Didnt gave me sim card and was asking for 10 dollors for sim card but when I went to another store got the card for free dono know for what they were asking for extra dollars worst experience.
Omar was very helpful when my phone wasnt working. He went far beyond what most people would have done. He was very polite and very knowledgeable.

The computer system was very slow and it took us 2 hrs to add 2 lines. The workers were nice, but it is enough to wonder if the phone lines will really work once we get them, as it will take 3-5 days to even get a phone! One could purchase a gun faster than that!

Thanks a lot you two, you were great!And when I got home and was having difficulties with iMessage, I was able to go onto the T-Mobile app and chat with Elizabeth. She figured the issue out quickly and fixed it with no problems.10/10 service, T-Mobile. As always.

Waited for 45 minutes for somebody to help me but never happened. Instead of getting a new phone, I listened to a young staff member chat with his customer about college life, what dorm she lives in, what she likes to eat, etc. Two other staff members were also busy the whole time.
Does Not even deserve 1 star. Avoid this location if at all possible and go to the Corporate location on Creasy Lane in Lafayette. If that location is out of stock, tell them to reserve stock for you when it arrives and to notify you and they will. Andrea called this West Lafayette location, from the corporate store on Creasy Lane, for us, to verify it had the Tempered Glass Screen Protectors in stock. They verified that they did, knowing we would be driving out of the way only for these items. We arrived to discover they had Film and NOT Glass. Andrea was very specific and I heard her ask them to verify this information, repeating theyre Tempered Glass, correct.One of the worse customer service mistakes a company can make is having a customer drive from one location to another, putting their customers out with time and expense, then Not have the item that was verified and promised to have in stock and available. Andrea needs to come re-train these associates seriously.
If I could, I would give the 10 stars. My old phone suddenly died a couple of days ago. I called Best Buy to ask for advice/help. After endless waits and several transfers, when I finally got to a live person she asked me how the weather was. Cold, I said, whats it like where you are? And where are you? The Philippines, she answered. I called around to other local shops, and got similar responses. When I finally called T-Mobile, Jess answered on the second ring. I explained my problem. She gave me an appointment within 30 minutes, and then spent 3 hours working with me, always cheerful, always helpful. And she gave me a great deal (two for one). I have since called on a couple of occasions, someone always answers by the second ring and they always sound delighted to speak to me. WOW!

Went in to upgrade me and my wifes plan and Greg & Aaron were awesome! Took there time to make sure we got the best deal possible and no pushing felt like I was talking to a friend! I had another awesome experience at T-Mobile last night! I never received my rebate for a purchase I made back in May so I checked its status online, but there was no record of it. I went into the store last night with my original receipt and was greeted by both Adam and Aaron, who where both very friendly and extremely helpful! They answered all of my questions and took the necessary steps to immediately fix my problem. I am happy to say that they successfully resolved my issue which made me very happy! I received an immediate credit to my account for the inconvenience of never getting my original rebate! Thank you again, T-Mobile!!! I am a very satisfied customer! ☺(10/3/2017)
This shop is the best carrier shop to me ever!! We went here two times for BOGO deal and every time we went, we are very satisfied. Not only for T Mobile deal, staffs are very helpful and kind. Especially Aaron, he helps us a lot to set up all. We really appreciate his help.
It would be redundant to say that the store has great prices simply because all the stores have the same prices. What really makes this store special is the staff, and how incredibly helpful they are. They will help you find the perfect plan for you and your family, i was just browsing around when I walked into the store but they convinced me and offered me great deals that just couldnt be denied.

Great store! Its a new store so I was pretty skeptical about it, but its in a great location and they were able to help me. They handled my upgrade a lot better than most stores in the past have!
The service is great every time. What I do no like is I have been in 3 times for my phone. I dropped it and cracked the screen. Ok first I was gonna just replace it. Didnt have the funds at the time so I left. Came back in and same phone talked about upgrading using jump again no funds, but would be paid soon. Came in today with the same cracked phone and they even knew it was me. Got all the way up to going to upgrade then as he comes out of the back tells me I cant jump on a damaged phone. Gee thanks would have liked that info before hand. So only way to upgrade is to get my replacement phone ($175) then upgrade. Like I said service is great, but you need to work on giving information on things and not at the last minute.
I was having a hard time dealing with Sprint while attempting to switch a phone over to T-Mobile. I stopped into this store, and Adam helped me through the entire process. Best customer service Ive experienced from a mobile company. After the debacle with Sprint, and the great help I received from Adam, Im positive I made the right call to switch to T-Mobile.

Would give no stars if possible. Phone was broken and they would not help me with my insurance (or explain it) or help me call someone who could since ya know my phone was broken and I was unable to do so. Not knowledge or helpful in anyway.

I was treated like they didnt have the time to see me because they were so busy in the store that day. I waited over 20 min and walked out!
