The owner is really friendly but he robbed me to fix my screen. $400.00 for a job that shouldn’t have been no more than $250.00. $400.00 to fix an iPhone XS Max. It’s not even $400.00 to fix your new iPhone 13 Max directly through Apple. He said it was a top quality after market screen but the screen lags & glitches. I hit one letter and it types a completely different letter. The color is off. I paid $150.00 for a so called “cheap” screen down south when I cracked my phone and it worked better than this. Then he wanted to give me 2 free phone cases & a free phone charger probably because he knew he was ripping me with fixing the screen & touch. I could have went to Apple & paid cheaper if I did my research or went somewhere else. I just needed to get into the phone & because this place had 5 stars this is why I chose this place. Then the “Apple” phone charger he gave for free is so fugazi it doesn’t even charge my phones. Another reason why he gave me it for free. I knew something was off when he felt comfortable enough to ask me if I wanted a shot. Not sure how this place has 5 stars when the quality is not top tier like how he says it is.

So, I came in last minute as I am traveling first thing in the AM and my screen wouldn’t allow me to enter my passcode. If you break your iPhone in weho they will help you. They don’t charge for diagnostic. If they can’t fix your iPhone they will let you know ahead of time, without opening your iPhone. They gave me a great tip. Not to ever give my password to anyone fixing my iPhone. He said it’s strictly cosmetic no tech should ever need your password unless in circumstances when they replace your rear camera or speaker. Which makes sense. Best iPhone repair store in West Hollywood.
