Great donuts and good handmade breakfast sandwiches. Service was extremely slow when we returned and brought friends the second day--not sure what happened as there were only five people waiting for breakfast. A bit disappointed especially when service was great the first day we went. Consistency in service is important. I will say in closing, the donuts were great.

Super cute donut shop great selection and great customer service. There’s outdoor seating and indoor seating. It’s in such a cute area of the town. Very scenic. I highly recommend the blueberry cake doughnut, blueberry donuts are my least favorite ever put their blueberry doughnut was my favorite donut ever surprisingly, the frosting on top was so soft and the cake was so moist. There tater tot’s are also super crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. 10 out of 10 would recommend and go back

Donut was so-so. Ive had better grocery store donuts. The texture was already hardened and a bit stale. Their selection was extremely limited when I visited, only a handful of donut flavours. Nothing mind-blowing. The layout itself was also odd and a bit cramped. Kind of confusing how this is still up and functioning, it seems like its barely operational. I hope they improve and their selection isnt always like this.

Good selection of both “crazy” and normal donuts; however, the line set up can have people right on top of each other if busy and one of the employees was not wearing a mask.

We have heard about this place from so long from so many of my friends and was looking at their Instagram posts. We drove 45 minutes to take 6 donuts, service is so bad, I’ve asked the girl at the desk if she would suggest any drink/ best coffee . She was like everything is normal here, seriously? I regret going to this place. I like the interiors, lighting of the place though !

I am a coffee addict and I can easily say this is the best tasting coffee i’ve ever had. Definitely better than Starbucks and Dunkin. The donut is so cute and aesthetically pleasing. The donut tastes even better than it looks and thats saying something since it looks good. If you are wondering wether you should give this place a try then I say go for it!!

Get the bacon burger!!! Its on a donut and its delicious. The only thing i can complain about is its way too small i wish i could of had more space to sit and eat my burger but at the same time i understand its more if a coffee shop vibe. It is pricey i ordered a dozen donuts for 40$ but they are so unique that its worth the price. I havent tried all my donuts yet but i did try my bowl of cereal donut and its amazing the donut itself is dense but soft just the way i like it.

So much more than a crazy donut- great coffee and food with as large a selection of sandwiches/wraps/burgers as the donuts. Their daily donuts in classic flavors are worth the trip but the crazies push it over the top. And this isnt just a fun topping on a sub-par donut... its actually very good! Whether its a cake or yeast style, youll have trouble choosing just one. Come hungry (and ready to spend), leave happy.

Kitchen closes at 3. The matcha frappe didnt have as rich a matcha taste as I wanted. The plain doughnut was okay, a little dry. Didnt have that rich cakey flavor I wanted. but my favorite doughnut is plain entenmanns doughnuts from the grocery store, so I dont think Im qualified to judge the doughnuts.

It says it closes at 8pm, and its 7:20pm and the door is locked and the girl behind the counter just stared at me. Im aggravated I drove all this way only for Google to say its opened, and for it to be closed with no hours posted. I dont even want to try these donuts anymore.

Are you kidding me ??? On top of being pleasantly greeted while I walked in filming and they said its okay everybody does that dot-dot. They were running a special buy six donuts get six afraid so needless to say I walked out with 12 amazing donuts 🍩🍩🍩🍩 it was my first time there & definitely NOT my last ... the Donuts also were super fresh and SO SO DELICIOUS!!!

I am not sure whats exactly the time frame to get good doughnut here! I went around evening and I got hardened doughnut after driving for 45minutes and the doughnuts were not that great! Would might have loved it if it was fresh.

We arrived at 1PM. There were NO MORE DONUTS. This was quite alarming as their business is primarily centered around donuts and closes at 7PM. What on earth will they be selling for the next six hours? The breakfast burrito tasted good, however, the rest of their food was mediocre. Honestly, don’t waste your time or money. Management clearly does not know how to plan ahead or manage. If you don’t plan on making donuts past a certain time, please close early. Find your supreme specialty donuts here! They are incredibly sweet, unique, and decked out with all the bells and whistles. Ive gone here twice and ordered the coffee cake donut both times. If you dont have a huge sweet tooth like me, its a great treat for 2.

I am a bit of a crazy donut connoisseur. These are BOSS. I mean, I would straight up eat Nutella from the jar. But thanks to these guys, I dont have to. They also serve good coffee and breakfast basics. Definitely recommend.

Husband and I went today for the first time. Called our order in and picked it up. Got 6 INCREDIBLY delicious donuts, 2 breakfast sandwiches and 2 coffees. This place is amazing!!! Staff if super nice and attentive. Prices are great considering the high quality of the food and beverages. Coffee is very good as well!! Theres tape on the floor to encourage social distancing. We will be back again and again!! I highly recommend this place!!

