Wow!! I’ve been to Two RH locations and never have I had such an horrible experience as I did today! Before I even came here I seen from Instagram that people (now that I look back, mostly white people) were taking pics here on their iPhone and posted it on their Instagram. So I’m building my platform so I figured this would be a cool place to get some pics in.. ESPECIALLY since I’ve been to two other locations and they were fine with me taking pictures just as long as they were not on a professional camera. We were told that we could not take pics period. I asked if they have that rule written down somewhere because I’ve never heard of this rule from this company ESPECIALLY since there is proof that other people have been taking pics here… the lady then goes to follow us to make sure we leave. I called corporate because that is ridiculous!! It was the attitude and rudeness for me. I NEVER pull the race card but I really felt racially profiled for the first time today!! I’ll NEVER come back to this location. I will not fault all RH locations because as I said I’ve been to one in Dallas and Nashville and never been treated as I did at the LA location. I hope to speak with someone at corporate because I will not tolerate disrespect.
This is my favorite RH store its beautiful . Great customer service and high quality furniture
I LOVE THIS PLACE! You can grab coffee and chill on the 3rd floor rooftop. While you are there you can check out their beautiful, gorgeous, livingroom ideas and chandeliers. The 2nd floor has friendly customer service to learn your needs and tailor to what you need. 3rd floor is the rooftop with a view and lots of seating and nice breeze.
I’m moving to L.A. at the end of the month and I’ve been dreaming of getting the cloud couch for my new home. I was in for the weekend to view the home and last minute thought of stopping in to RH to check out the couch before the store closed. There aren’t any close locations in Orlando, Fl. Even though I had less than 20 minutes it was such a pleasant experience, Tiffany was so helpful in such a time crunch. Thank you so much!
As a Georgia boy, wed describe this place as pretty fancy.
Beautiful furnishings cloud sofa is amazing definitely worth the $ Laura the salesperson was helpful and knowledgeable
Wish it wasn’t so expensive.
WOW! I love this place but not the prices. But who cares, you can just go to get an idea of how to decorate you house. For more pictures or videos follow my wife @allthingsiminspired Instagram
This is the worst furniture company. I have ordered a table and scheudled the delivery for 5 different times. Seems like no one cares about delivering the product you ordered once they get the payment. I recommend everyone please stay away. I have sent over 10hrs over the phone with their customer service and scheduling team on 1 table delivery. Its ridiculous how ineffficent this company is.
Huge beautifully designed. Several floors of furniture. Top floor has a huge outdoor furniture
This is a stellar RH location - huge, beautiful, and doing an incredible job of showcasing their products! The staff are very, very friendly and super helpful. Ive purchased various items from this store, and its always been an absolute breeze! If youre doing a large purchase, the staff will sit with you and assist in room and home interior design. Excellent customer service!Pro tip - its easiest to simply valet at this location versus trying to find street parking.
There is theft occurring at this location and the worst part is they claim they have no cameras in the entire space, which I find very hard to believe.... Stupid move for me to have left my belongings briefly unattended on their rooftop to use the bathroom but its always seemed like a safe space. Disappointed in the lack of help from their team.
Hardly a hardware store if you didnt already know. High-end custom furnishings, displayed very nicely, with prices to match. The top floor has outdoor furnishings, and you can sit and relax under an umbrella or in the sun while looking out over the big blue whale of the Pacific Design Center after your walk on Melose Avenue.
Restoration HardwareWe love the selection here. I see RH gets a lot of negative reviews for it’s ‘show room’ layout and that’s exactly why I like it. We love being able to browse all of their different products and imagine how they would look in our house. The search is half of the fun when doing home renovations so everyone needs to embrace the process!
The most beautiful stylish furniture anywhere I have seen anywhere in the city. With the prices to match. But I was able to talk to one of the associates and get the price down on one of the most comfortable arm chairs I have ever sat in. Just amazing. They really do try to please. I have not ever regretted this purchase. Ever.
