Friday 10/29/21. Around 5 pm. There was only one barista. The girl with multi colored hair. We picked up 2 drinks. One decaf caramel macchiato and one small sweet vanilla cold brew. Both were terrible, one was just milk with caramel even she didn’t even out caramel drizzle on top. Just a glob at the bottom. The other one had no foam on top. $10 for both drinks. I should have turned around and returned them but my 13 year old asked me not to complain. $10 down the drain. Never from this location again. I understand there is labor shortage but you cannot just leave anyone to tend your business

Go to the one in Bishop’s corner instead of this one if you can!!! 20-25 minutes here for one drink that was done by mobile order! Plus parking is a pain but that’s not really Starbucks fault, that’s the whole area. Bishop’s corner has it’s own lot and has my drink ready when I arrive at the estimated pick up time. I know that this location is very popular and gets super busy, but Bishop’s corner is only 2-3 min further for me and much less stressful!

I asked for light ice like a usually do on all my drinks. If its busy and they miss it Im usually cool with it. But for them to not be busy and give me a cup of ice with my 3 sips of drink its unacceptable. I didnt notice how much ice I had in my drink until after I was half done. Thats when I realized that I had a cup of ice with barely any drink in it. Kinda disappointing when you paying 6 dollars a drink and all you get is ice.

Rude manager who didn’t know how to talk to customers. Also was rude to her employees. They all look scared of her. She gave attitude to us and 2 other customers who also complained about her. She was wearing a cap and her name is Erin. Never going to this Starbucks again .

Quick and helpful service but sometimes the same drink will be made inconsistently depending on who makes it

Good Quality SB Coffee.The store is nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and efficient. Scored a 10 cent discount using my reusable cup. Parking is tight and pricey. Bring quarters since the meters are card challenged.

This location needs a complete staff change. Baristas. Manager . District Manager. Regional Director. Incompetent. Unprofessional. Kevin Johnson would be appalled.

WeHa,LaSalle my FAV Starbucks for yrs..Even though some of Favs have left..1 of my old favs Brian still there&hes Cool..The new baristas are Cool..Its nice when they Greet you as you enter&when they remember your name..I enjoyed sitting in Starbucks before pandemic😷Dont forget to Tip them..

My daughter spilt my coffee within 10 min of having it made and the man working there that day without questions asked, made me a brand new coffee right away, excellent customer service!

Worst customer service... staff was really rude, only people that did a good job where the ones making the food. Other than that the staff talks to you like you’re dumb....

This Starbucks is in a nice rustic strip with a great location for people watching. Staff was friendly and the service was decent. They were pretty busy so it took a bit to get our drinks. Our coffee was made very well. We ordered a flat white and a Cafe mocha. I would go here again when in the area.

Pleasant experience crew was polite and drinks didnt take too long and they tasted really good!

I WILL NEVER GO BACK. Found circle like pasta floaters in the 2nd half of my $6 latte which ended up being part of a sprinkle topping mix? It was gross and thought it was something foreign by the time I got down to 1/4 full. So I brought it up to the workers. (hence the topping explanation). Needless to say half of my cold latte was torture and I couldn’t even finish it. So they decided charging me $5 was a fair solution for a new one without the gross chunks floating in it. The implication was I wanted a free latte.?! So frustrating what a joke. And the manager “Erin” says I don’t see any problem as they continued being semantic spelling out names if I wanted to complain. I DELETED the Starbucks app. That level of customer service gets 0 STARS and loss of customer. Get a new manager who understands making a customer happy one time KEEPS a life long customer.

I give the Starbucks located at 21 LaSalle Rd, West Hartford, CT 06107 FIVE STARS. Now this is a great Starbucks in west Hartford. The staff here is great and they sure are quick coffee makers. Placed my order and right away I hear my name. Thanks. 5️⃣ ⭐ 👂 ☕ will return soon.

Very nice staff and quick service while busy.

The baristas took a long time to get us our orders despite there not being many other customers. I also had to basically walk them through making my order (tea with almond milk, not a difficult drink).

This is place always happening. Everything from business meetings, people doing homework, dates, and just relaxing. The staff here is energetic and always attentive to whatever specific order you want to throw at them. They recently got rid of their clover machine, but now they have cold brew on tap

Why come here when there are local coffee shops right around the corner!? Try Cafe Sofia or Hartford Baking Co instead. You wont be disappointed. Not to mention the obscene amount of plastic! Remember to bring your own reusable travel mug wherever you choose to get your caffeine fix.

It’s closed all the time

I find it a little more difficult to get to the location due to parking. Ive come in varying times and I can usually find a place to work fairly easily. Plenty of outlets for laptop studying/working. Staff was helpful with recommendations and more information.

This is definitely the nicest Starbucks in the area. I go here in the morning frequently on the way to work and it does get busy but the crew always handles it really well.

Stopped in for a cup of hot tea after shopping the other night. The friendly barrista introduced me to a new minty flavor - Jade Green. Cozy atmosphere made for a relaxing, welcome break. This store can be very busy and crowded during peak hours.

Place was great, only issue is after school kids are running around wild here with no supervision

Average coffee shop. Very busy location. Staff seem used to it being so busy and handle it well. Seems like one that mostly gets its regular customers, because the other customers looked at me like whos that stranger. While my fellow patrons werent friendly, the folks who work there were very nice.

This is my local Starbucks. Ive never had a poor experience but I also dont typically spend too much time in the store. Im usually in and out. Its a very busy location but generally speaking they do a good job keeping up with orders. One star deduction because there have been a couple times where the wait was quite long.

This particular Starbucks is so slow during busy times. Expect to wait for your coffee if you order in advance or mobile order. Coffee is better (although wait is just as long at Hartford baking company around the corner.

Great service. Professional employees. Plenty of electrical outlets. Somewhat cramped. Can sometimes get dirty because of customer traffic. (e.g.floors and tables).

A good Starbucks in a busy area. The store is spacious though seating is limited.

I love the location but def needs a little more heat. Its always so cold in there. And the baristas have no control over the temperature settings.

Above average starbucks. Quick, friendly, and bustling. Baristas must watch Cheers cuz everyone knows your name. Only small issue is not enough sitting space but honestly who would care.

Its a Starbucks! Weve all been to one. This one however has an awful location. Dont come to West Hartford only to grab coffee at this location, because youll spend more time finding a parking spot (then paying for that spot, minimum $1.50) than you will spend actually enjoying the drink of your choice.

Good location but they patrol constantly for parking violations outside. Pay for your parking!

Got served by a very rude barista named Jessica. She kept making faces and showing she was tired of working. I asked her to make my drink extra hot and she complained about having to do this. I am sure other baristas there are better but tonight the service I received was awful!
