I had a huge event and needed help with marketing my brand, I was told Staple is the place to go. I get there and ask for assistance, and they walked me through every step. They help me create my logo, create sticker logos, and two poster. Im so pleased with The marketing section at staples. They work so hard, I watched them juggle helping me, customers walking in, through email, and over the phone. Great Job guys!

I went to pick up my order on a Monday afternoon via curbside pickup (I had my 8 months old baby in the car sleeping), on the phone for 6 mins someone picked up but it was from a customer service then he transferred me to the print department waited another 5 mins NO ONE PICKED UP THE PHONE!!! So then I had to carry my baby inside woke him up from his nap, then I walked in while the phone is ringing in my hand and there are 2 people in that department with NO customers of course and I said you dont wanna pick up that phone? Like seriously?!?! Then I said hi pick up? Then the lady said FOR? Is that how you respond to your customer? Instead of ok whats your last name or your order number? What is the point of a curbside pickup? I would normally dont do curbside but it was necessary because I didnt wanna wake up a sleeping baby. Very poor customer service....done with Staples...but who cares right? The management team isnt gonna read this anyway. But I hope someone from the corporate does.

The employees that I dealt with unfortunately were incompetent and somehow the account got charged twice for the same item and got charged twice for the same protection plan when we were told specifically that it would not go through the second time, but now our bank account is closed due to fraud. The day after the purchase we also saw that we were charged a third time for a protection plan without our consent. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS LOCATION. Go to Best Buy or somewhere else.

Had the ink I needed. Short line because of the pandemic and no recycling whi h is understandable. Really friendly cashier this time.

After stopping in to pick up items for a health fair to display on my vendor table, I realized there were several items I had forgotten at home. The Asst Manager was creative in problem solving, offered great ideas, and was integral in helping me have a professional looking set up. Thank you Paul for all your help in making this easy!!

This is the most helpful Staples store around... Im very happy with their customer service and their selection. I had two rewards coupons that were expired by over a month... and one of the managers gave an override for me to use them. This saved me $10. Woohoo! Later in the week, my wife went in for a tech issue with our work printer, and the same manager, along with a tech staff member, provided great assistance and help. We highly recommend the West Hartford Staples!

Good spot for office supplies. Bonus...if you have some things that need shredding you can bring 1 to 2 pounds of paper there as often as every day and drop it into their shredding bins at no charge.

They have a wide variety of school, office, shipping and moving supplies. Employees are helpful. We can always find what we need when we stop here

Went in to ask about a broken iPhone screen repair. My phone was completely shattered and not only did they do an excellent job but they did it on the spot and for cheaper. My phone looks and feels like a brand new, out-of-the box one.Josh helped us and we were amazed how knowledgable he is.Totally recommend this place fot this kind of service and I hear they do any computer repairs as well...

Its a hell of a lot better than the one in Glastonbury, Connecticut. These people actually treat you like a customer and arent obsessed with phone sales. They also dont lie like in Glastonbury

We just used the Staples copy center in West Hartford to print all of our Wedding programs, menus, etc. They were absolutely fantastic, incredibly easy to work with, and extremely accommodating throughout the entire process. I would absolutely use them again and plan to use them for all of my copy needs in the future.

I found a computer monitor on my phone that I wanted. The staples website says there is one available at this store. I walked in, was greeted by an employee, and told him that Im looking to buy a new monitor.He walks me over to the section, and says he will get an employee from that department to assist me. I look at their display area and dont find the one im looking for. 10 minutes go by, and nobody shows up. I get in line for the register, and show the cashier the open site on my phone, and ask her to please bring and ring up the monitor.She shows the phone to an assistant manager. The manager takes a look, and right away starts apologising ...and saying that when the website says theres only one left, its referring to the display model, and they cant sell that one. She then offers to order one for me. When I let her know that I can order it myself no problem, she says she can have the shipping waived.I then say ok, but first let me look at this alleged display model, to see if I even want it. Keep in mind, at this point Im almost entirely certain they dont have it on display. She spends a minute or two looking for it, and then says shes gonna check in the back room. Lo and behold, she comes out 5 minutes later holding the monitor, still sealed in its box.I am giving them 4 stars because in spite of their confusion, they were all very polite, courteous and professional. And ultimately I was able to get what I was looking for, even though it took a little longer than I was expecting.

Pretty much a go-to place for work. Can be expensive at times but by using price match saves you time going to cheaper stores like Wal-Mart

I was able to price match a toner cartridge and save almost $30. The bad part was it was the staples website that was the lower price.