40,000 sq feet of Restoration Hardware on steroids. Its impressive, especially the rooftop terrace... BUT the entire experience was bizarre and unpleasant. We walked around for 20 mins shopping for a sofa, passing by at least 10 employees, some standing around talking amongst themselves, some alone, others with customers... no one made eye contact and no one acknowledged our presence. We felt invisible. Not sure if there was a directive from headquarters to ignore customers but the non-service was flabbergasting. I dont know how RH is running their business but as beautifully styled as the Gallery may be, thanks but no thanks.
And absolutely beautiful store. I was able to get a fantastic house at a really great price. Although it appears pricey at first, when you talk to the sales associates if you ask about specials you can get the price down quite a bit. If anything its worth walking through just to see how pretty it is.
Beautiful furniture. A gorgeous rooftop lounge... Super expensive though.
The open space on the top floor has a view to die for and trhe ambience that will shame a 5* hotel. Whilst many are here to get furniture. We went there purely to soak in the view of the well designed spaces (it might as well be a gallery!) and roof top lounge area.
Lovely fabrics and well designed furniture. Enjoyed browsing around while getting ideas for unique and artistic placement.
Amazing rooftop played pool and ping pong. If you want a ride to the other location they have cars that will drive you. Just ask. Honestly love this place. Great furniture
Top quality furnishings! I have to say that I nearly fell asleep just from sitting down on one of their sofas haha. The lounge on the roof is one of the most relaxing places in the city. Friendly staff
Love this store and the product That they carry but the staff is really rude
DESIGNERS: DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE. I recently was asked to give a proposal to a client--who later informed me that theyd be using RESTORATION HARDWARES FREE DESIGN SERVICES. They showed me the board and the purchase list from Restoration...needless to say, it was a random assortment exclusively composed of Restorations furniture, but of course had zero to do with the space, and took much needed renovation and replaced it with a handful of random furniture. Taking jobs from designers is reprehensible. Doing bad work? Unforgivable. Restoration, knock this off.
Very friendly staff and convenient prices. Very convenient place .
The store is beautiful. Our original salesperson (Zac) was very helpful. We like the merchandise weve received so far. Delivery has been a nightmare. Here are the highlights of the last 4 months of trying to get two beds delivered. The beds we ordered in February have still not arrived (the many towels and bedding accessories arrived on time). The first time delivery was scheduled, the truck broke down. They were to deliver a few days later, but lost parts from both beds. By combining parts from both beds they made one (rails did not match color of the bed) and said two new beds were ordered. A loaner bed was arranged for the missing bed. I received a call from the delivery guys saying they were in front of my house with the loaner bed. Of course they were at my billing address in LA, not the delivery address in Palm Springs. They said they would call when coming to Palm Springs. No one ever called. As I was leaving my house to go to a concert, I saw a truck turning onto the street. I turned around and it was the RH delivery. I told them I didnt have time to wait and they called into see about reschedule. 5 days later was next available. The guys said they could set up the bed quickly, so I impatiently waited.I received a call today to arrange delivery of one of the reordered beds. When I asked about the second bed, the delivery people said I would need to call RH. I called RH customer service and was told there was no second bed ordered. She ordered it for me today and expects delivery approximately the third week of Aug. No one at RH will rush anything to accommodate an increasingly unhappy customer. We have received $600 in store gift cards before this latest fiasco, but today has pushed me past my point of being understanding. There is no excuse for such incompetence at seemingly every level of this process. I just tried calling the store in West Hollywood twice, but the phone is never answered. Hopefully in Aug I can update this review with good news.
Terrible experience. the furniture is nice, it better be for what it costs, but the experience with their delivery is not worth it. Been waiting for 2 months for a bed. the first one was broken, the second one was missing the hardware to put it together. worst part is that they call you to schedule, and then they wait until the day of delivery to call you and tell you that they wont be delivering it. on the second delivery for the bed with me it was even worse, they called me to say they were 25 minutes away from my house, so I leave work to go open the house for them. I get a call as soon as i get to my house saying that they didnt have the hardware!! they had the bed for over a week at the warehouse and no one checked, bunch of useless people. they get one star because the furniture is nice, although i cant comment on the bed because i havent received it yet!!!!!!
