Nothing but good things to say about these guys. I needed a new chair for my work from home set-up and they happened to have THE chair I wanted in stock (Herman Miller Aeron). They were super quick and helpful, let me look at several different options and test all the features to make sure it was all in working order, then they cleaned the chair for me and loaded it into my car. (Which was great because the base is metal and it is wicked heavy.)Highly recommend buying from these guys, and will definitely be back if I need any more office furniture!
Im not sure how I heard of this company...but Im so glad I did.Creighton and all of his staff are extremely helpful and professional.The selection of office furniture they had was more than I expected and they get new furniture in all the time. The pricing was fair and Creighton goes out of his way to accomodate your needs. I will definitely be back and would highly recommend.
Although I have never done business with Brown Office Solutions, I have dealt with the owner and his obvious commitment to quality customer service makes me want to disassemble the furniture I did buy elsewhere and return it just to be able to buy from BOS. He followed through on an email request for info, and even a few days later followed up again when an item became available that he thought would suit my need. I will definitely make them my first stop the next time Im in the market for office furniture.