Where do I start... This is the place to come if you have a sweet tooth it just want to indulge in a exceptionally tasty gourmet donut. They sell other things as well, including drinks and iced coffee. Because of the variety and exquisiteness of the donuts, it can get expensive based on the amount you want to get (my two boxes of donuts - 12 plus two free) was just over $30, and no, this is not a complaint. You gotta pay to play as they say. Definitely worth it and will return again; sooner than later!

Very highly priced, crazy $3.25 for donuts. Please take diversion to Neils donuts in Middletown, there you get fresh hot high quality donuts 1 dozen for 12$ only, size is also bigger.

Was in this store just a minute ago and had the worst customer service. I was swore and a very nasty attitude under her breath and behind the glass. Glass can block out sound but does not cover the rolled eyes and as I asked her to repeat herself, she mumbled, “I didn’t f* say anything” Two girls, one tall and one short, it was the short one. Could have the best looking donuts, but once there’s rude employers, this puts this under Dunkin for me.

Very large, very creative doughnuts. While this place isnt very large, it certainly packs a punch when it comes to doughnuts. Ive never seen a doughnut like this before. The flavors are varied and most are very filling. Only thing to keep in mind is the cost. Youre going to pay ~$3.50 per doughnut or about $40 for a Crazy Dozen (14 doughnuts). I can also picture this place getting busy in the mornings so plan accordingly.

These donuts are HUGE! It was so hard to choose which ones to try. We ended up sharing a tiramisu and salted caramel pretzel. Both amazing. Bountiful filling that was well balanced with crunch from the toppings. I wanted to try them all! I’ve heard people complain about the price but I thought it was reasonable and comparable to other craft donut shops. Paid about $6 for 2 massive pastries. They are open pretty late too which can be dangerous after a couple drinks around West Hartford.

Go to Neils for a good donut. The two we had here were garbage. French toast and some wacky chocolate one. They were stale and tasted worse then a day old dunkin donut. That was the product. The experience at the register was less. The tall girl at the register said hi and soon as my wife started to talk and order, the counter girls boyfriend came from the back with food and they started to have a conversation. The girl literally ignored my wife for 45 seconds. Then the girl turns back to my wife and says hi again. The donuts are garbage and the girl who helped us was rude. We will never return.

We had a shoot in West Hartford today so I thought I would pick up some donuts for the crew, but I didnt want the traditional ones we usually get from the other guys. I remembered that I saw the Donut Crazy store when I passed by so I decided to stop in and shop here.When I walked in, I noticed a few things - first the place had seating and it appeared to be very clean. The display case was jammed with product.Another thing I noticed is that there was a group of staff members at the counter and they greeted me right away and quickly and cheerily took my order.A dozen donuts is not cheap, about 24.00 for the dailys but if you purchase a dozen - they will give you two free.As for the donuts themselves my crew loved them so they were a hit.Overall a very good experience, I will stop by again!Being a photography team, we had some fun taking photos of the donuts so we have included a couple!

Donuts were obviously delicious, but the breakfast burrito and loaded tots were a delicious addition to our Sunday morning. I had the french toast and cinnamon donuts, but 100% of them looked amazing.

Excellent donut place. We visited Donut Crazy while visiting family in the area for the holidays. Immediately, when you walk in you are struck by the vast selection of gourmet and creative donuts. We ordered the Bowl O’Cereal, Coffee Cake, Samora, Birthday Cake and French Toast donuts. They were packed full of flavor and it seemed each weighed about 5 lbs. We would definitely come back but on an empty stomach. The donuts were excellent, the staff was extremely nice and the pricing was good. We would come back.

Wow!First off let me say the donuts are beautiful and are huge!! We split two donuts and were actually quite full from them! We tried a salted caramel pretzel along with a tiramisu donut, both were filled, and both were very flavorful! Will definitely be back!

Terrible, I heard great things but my experience was not. Took the family on a 40 minute ride there to find 3 donuts and a scone. This is on a Saturday night at 5pm... Talk about piss poor management. And not to mention they had 3 staff members on the counter. How is this place remaining open?

My coworker and I order from here 3x a week. We love it but they never read the special instructions. We ask for over easy eggs and it never comes and when we pay for bacon on our tater tots most of the time it comes without. Food is delicious but it would be even better if we got what we asked.

Great little shop to try if you never been to a gourmet donut shop. I especially love that they have the same great taste compared to the larger gourmet donut chains but the donuts are huge so its well worth the money. I just tried to go to Donut Crazy on my way to work only to find that they do not serve donuts on Mondays. I havent been able to find any reference to this on their website or any social media platforms so I thought I would leave it in a review.When they do have donuts they are amazing (5 stars), but it is quite frustrating to go to a donut shop that doesnt have donuts...