The roof offers a place to stop and breathe away from the hetic city. Beautiful Garden furniture on display to enjoy.
I am mixed about this place, the furniture is really nice and the place is beautifully arranged. But the staff there is awful. It just feels they are very arrogant and dont give you the time of day.
Its not what it used to be, the Santa Monica location is annoyingly just for childrens furniture and design, overall its a pointless exercise.
This Beverly Hills RH is no longer a regular store where you can buy fixtures, hardware, furniture. Its merely a showroom and you must order literally EVERYTHING, which you can do online. So why bother? A young man (not the manager) was very helpful, but the others just walked around on their headphones ignoring me even when we made eye contact and I looked like I was about to ask a question.... several just turned and walked away, talking to each other. Are we in the Pacific Design Center, catering only to designers? I was dressed nicely and can more than afford the merchandise. The stores aesthetic is now darkly lit (cant actually SEE the merchandise), one note (every room looks the same), and a maze. A WS Home was at this location previously so I know how different the rooms can look and flow. I had wanted to order several drapes, drapery hardware, drawer hardware, and a chair... I was so turned off I may not purchase any of it online. Blecgh.
This place is like a museum... absolutely beautiful! No Chelsea couch though ... can;t find it in ANY RH! :(
Big, beautiful store. Sales staff is friendly and helpful. Free valet parking. And the roof, which showcases their outdoor furniture, is a park open to the public! Gorgeous space with old-growth olive trees in giant steel planters, music, wifi and great views — and lots of comfy furniture! Grab a coffee (nearby: Joe & the Juice, Urth Cafe, Le Pain Quotidien) and head up to the RH roof for a bit of Zen.
They have a nice collection of furniture indoors and outdoors.
We bought our living room furniture, all out bathrooms, and all our curtains from restoration hardware. One of our vanity drawers is not opening anymore after about 6 months of use. I called customer service to schedule a repair appointment. They said someone from a third party company will call me to schedule an appointment for a technician to come in and fix. 3 days later, I received a phone call from a third party asking if I requested service to our vanity. I said yes. She said “ok, someone will call you in a couple of days to schedule an appointment”. I told her I thought this someone is you. She said no. It’s another company. I waited. Then a day later, a guy calls from a third company to schedule an appointment and offers the following day as the only availability this week. I told him it’s such a short notice to tell me that the evening before the available appointment. I said I can’t make arrangement especially during workdays. He said the next available he has is the following week on Wednesday. I agreed to this one and I asked him to give me the arrival time window. He said he’ll let me know Tuesday evening (the evening before the appointment). I told him I can’t because I need to make arrangements for someone to be at home. He wouldn’t tell me and in the end he said that that’s what he can do and he has no other options for me. Those are the two options, take it or leave. He was rude over the phone. I hung up and called restoration again to find out what’s going on. They did some digging and called me the day after saying that unfortunately that the only availability and that their policy is knowing the timeframe he evening before. I asked the RH rep if that’s RH’s policy and they embrace it, she said yes.If you want after-sales customer service, go somewhere where they can handles clients properly and not bounce you between third-party companies like a tennis ball. A company that can’t schedule a maintenance appointment, shouldn’t be claiming they’re high-end.This is not worth the tens of thousands of dollars we invested in RH products. Never again will buy from them. Will make sure our experience gets out to all of our friends and family.
Perfect for all of my needs!
Horrible experience at the particular store. I was walking around ready to make a quick 9000K purchase and could not find a single rep to help me out. I mean, I already knew what I wanted to buy!! No questions, just run my damn card! So like the other reviewer noted, all the reps were walking around with there headphones ignoring me, so finally I approached a guy who I think was the manager, (bald guy) and told him can you help me?? Then he just walked past by me when he totally saw me. he finally decided to turn around and help me, and even that, he was totally disengaging. I hope the CEO sees this as I am now hesitant to even return there. As for the layout, I miss the old RW, its just too big, confusing, and uninspired.
Beautiful! Roof top has really good seating & views
