During covid-19, they take reservations online! I made an appointment on Monday and thankfully, there was barely any wait time. Masks & appointments are mandatory! Jay helped us out today and was really helpful during our visit.

Terrible. Called to say I would be late for my appointment and drove 4 hours. Now they are saying I can’t get it because I was a bit late. Never come here they waste your time and are arrogant. You would think wanting to spend 7k plus on your first visit they would be accommodating.

Went to get a pendant and ring. Great selection and the sales associate who showed us many items was friendly and patient.They are currently only allowing customers by appointment only due to Covid, which gave us a sense of safety inside the store.We are definitely going back for more.

I DROVE 4hrs + just to be told I cant come in & shop, b/c I didnt have an appointment, but I told them Im only in town for the night, the lady was like oh well we cant help you. I went to the Malibu store instead, sales guy wasnt all that friendly, but I purchased A shirt anyway, wasnt allowed to try on, so I couldnt buy what I really wanted, just settled for A shirt, b/c I drove so far.

Nice store, terrible staffEveryone here was so rude and acted like they wanted nothing to do with us. Not courteous at all either, wouldnt give us a rubber band after spending $2000. One of the doormen and the woman at the front were both super super nice though. They charge way too much for their staff to treat u like a delinquent, extremely unpleasant shopping experience.

Came here after reading all the bad reviews about the poor service. Let me point it out, the salesman Jeremy was super helpful and friendly. He knows and loves what hes doing. The door man/security guy was also polite and friendly. However, I can tell not every staff here are as nice as Jeremy. Some of them do have a subtle sassy attitude, which is hard to describe. Even though youre paying a lot of money, some of them still act like dont want to do anything for you. Dont get me wrong I have been to other luxury stores staffs are not like this. After seeing some other guys at the Cashier desk, I can definitely say I was LUCKY to have Jeremy to help me.

I had an appointment for 3:30 but there was an hour wait to get in. However, there was a lot of shade in their courtyard. Rodney was very patient and helped me pick out a great pair of glasses. Everyone was really nice including all of the security and door people. Some of their stuff is overhyped but their actual hardware pieces are excellent.

The staff was really nice. An employee named Jeremy offered free water. When I couldnt find a big enough chain for my house cactus, an employee whose name is Rick told me about Ben Baller. He does great custom chains that can spin and they got great vape pens. Thanks Jeremy and Rick, you guys made my visit to Chrome Hearts special, I will definitely visit again.

Went back to return something today, caz the size isn’t right to me. The doorman is extremely rude, and even in a discriminatory way I think. The doorman just pointed a spot said wait there with extremely rude tone. Its my second time there and the doorman still acting like that. I dont feel like Im a client at all, and will never come back. Please train your employees first.

Bad shopping experience overall. They are using the surge in popularity of their brand and giving people who are “celebrities” or “long time clients” an unfair advantage to shop with them, while a regular customer is told to wait outside until someone becomes available, and in order to have the pleasure of waiting for what can be an hour or more, you must make an appointment. But I was told by multiple staff members that the appointments are a covid formality; meaning Regardless of when your appointment is, if you do not have an established Relationship with an employee; you will not receive fair treatment in the store and the items you want will be purchased by those who do, who will In turn place the items on sites such as StockX.com to be sold for a 100% markup. Long story short. Time is money. don’t waste either here. If you MUST have chrome Hearts clothing for some strange reason, simply go on StockX or EBay and be prepared to pay double.

We bought a T-shirt and found there was a defect on the T-Shirt when we got back. So we went for an exchange. On the receipt it says we can return or exchange in 10 days. But the manager told us this t shirt was not in a resellable condition so he would not gave us an exchange or turn. He said that that stain was something we got on and they would never make this kind of mistake. We told them it is not possible for us to make such stain and we never wore it at all. And he just leave the T-shirt on the counter said “ whatever, it yours.” My girlfriend told me that he even think the T-shirt was not authentic. I have bought so many Chrome hearts outfit in so many different stores and never seen such ridiculous person. Your people made the mistake and you don’t even have the gut to admit it? And you blame it on the customer? As we require to speak to upper level person, he claimed that he is the highest level and no one we can talk to. I hope before you learn how to do business, learn how to be a man. Shame on this brand.

Entering the store at around 7pm because I heard store can get very busy, I experienced no line or wait time. The doorman got me immediately. The store is impressively big in a very expensive neighborhood. The store is designed like a mansion with big yard and tall door. Chrome Hearts brand name is found on the doorstep of every door.Im more interested in the clothing section than their jewelry, so I come right to the section. The T shirts smells like somebody just go to the gym with them. Smells yuck! Im super sanitized aware, so no. I go to other sections and checked them out. The sales associates follow us every where like escorting you. Felt a little intimidating. No photos inside the store; therefore, its their job to protect the store. Their style is unique as well.The jewelry room with rings and sunglasses is huge. A big table in the middle with a large flower vase which is again impressive. However, the smell of the clothes makes me dont want to buy stuffs in the store. This is not to mention the price of this brand is kind of high for the hype. I do recommend to come here to have a different shopping experience but the store should pay more attention to the smelly clothes.

Bought a ring for friends birthday present. I told them I am buying it for my friend living far away. After my friend got it by fedex, he told me size is too big, and he wanted to change the size. He put it right back in the box and sent it over to me again through the package and I visited the shop again today. AND they said they cannot change the size because there is damage to the ring. ??????? He just put it on once and put it back to the box. It took like 4 days for the delivery to send to him and to get it back and I visited right after I received the ring, so there was no time for him to put it on or drop it on the ground. They insist that there is damage so they cannot change the ring, but we never did anything with the ring. If the damage is true, they must have sold the displayed rings after hearing i am going to send it through delivery to my friend. We literally didnt do anything with the ring and never touched except one time of putting it on to check the size. If the damage is true, they sold the damaged ring or displayed ring which many people would have put on. I heard a lot of cases about shops selling used or damaged products to the customers who live far away or gonna leave somewhere else, and I found out this shop is the one. They were insisting my friend or I did something with the ring, so I asked to see the CCTV of the time when they were packaging the present, but they refused. If you guys are reading it and feeling any of my saying is wrong, contact me. We didnt do anything with the ring. So unfair and you guys dont deserve to sell anything to people. No respect for customers who take a lot of time to visit the shop and to buy your products. Shame on you.

Has been brand as current as Cher, who was their initial cheerleader and gave CH its notoriety in the early 90s. This is when you could only buy CH at the Maxfield store in LA, and Bergdof Goodman in NYC. Good luck now discerning the sterling silver knock offs from Asia from the authentic ones at the CH stores, which are 5 to 10xs the price. After shopping here head over to Lady M, and stand on line for a 1/2 hour like a VIP pedestrian, for a piece of cake with all the other cool rebel wannabe biker types. Show off your new purchase to everyone, if you can get their attention while their faces are all buried in their iPhones and Galaxies. I dumped my pieces 15 years ago when the only thing left that was still exclusive about CH was their prices. R. Stark do something new at least instead of all the same derivative stuff you keep cranking out and selling to the next generation of wannabe status seekers. Oh, but Not your eye glass frames, which are garbage by the way. Licensing out your name, logos and trademarks to some eyeglass manufacturer, puts you in the same mass market company as all the other sell out designers! You laugh your way to the bank, while your customers enjoy their purchases- suckers.
