This place has gone downhill since getting new owners their prices are ridiculous. And on top of that it’s cheap products your better off buying the items online and having someone else put it in for you. I will never deal with them again.. They do not stand behind the products they sell.. Only reason there’s one star is because they won’t let you leave a review without at least one star..

Since the new owners, this store has went way down. I paid to have mine and my wife’s phone repaired and I’ve had nothing but problems. I had someone else check the work and found “Sam’s” didn’t even reassemble the phone correctly. When we took the screen off two screws fell out and multiple parts were left out. Not to mention they were way over priced. They won’t even correct there mistakes.

The inventory is medium but the employee has a great attitude that counts for alot these days
