The staff was very friendly and tried to help as much as possible. The store is nicely set up and clean to however they can’t do anything but set up new phone, tv, or Internet accounts. And sell high price merchandise. They are selling products to high ex. I looked at a pop socket and it was 20.00 plus taxes. Well I can get the same thing at Walmart for less than 10.00. We left the store with the same issues we walked in with. Nothing was fixed and we bought nothing. So I have to resort to calling and talking to someone over the phone for two hours, that may or may not speak English. So as we leave I’m asking myself what do we even have a AT&T store for anyway if they can’t help with any issues??

I had a very good experience yesterday at the at@t store here in Helena. Lacey was great. She worked with me forever and figured out my problem. My bone to pick is with at@t, not Laceys fault. Your ad on TV says new and current customers get deals. At@t speaks with forked tongue. I had to buy a new 5G phone because my 4G was no longer supported. I got NO deal. Nothing off and I asked. You need to stop running that ad. Its not true. I have been with at@t for MANY YEARS. Go figure.

Lacy was very helpful when we came in to add a line and buy a new phone! She gave us all the information we needed and answered every question thoroughly. She is very friendly. We are even coming back tomorrow to get my husband a new phone and asked if she would be around to help us again. Phenomenal customer service.

On Saturday August 1st, I made a visit to my local AT&T store to start service. Upon arrival, the 2 young ladies that were working were busy. I sat and waited for them to finish up with their customers, and a man came from the back. I’m assuming he’s the manager. I also assumed he would help assist customers being that they were so busy, but he just walked back to the back of the store. I decided to leave and return later. I returned about 5:00 in the evening and the door to the store was locked, but the time on the door said they closed at 7. I left and returned an hour later, still no luck. I decided to take my business to cricket due to the bad experience

I visited the store to change my services to a prepaid plan. Mind you I have been a loyal customer of ATT before it was even ATT, back in the SBC days. Loyal customer of wireless service since 2003. Jessica was so patient and professional with me it took us 3 visits and approximately 12 hours to finally complete the transfer without having to relinquish my existing number. Would and have referred several customers to visit the store and Jessica can take care of their needs. Kudos to JESSICA

Never have a problem with the customer service there. Just try to get there before 5pm and not around lunchtime it gets busy.

Today, I was spoken to in a rather clipped and hurried tone of voice as though I was calling at an inconveinant time. I wanted to by a Samsung Galaxy Note 5, or 7FE cash., She first snapped at me and said that she couldnt hear me. I repeated myself using more articulation and speaking slower, but this time she snapped back that they didnt ANY Notes... and hung up before I even ask about purchasing a samsungSamsung Galaxy Edge .

Very friendly staff, but the customer rep was on hold trying to get us a hot spot ordered for 1:30! We finally gave up and left. This is a to ugh review to m and. The store would get a 5, but AT&T gets a -1! I chose the middle ground review...

Staff in the store doesnt have ability to be as flexible as corporate. Can do better on phone.
