So clean and the staff were so friendly and fast.

Just back from 1 month of east coasting… I go to Starbucks EVERY day and let me sing the praises for my “hometown” store! Not a single Starbucks could slightly compare to “my” Starbucks! They ALL could take lessens from Michelle, Lexi, Misty and ALL the rest… the E.coast stores were messy to down right FILTY and unorganized! My flat whites were so inconsistent! The STAFF, omg… from the management (which was almost non existent) to the pride that the baristas have in their product here, to the FRIENDLINESS, ORGANIZATION and BETTER quality drinks there is NO COMPARISON!!!! I may miss the E. Coast but not the Starbucks there! So keep up the EXCELLENT work! Your store is what EVERY Starbucks should strive to be!

4 Starts bc the fast talking batista called me dude... twice. And I wanted Mocha & got Macchiato, but Ill blame that on masks.

All I did was use the restroom but nice and clean place. Thanks Starbucks staff is very helpfull.

Low key best Star bucks in the Portland area because the lounge is massive and they just dont have the traffic to fill the place up. But they do stay busy.Excellent vibe with the staff and its nice to see this old local bank building getting some active use.

I have dropped by multiple afternoons. The length of time for a beverage is too long. However, their customer relations are great.

Great Place! Staff are super friendly, know many of their regulars on a first name basis, as well as their drinks and how they want them. Will take time to come to your table with a water or a drink sample. I often work out of the office and this is one of the best Starbucks i have found.

This Starbucks is friendly and a nice place to grab coffee in the area. So far I have had no issues. The baristas are very courteous and remember my order without me having to tell them most days! Great place to relax. Its a Starbucks what else needs to be said?

A great Starbucks, with a drive through. I am very picky about my cold brews... some of the Starbucks make them too weak (especially if they dont have a keg), but this one always makes them right. Its clean and large inside, and some of the staff will take time to get to know you.

This store used to be my favorite place to drop in and get my twice a day coffee. The baristas in the morning are always so friendly and have a great energy that flows throughout the entire store. I have been coming to this location for years and Im very disappointed to see who is currently running the show. Some lady with rainbow hair and a smug face who is consistently rude to EVERY single customer. This woman has awful customer service skills and has caused Starbucks to permanently lose my business. I miss the warm familiar faces of the staff but have been wronged too many times by this woman already in these past few months. Will not return until theres new management. 5 stars for the staff 1 star for the manager.

Starbucks may be a chain but different people work at different ones who provide the atmosphere and service of that individual store. I enjoy coming to this one because 1. They are consistent in having good Custumer service. 2. The response for when a custumer errors on ordering a drink or there own error on making a drink is good.(free drink, remake drink, comp drink or simply a sincere apology)3. I was having a epic failure of a day was on my phone horrible mood was completely rude to the employee and they still treated me with respect then an when i came in again as i am a regular. Its easy to have great custumer service to someone who is happy but different for someone who isnt and props to them.

Had to get some hot coffee it was up.to my high standards.

This Starbucks was trashy and the service was terrible. The baristas didnt seem to have any sense of time, and it took forever to get my drink. I would NOT recommend going to this Starbucks. Consider going somewhere else instead.

The new flat white with blonde espresso is the best hot espresso drink available at starbucks. Doesnt taste burnt at all.

We really love this Starbucks. No drive up. Always supplied with the smaller bags of specialty coffees. Regular baristas. Nitro. Clovers.

Cashier/barista took my order. Started to make my drink. Then left for over a minute to talk to another employee behind the door. Giggling and laughing. Then he came back and finished making my drink. Not good customer service.

Starbucks is Starbucks, expensive coffee for mediocre taste. Not a big fan, probably never will be.

I havent been to this Starbucks for a while. The furniture has changed, its now very uncomfortable. The table next to mine was dirty, wet, chair full of crumbs, the floor littered with debris. Baristas walked by and ignored the mess. No garbage can by the front door. I had to walk to the back to dump my trash.I shant go back.

Lenee the “manager” Was the most disrespectful person I have ever met. She was yelling at my entire family and was also being extememely unprofessional towards her employees. As a business owner I would not recommend having this type of person represent my company. WARNING WARNING DO NOT GO TO THIS STARBUCKS! I will work night and day to share with my entire Fanbase that they need to avoid this location.

Staff is friendly, but everytime I’m in they don’t seem to have any urgency. There will be 4 people in the front of the store, but only one person actually making coffee.

Not a huge fan of starbucks, but this one had nice baristas, and was full of people chatting, a nice setting for a coffeehouse.

Terrible customer service. One woman that works there thinks shes the queen bee. She spiked my coffee I lost hair and was dangerous in an automobile because of what she did. Totally terrible people, I expected more from the starbucks chain.
