Definitely feel like they scam people out of money. And also they have the most terrible employees I’ve seen. Which usually they only provide good service for those in designer brand names !! Which be the same people who won’t even buy a shirt. Just make others wait in line longer.

With about one hour until the store closed and only like 12 people in line the security guard wouldnt let us get in line. How about you keep your doors open until the posted time and if we get in we get in. Great job on any type of customer service. We had money to spend...we will happily spend it elsewhere. So sorry your security guard dictates your income.

Showed up at 5:30 when the store closes at 6. Security guard told me that the two people already waiting in line would be the last to go in. I explained I was traveling from out of state and he made me show him my ID before “allowing” me to wait to go in the store. He literally recommended I go to the New York store instead. After I got in there, he let about 20 more people in. No idea what’s up with that, but it seems the security guard decides whether or not you’re worthy of spending your money based on the way you look.They had lots of pieces from drops that had sold out online which was the only redeeming part of the experience.Customer service was obscenely slow.

I was here on the first day and second day it opened. Bape G-Wagon cars outside the store for a few days it was dope to take pictures and just to see something new. There was a big line for the first few days because it was grand opening and all the people in LA were excited for this event. Lots of dope stuff inside as well. Prices are much higher than Japan because it is imported from Japan of course. Can never go wrong with Bape. Quality over Quantity. Best day i had there. Workers were dope. Traveled 2 and a half hours to this store . I knew what I wanted but waited a hour in line behind two customers whose cards were being rejected . Stood waiting for card after card rejection . There was only one register working and only four are five customer allowed in at a time . Customer service was very frustrating. Shouldn’t it be easier to spend your money really is it necessary to wait like that . The stars are for the merchandise, I’ll never go back to the store if I can’t get it online then I’m out. I not buying resale either. I quit .

Went into to the store, no wait at the door (It was 3 PM on a Sunday), large selection of clothing, employees were helpful with all the questions. They had a deal going on where you could get a custom sticker with purchases over $199 which was cool. Recommend this store to all hype-beasts and people just chillin with over $150 in their pocket just waiting to spend it. The only bad part of going to this store and the others around it is that there’s barely any parking, you can find some eventually though. Overall really like the store and the experience and I rate it a 5/5.

I came here on a Saturday at 12:00 no wait, and a large selection of clothes. Came out of the store buying two tees and feel in love with them. Would recommend this store to anyone!

First time visiting this store and it was very nice and straight forward. It has a nice selection of clothing & accessories. The staff is very attentive as well. Only down side is the store is a bit small, wish they had some more space. Definetly will be back to this location soon.

I bought 2 pieces there last week and payed them with card, now a week later they charged the same amount of money on the card AGAIN, so first of all I payed double of the price I should and second; the only way that this is possible is that they saved the data of my card.I am really mad, these are actually some criminal activities. Definitely trying to get my money back but anyway i’m definitely never coming back!

You have to be careful the people behind the cash register want to deduct you, it was deducted by 80 dollars today and i didnt find a receipt in my bag nice so that i cant prove anything if i came back to complain, i wouldnt recommend this store to anyone the stuff is good but the people suck !!

Visited this store 07/20/19 and was disgusted at how slow the service is. The guy getting my shirt was fine but the cashiers take their sweet time. If im spending a lot of money, I expect good service. I would never recommend this store to anyone. Go somewhere else. These people dont deserve your money!

Cool store to cop some nice (but pricey) Bape gear. Ive taken my son here a couple times when visiting soCal. Its about 1.5 miles from the Supreme and other kick stores on Melrose/Fairfax.

Stood in line hours for a ticket that was drawn by a worker. It had the check but he looked at & put it back in - as if I did not see it. Then, he shook the bag & gave me a blank one! No worries because you wont get one of my hard-earned penny - I dont beg people to take my money! Just know that was not cool & I have been an avid Addias fan for decades so I was trying a new style! Im good because I value good customer service!

First time in a Bape store, been a fan of the clothing line since 2005. Usually order all of my products offline but it was nice actually shopping inside the store.

I dont want to sound racist but the while I was waiting in line for the release of new product and I was the next one to go in store, the big black security guard allows this black guy who was standing behind me the whole time went in first. And when I confront him about it he say he didnt know what I was taking about.. Wtf

There was NO line to wait on the day I went on 6/21/18. And there was not any people some people went in and it was all fine but me and my brother and my family went inside and my brother and me LOVED it I ended but buying a t shirt, a phone case and a pair of socks, and I got them for a decent price. If you live in los angles you should go there.

