They follow people around and make good customers feel like criminals! Have some more discretion?

Lovely store lovely people!

DO NOT RISK YOUR HEALTY! I have literally been begging this incompitent pharmacy to file a life saving medication. Excuses, incorrect prescription filled, insurance issues due to their incompetence. My physician called to assist me with this incompetent pharmacy staff, still I am waiting. I spoke to the store manager a rude young woman whos solution was I should go to another Walgreens. Her exact statement to me “If I were you and I had so many issues here I would go someplace else”

2 weeks ago I went to this place for taking a picture and print. they have a banner as Photo center but not even having a studio room, they took our picture in side wall (with dim lights) and not even used good camera. worst in photos printing. do not select this place for photos & prints.

I had called telephone service spoke with a representative who stated that Walgreens was selling 3 24 packs of water for $10.00 plus bottle deposit. When I went to Walgreens on Farmington and Prospect Avenues in West Hartford they refused to honor what was told to me.

Efficient, helpful, and friendly.

Generally unreliable. I’m on auto refills which periodically fail to renew (paperwork issue,etc). They never take the initiative to call me with a timely heads up. They also close for 30 min at 1:30 PM. BUT, sometimes it’s at 1:26 or 1:27.

Clean location. Friendly staff. Quick to fill prescription.

Rude pharmacy staff that frequently made mistakes with my prescription.

I like Walgreens because you get points when you use your balance rewards card and their brands are nice by Walgreens and most of the Rite-Aid stores are now Walgreens.
