I love this deli, I stop here every morning before work for my sausage egg and cheese, not only are they quick and affordable, but also delicious! This is the only bagel place that asks how you want your eggs cooked as well. Definitely recommend!!! (They even remember your orders from face alone, that’s great customer service)

Its a known fact how establishments filter out bad reviews! which is in my opinion utterly insane and dishonest. If you stand by your ethics and business you should never remove a customers contact. So last Friday December 18th at approximately 8:20AM I went in with my wife ordering two egg sandwiches, an over medium sausage cheese on a toasted egg bagel the second sandwich was a well fried bacon cheese on a roll. Over-medium eggs that were over easy basically un-cooked and scrambled eggs instead of fried. Even when pulling out the sandwiches from the wrappers they easily fell out almost on their own. Not to mention lousy disposition from the young guy that took our order. I will never go back there again!!!J Bayshore, NY

Ive loved the bagels from here for years. Ive catered from them in the past and was not disappointed. My daughter loves the flavored cream cheeses. My son gets his egg sandwiches from there all the time.

Best bagels in town

I have been coming to bagel buzz for a few months now and I have to say their bagels are by far the best around. The staff is so friendly especially the new manager Tom who makes fresh soups daily that are out of this world! I am impressed all around!

Just came in with a friend for lunch. The soups were incredible! and they have amazing hot food much more then just a bagel store...definitely coming back.

I love getting breakfast from Bagel Buzz whether it is a plain bagel with lox and cream cheese or bacon, egg and cheese on an egg bagel! Plus their chicken and tuna salad is delicious! The owner treats my family and I very well!

Older gentlemen asked the lady what order she was picking up for and I thought he was talking to me and spoke out the name. He seemed mad that I spoke over the lady by accident and ignored me.... He started taking everyones order and kept ignoring me and then the younger gentle men asked me what I was waiting for and I told him the door dash order and it turned out it was ready some time ago. Older gentleman didnt bother to ask me or check and continued taking orders from other customers. I was just dashing but Im definitely wouldnt come here as a customer, especially if you dont want to get on the older gentlemens bad side because he will ignore you.

They have the most amazingly fresh items, from there bagels 🥯 to there catering which I have catered many many times from them, there flavored cream cheeses I get for one of my sons who lives in Nassau County & has never tasted such delicious cream cheeses, the staff is extremely friendly & makes you feel so welcome & comfortable when you walk in, besides the catering food being over the hill outrageously delicious the eggplant 🍆 parm omg, you just can’t eat enough of it, 👍💕

I ordered through GrubHub. The cold cuts were amazing! The bagels were fresh and delicious. The last time I ordered I had their lox cream cheese mix it was the freshest I have ever had. I wish they had a few more options on GrubHub to order. If you could choose the bagels you would like or if you would like a half-dozen or a dozen that would be good.the same thing with the cold cuts they are only offered in one pound increments. If they will offer it in half pound increments I would order much more. but these are minor things that can be easily corrected. I have not had a bad meal here yet and will continue to order. The people are very friendly

Super friendly staff. Bagel deli done right. Huge menu, full blown bagel store, some pastries, salad bar, deli salads, heros done right, coffee/tea/hot coco/deli iced tea & lemonade. Open early close early. Some seating. Can look very busy, but they crank it out with accuracy and precision. Cash and card accepted. Dont forget to tip. They deserve it!

Finally getting back home after spending time with my family in West Islip, I now have the time to write a review pertaining to “The Bagel Buzz”. My aunt and uncle are both fortunate to be essential workers during this COVID-19 crisis,however they are off for the weekends.. On April 18 and the 25th both Saturdays, My cousin and I went to the Bagel Buzz. We ordered our food as we stood there waiting for our food the person that was on the grill ( At first we thought it was a guy because of the short hair) however hearing the voice it was clear it was a female, absolutely rude, consistent with barking out orders to the other workers there, on top of all that she completely made our sandwiches wrong!! We were quite upset! Thankfully however another employee (female,long hair) graciously took our order back and corrected the mistakes and then on top of that gave us a few extra orange juice’s... We heard the girl on the grill say she did the order as it was written... the girl with the long hair showed her the papers which indicated exactly what our order should have been... At that point the girl at the grill stayed quiet... The biggest situation is the rudeness,huffing and puffing. We have decided it’s best not to go into an establishment with such a rude disrespectful attitude towards others. This is already such a heartbreaking situation with The COVID-19 spread so we’d rather go to a more pleasant place... Thank you to the employee with the long hair!!

This place is an absolute pleasure to go to. I buy my breakfast there every morning as Im greeted by the warmest staff of people Ive ever seen. The experience always makes my day! The food is great!!! Bagel Buzz is a home run!!

I come here 5 days a week and the sandwiches are always 10/10. The workers are great and so is the owner. Highly recommended.

Bagels are pretty good but the price is a lot more then the other bagel place in town. They are skimpy on the cream cheese. They are usually pretty nice there. They wear gloves but dont change them even though they touch the money and one woman was outside smoking then kept the same gloves on and made bagels. So I guess the gloves are for them not for you.

I can’t rate the food cause i didn’t eat it. Stopped here this morning to pick up a doordash order for Shalindo. Order was supposed to be ready at 948am. I got here 945 and it wasn’t ready which i was ok with.The order was marked ready by their staff at 9:55. I patiently waited until 10am and left due to staff ignoring me ( there were no other customers in the store). Sorry but DoorDash penalizes drivers for late deliveries so I unassigned. I’ll avoid this place from now on.

My regular spot for an egg sandwich. my order: two scrambled eggs, bacon, cheese, salt, pepper, ketchup, and hot sauce on an egg everything bagel. The staff is always kind and courteous and will get you in and out in nothing flat. Its a fantastic place that the locals love and for good reason!

I find myself constantly pleased by the friendliness of the staff. I wish their muffins were better but the bagels are good, and its always nice to be greeted not just with a smile, but with a sense that youre an old friend.

Went in and placed my order very clearly, I know for a fact I didnt mess up. I ordered a bagel with 2 eggs over medium, no cheese, sausage and bacon, and received a bagel with the eggs sloppily placed, cheese and only sausage... incompetent workers, and decent food