We had a good time shopping here, yes there is a line and yes there is security BUT they are 100000x nicer than supreme guards. Anyways !! Prepare to drop some $$$ line moves pretty quick, they have all sizes for kids which that’s why we went for . Everyone working here is nice and very helpful . They have amazing pieces that you might not find anywhere . Oh yes parking is not that easy, you will be driving around some time until you find something .

Called about a question I had on the odd sizing of kids clothing. Man picked up the phone and didnt even speak English and hung up on me when I asked him, Hi, I have a question about the sizing on kids clothing and he said, You are messing with me and hung up. Very rude workers and but clothing is cool. Wish I could give no stars.

I didnt have to wait in line, which was nice because it was hot that day, the pieces here are more expensive than the products from the Japan store because it is imported directly from Japan. The workers are very nice and are there to help you if you need it. I ended up buying a shirt and i was very happy with the experience.

Great store and well stocked with all of the good stuff from BAPE. Very strange not being allowed to try on anything before you buy it though making a quite expensive purchase a bit of a lottery given these are Japanese sized.

It was by appointment only and me and wife were in town from far east so I didnt know but I emailed the number on the door and 12o clock didnt show and the selection of merchandise was everything I couldnt find online.

The security guard let people in very slowly, but that is one way to hype up the new store. The guys inside that helped me and ringed up my stuff we’re very nice. Also big variety of different pieces.

The girl that works in the store is just rude, the whole store is so unorganized and the staff have zero communication skills. Love the brand but dislike the service so much it puts me off buying. It wasnt busy and the staff just couldnt be bothered to help.

It was amazing I bought a fire peice, service was great, the employees were nice and had a great selection.

Went today for the antisocial social club colab and their incompetent staff conveniently misplaced my hodded sweatshirt. I stood in line was number 88 in the raffle and when I go to pay they can not locate my sweatshirt. This was for my 13 year old son. Spoke with the manager who stated he couldnt do anything for me. Horrible service and my son was let down. My son and I love their clothing but I was let down today. They made it seem like I was attempting to lie to them. I explained to the manager that as a local law enforcement officer I was not trying to lie and I knew exactly what I was supposed to have in my bag as his sales person had the items in his hand before giving me a number associated with my purchase. Just horrible service and my 13 year old was let down.

I thought that the security gaurd was very nice and the clothing was pretty dope but everyone else working there was not very kind and I would think that if I am going to go spend 100 dollars on a t-shirt I would get a little better of service.

People say that the workers aren’t as kind as the security guards but i say no no, if you show up with a full bape outfit the will be kind, ok lets get serious amazing clothing but tax adds a huge amount of money to the clothing you are buying which is not a problem to me, many varieties of clothing, weekly drops and so on.

I purchased a size M, didnt leave the counter when I realized I didnt try it on. Tried it on in the store and needed a L.. They did not exchange it.. Unbelievable..

Staff opens up a bit when they sense you’re serious about purchasing. Almost like they can spot real fans over Hypebeasts too lol. They even threw in some extra goods when I told them it was my first time in the store and was traveling.

Staff was completely disorganized for the raffle to enter the store to purchase bape/adidas collaboration. the raffle was supposed to start at 830am today and end at 930am. While the line was still long at 9am, the staff was still printing out numbers. One staff member even said they ran out of ink for the printers to print the numbers. The raffle actually started at 10:05 am. You would think that the raffle situation for doling out numbers would be at least prepared the night before. Instead, the staff was struggling to print out numbers for the raffle while people were waiting in line under very hot intense sun. The staff at Bape should have passed out water to people waiting in line.

Stopped by this location yesterday on a Sunday with my gf and upon arrival parking is limited but I got lucky and found a meter spot right in front of the store. Line was a bit long but not to bad they have a security guard guarding the front door letting people in a few at a time but hes cool nice guy. Entered the store within 5-7 minutes and immediately dashed towards the hoodies and sweats also trying to make sure my girl found what she wanted as well. Justin the store associate was a great help assisting me with sizing and allowing me to try on the items I was interested in. Long story short I purchased 2 hoodies for myself a pair of matching sweats and my girl got a crew neck hoodie she liked as well so my total out pocket cost was about $1500 a little pricey but Bapes quality and design of there clothing is pretty dope nothing wrong with treating yourself. I will definitely be back to stock up on my Bathing Ape apparel thanks guys keep up the good work!RjLA
