Bought a nice outfit for our daughters first birthday. The employee was very nice and let us shop without appointment.

I live in San Diego and there is nothing in the area like this amazing baby boutique!!! It has the best of everything from clothes to custom furniture! My kids are all grown up, so I only get to shop for gifts for friends. While I know I can shop on line, I prefer the experience in the store. So I actually make special trips just to shop here! The selection is amazing, the staff is helpful and they even help assemble beautiful gift baskets! If you are looking for a special gift or have a baby on the way, you HAVE to try this store!!!

I found designer clothes for my cousins kids. I couldnt find them anywhere else in L.A. except here.

Great experience and Rick was a huge help in getting our stroller and car seat. Kept us posted every week on the order status, too!

This store has a nice high end selection and the staff are usually pretty nice. Its pricey though, and I have heard horror stories from people who have special ordered furniture from them. Stick to the clothes and toys.

I will shop here again for my children and for gift giving.

They made unfulfilled promises for nearly three months about the availability of a stroller.My wife settled on a stroller, the Stokke Xplory, when she was 7 months pregnant. Bel Bambini is an exceptionally cute boutique with high quality products, so we ordered it from there. They did not have the stroller in stock but promised it would be in within a week.The salesman, Jorge, was pushy about pre-paying for it. We declined. A week later he said there was an ordering problem and gave us another date. We called on that date and still no stroller. My wife was set on that stroller, so we decided to wait for it. We knew it would cut close, but thats ok. We still had time before the baby was born.Our baby is now almost 2 weeks old. Still no stroller. We get a call today with a message from Jorge telling us there is good news. Great, well be able to come down and pick it up, right!? No, good news is that they are now offering a free bassinet in addition on the stroller, but we have to wait another 6 days for it to be in stock!I dont believe their inventory is so mismanaged as to take nearly 3 months to order a popular and generally available stroller. I suspect that they just didnt hold it for us as promised and sold our strollers as they came in.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE, DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! All employees are irresponsible and will not follow up on your orders. Long story short, after almost 6 months Im still trying to get my money back ($954.84) for a car seat I had ordered but never received. Every week I called to ask the status of my order they would tell me its coming next week. That excuse went on for about 6 weeks. After waiting so long I shopped around and found the car seat at Kidsland.At that point bel bambini would only issue store credit and refused to refund the money. Since then I filed a dispute with my bank who failed to get my money back. Now I have been trying to get in contact with Kristina the store owner to refund the money but Jorge(the store manager) keeps telling me shes out of town with no access to email or phone, since november of last year!! Im also trying to reach Kristinas sister Loan who I hear manages the Costa Mesa store, still no luck reaching her. I have filed a complaint with the BBB, hopefully this gets their attention.I just hope Kristina or her sister read the reviews to make them aware of the poor customer service their staff provides. I just wish I had read the reviews before setting a foot in this store.

Stay away from this store its terrible! The customer service is awful. Waited over 7 weeks for my order to arrive. My original order was for a black leather baby bag. When it never showed up I called and found out that the black bag was not even in stock!!. So I went a head and told them to send me the brown one which was in stock. After two week still no bag. Ill called to see what the status was. They said it would be sent out that week. Still no bag!!! After several calls the bag was finally delivered weeks later. along with a free gift which was a pacifier that looks like it has been in the stock rooms for years!!! Dont shop here period

Ozzy or AZY and the owner Christine lin are both Scam artist .They sold my baby Crib to another couple and they told us your Crib was damage during the Feb Rain LOL .And now they dont want give my full payment back saying you have to buy another crib from us These guys are the worst in business, pay high rent can not deliver and top of that pressure people .If you are expecting baby Do not shop from these guys .

A shop selling childrens accessories went to them and they had discounts of up to 60% as if they renew the shop I do not know generally visit them Mint Khosran Shi
