I waited 30 minutes to come in, but many groups of people who didn’t even purchase items were allowed in. When in the store they didn’t pay attention because I didn’t look rich enough even though I’ve made thousand dollars of palace purchases. They wouldn’t let me try on a t-shirt even though they had a fitting room and at palace in London let’s you try on stuff. Poor customer service and discrimination at its finest.

Love the store. Almost the same design as the ny store. Only problem I have is they only let 4 people in at a time. We waited for 20 mins and only 6 people were ahead of us. But great store

I got up at 7:30am and went to the opening of Palace, Los Angeles. By the time I got there, there were a lot of people waiting already! I was No. 300+, but stayed in the line for almost 8 hours before I went into the shop!! The line moved so slowly like a snail. One day before, Supreme dropped their Swarovski Bogo. There were more than 800 people I believed, but the line moved fast and people were happy. The management of Palace was a bit chaotic. Anyways, after going inside of the shop, the decor was good and the staff was nice and we could hang out there not like Supreme (go get the stuff and get out right away). We had fun there and the drop was really cool. Nice place, hope they drop dope stuff every week.
