every answer and response from the staffer. My previous phone company was Verizon and their was never an issue with staff and helpfulness. Strange?

What can be said? I look forward to any communication with Comcast as much as I do having my fingers jammed into a garbage disposal. The staff was all nice, but theres no way to lower their inflated prices. You try, but removal of most anything results in increases. Whether in store or on the phone, calls to Comcast are the most stressful conversations I have with any business. I could write a book of complaints, but will stop before I get rolling. The services usually work, internet doesnt test to advertised specs, but I sometimes see close to the 1.2G download speed I pay for - I wish the upload could be faster than 40G.

Google asked me to rate my internet search about this facility. Per my search the reviews were pretty bad.My personal experience hasnt been all that great either. Hence the 2 star review.

Currently my cell phone isnt working. It just sends a message that the cell system isnt working. I tried calling XFINITY on my AFFINITY phone but the automated system wouldnt take my call because it didnt recognize my the AFFINITY NUMBER and there was no way to give the AFFINITY number. If I didnt have another carrier I would have no phone service or way to call for help.In summary, the XFINITY cell system is down and there is no way for me to get help from XFINITY.I am paying $167. monthly for a system that doesnt help when the cell system isnt working.

Wait was very long and the people inside did not have any answers to me questions. They just kept saying, go onto the app, all your questions can be answered there. Then why have a location at all.

Fast service...clean store...comfortable seating...not a bad experience at all :) However the online customer service was horrible today! I actually had to visit the xfinity store to straighten out the huge mess after being online and on the phone for nearly two hours...so overall I recommend the store over the phone and definitely prefer the store over the online chat.
I came in because my Xfinity mobile account is literally missing I can’t login to pay my bill and my phone is off. They had no idea what to do. They were very rude and unresponsive I wasn’t helped. I was told because my account was open in another state they can’t do anything. I called in and was on hold for so long I got sick of it and left. I would recommend Xfinity services to anybody. They’re terrible. I’m so upset I don’t have any idea how to get my phone service back and nobody knows how to help me. Wouldn’t recommend Xfinity but specifically this store. They were very rude to not only me but other customers. I will be finding another store to go to if I have to and unlocking my phone to use with another company.
This is a related to the customer experience: I tried to open an account on line at least 15 times and every time the process failed! So I decided to visit their shop after work. Was not a good idea: in front of the store there was a long queue with many people bringing back decoder or equipment. No information of any kind and when I approached an employee she rudly told me to put on line even if I had nothing to bring back. After a too long wait they finally checked me in taking my name and my request: only then I can enter the store. And wait again. Any of the staff showed any urgency to serve the clients and let them go. Once they finally call my name the process was easy enough even if the system failed again and it took a while to finalize my request.Not exactly a brilliant start of our relationship....

Xfinity Store is open Monday-Saturday 10am-6pm and Sunday 11am-5pm but one time Monday-Saturday Xfinity hours were 9am-7pm and Sunday 11am-5pm.
The representative was very helpful, but the manager was very flustered.
Horrible service. No one picks up phone so you have to drive to store only to be told they cant help me that I need a service appointment. Service guy says that all I needed was a new cord which they could have supplied at the store.
This place takes very long most employees here cant do anything that you nned help with the only thing this place is good for is paying a bill and returning equipment thats it if you what to do anything else you might as well call customer service cause these employees here are restricted from everything but paying bills and excepting equipment.
I was returning a broken box and they had an sidewalk desk where someone came out and provided you with service. While I was returning my items to the bins provided the customer service rep was getting my new box. She handed me the box of equipment and off I went. Less then 15 mins. total. Best experience Ive ever had with Xfinity

Supremely fast service on a Sunday before closing. Very respectful everyone and the place was clean and organized. The representative asked me questions about what I wanted and directed me to the right equipment.I dont give a 5 star rating because it is difficult to get into and out of the parking with incoming traffic blocking the way.

Tried to go a couple weeks ago during the high heat days that we were experiencing and couldnt believe the length of the line went over today on a semi cloudy rainy day was in and out within 5 minutes quick service they had protocols in place Covid and distancing which is really nice to see very professionally done.
