Perfect experience for us. 1) Royal is knowledgeable about all aspects of kitchen/bath remodeling (even though they only do cabinets & counters themselves) - gave us lots of useful tips and were generous with their consulting time. 2) provided a very professional, well-done process: from contracting, setup and installation 3) price was very attractive 4) small, very friendly staff.

If you are looking for a fancy place, this isnt it. But if you look for a quality kitchen on a very good budget, THIS IS IT.....We have so far done 5 kitchens with them and all our clients LOVED their kitchens look and quality. Wont go anywhere else.....

It is a small place and doesnt look like much. The owner was very knowledgable, came and looked at our kitchen. Gave us some ideas that fit our budget. all the cabinets are hardwood, not pressboard. They did our kitchen, ;proffesionally, promptly and it came out awesome. the men installing the cabinets . cleaned up after themselves. they said 3 days and it took 3 days . I had an issue with a cracked cabinet door 3 years after the kitchen was installed and I called. They were able to give me a new door at no charge.

Small hole-in-the-wall shop feel. One of the owners are usually present, however English is not their first language and they seem to prefer to have their designer conduct meetings. He seemed very knowledgeable and polite. He was experienced and had very good practical advice. They offered us good pricing for a reputable Chinese made cabinet, Cubitac. We were a little nervous about the plastic parts used in the cabinets. There was a cabinet which had just come in with the plywood panel loose and not fully attached to the front facing. They do carry more expensive Canadian made cabinets. What also caused us to hesitate was that they first said 2 weeks lead time. However, when we were about to finalize purchase they changed it to 3 weeks lead time. Ultimately, it was the fact that they werent willing to offer any additional discounts that caused us to go elsewhere. We ended up buying beautiful, very well made Chinese cabinets from Fabuwood at Kitchen Cabinets Outlet in Southington. They gave us a better price for a better product.
