Very nice for perfect collection

A very very disappointing and unprofessional experience with Jean De Merry (would not recommend ordering glass paintings from this business) Here is why:a) Ordered The Tree of Life in July 2017 and received an unfinished badly done glass painting in Dec 2017b) The sales rep in NY kept covering up the bad job with emails in the line of what exactly do you not like about itc) Only when I charged back the payment with AmEx did the owner call me to apologize in Feb 2018 and promised to re-do in one month (March 2018)d) After 3 months of waiting (in June 2108) I was emailed photos of the new glass painting which were as bad, if not worse than what was received in Dec2017e) Now they say policy is non refundable merchandize..DO NO RCOMMEND PRODUCTS FROM THIS MERCHANT/BUSINESS (NOT HONORABLE AND NOT PROFESSIONAL)

I was driving and one of their drivers hit my car and refused to take the blame. They need more competent employees and management.