Positives:Let’s get this out of the way before getting to the real reason for the review. Donuts were pretty good. The muddy buddy donut was really nice. The rest of the donuts were fine. Coffees were fine, nothing spectacular.Negatives:Now for the meat and potatoes. We ordered egg and cheese wraps with jack cheese, thinking it was pepper jack. When we placed the order on the phone, we said pepper jack and no correction was made. The website just says “jack” cheese as one of the options. We bit into it and immediately our mouths were on FIRE!! Now, you are probably thinking, these people can’t handle their spice, but my wife and I both grew up eating spicy food and can handle our spice just fine. We attempted to remove it from the wrap but it was melted in. The wraps were to the point of being inedible and extremely uncomfortable. We then called the restaurant and learned that “jack” actually meant “ghost pepper jack”! Nowhere on the online menu did it state that. This is incredibly misleading for consumers. Buyer beware!

I come here weekly. Irene has created an amazing atmosphere unlike most coffee shops. Their breakfast sandwiches are INCREDIBLE (my personal favorite is the Barnyard on a hard roll). And their coffee set up is unmatched. Highly recommend!

I was so excited to stop at Donut Crazy but when I get my order I was more than disappointed. They got my avocado toast order wrong I asked for bacon it didn’t have any and the bread was not even toasted. My brothers BLT barely had any bacon! Not to mention it was 1pm and they didn’t have any more glazed donuts and I waited 25 minutes to get this avocado toasts and BLT! Thankfully the canoli donut is delicious as expected.

Honestly not a big fan, the donuts are just your generic donuts. and theyre other food is also a bit plain. I gave this three stars cause of their amazing customer service & unique flavors.

If you’re looking for specialized donuts (especially decadent options), this is a fantastic option. The selection is excellent and they serve other food options as well (breakfast sandwiches and more). As others have mentioned, the prices are a little high, but the donuts are also really big and filling. Although I don’t think this should be an every day stop, it’s a perfect idea for a special treat or picking up something a little fancy to impress coworkers or guests.I do wish there was an option for a small cardboard box (or paper bag) for single donuts instead of the plastic boxes they come in. It seems like a simple switch for a more environmentally friendly packaging. I also was a little disappointed in their nitro cold brew. It was overly concentrated and didn’t have the usual smoothness of nitro cold brew.

Great place to get a donut that is tasty and unusual. If you are a diabetic stay away! I love sweets but sometimes these are two sweet and can only eat half a donut instead of one. Hot chocolate is also delicious.

I woke up at 5:30 to get to this place when it supposedly opens at 6:00 according to their website but on the door it says it opens at 7:00, and the guy inside wouldn’t let me in. I don’t care if your donuts are any good if you completely screw up my morning. If I were the owner I would make sure my website and google have the right opening times.

Heard about this place for a long time on the radio finally stopped in man Im so glad i did was so delicious.

Stopped in for the first time today. The shop is small, but clean and looks good. Was greeted right away by friendly staff who was patient while I looked over the menu. Service was quick (my sandwich was ready in about five minutes), and the food was amazing. I had a donut and the El Niño sandwich, and they were both amazing!

Such a unique variety of doughs and my mocha latte was perfect.

They are delicious donuts excellent service and it is for the first time that I am going to buy and I will go back to buy I congratulate you, thank you and soon I will come for more

Brought my granddaughter again. They are the most unusual donuts. They are great to bring to any party. Cutting in quarters is fabulous so that you can try a couple of different kinds.

Say goodbye to dunkin donuts. The donuts here are amazing and youll never want a donut from anywhere else.Make sure to check out their seasonal donuts but always make sure to get the cereal donut.I bought 25 of them in place of a birthday cake and it was the best donut filled week of my life.

Maple bacon always hits the spot

Not the greatest but appreciate the variety of flavors. I have tried about 10 different flavors and the only one I liked is the Coco Loco. It was a waste of my money, because they are a little pricey but I liked the idea of trying new flavors. They are big enough to share. I also tried the Crazy Tots with bacon and those were delicious; nice an crunchy on the outside.

The donuts were amazing. I would give this higher rating and actually want to give it a 3 and 1/2 rating since I been to the store in New Haven before also. There was no parking in the area and you must pay for parking. I had to walk up about 2 blocks to park. There is some seats inside but it doesnt really accommodate for a huge amount of people understandably. The service was just ok. There was only 1 person at the time we went and she was helpful . I received a totally different vibe from the staff in New Haven. They went out there way to great me and walked me through most of the donuts they had on deck. This rating of a 4 is based on the amazing donuts. If you get a chance to go try it you wont be sorry. They only real issue is I couldnt order just 1 and they can be pricey. I feel for some reason the other store they were cheaper prices but I am not sure.
