Amazing service and help. I worked with John Pugsley and he was amazing. He showed me different options of office chairs and was patient enough to work with me on how to make chair adjustments on three different occasions (once after receiving the product). Its also great that my chair was mailed fully assembled. Customer service was exceptional!

The staff at the store was friendly and attentive but also let you just do your own thing and try to sit on each chair. The sales person was not pushy at all. The purchasing process was easy and the item shipped quickly.
