A few days ago, I ordered a leather belt through this boutique since my local stores and online website were out of stock on this item. Lund is the store associate who helped me on the phone. She is the most knowledgeable and pleasant sale associate that I’ve ever talked to. She processed my order very fast and I got the shipping notification in a few hours. Stopped in today to check new styles and Bronwyn was there and helped us. She took the time to explain to us the history of the brand Z&V which dates back to France. It was lovely. A nice chat and introduction to the brand, and staff - who was over the top professional. When Im getting styled I want it to be by an expert in custom, exclusive, gallery fashion pieces, like Bronwyn. Bravo! 5 star
