Great service, great price and Excellent people. They are very friendly. I spoke with Walton and Mike and they are very accommodating and thanks to the technician (Maurice) that came to my trucks location to repair the flat tire due to nail puncture. Definitely highly recommended. 5 Stars for them

We were traveling through West Memphis in our RV and had a flat. We called Southern Tire at about 6:30 am and we were back on the road by 9:30 am. Lisa at the call center was very helpful. She provided the information we needed. Tammy found what we needed and provided all the necessary information to select the right tire. Maurice came to our location changed out the tire. Everyone was very professional and friendly. If we ever need this type of service again and was in their area I would definitely call Southern Tire.As an add note we could like to also thank Courtey and Jeff for there help in getting the needed documents we needed

Good prices, fast, cheap used and new truck tires

I purchased two Firestone Steer tires on 6/24/20 which with rim fee, Tire change, Balance and Stem cost me approximately 553.91 a piece. On 9/02/20 just a little over TWO MONTHS, while traveling on level new road, the tire blew out and peeled like a recap!! Of course I had to purchase a ROAD TIRE which cost me an additional $659.53!! I made it back to the place of purchase on 9/10/20 and spoke to the Manager Josh Brown who did absolutely NOTHING for me!! According to him I have to wait for a Firestone rep to come look at the tire and maybe give me a credit towards a new one. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!! All I asked for was a replacement tire or my money back!! No way should that tire had blown out like that and It was at night so they cant say it got hot!!

Was headed out of town and realized my tire light came on, stopped at the next exit to get to a air pump at the gas station and pulled up and realized there wasnt a air chuck on the air pump, look around the parking lot and see a southern tire mart truck changing a big truck tire. I drove over there and asked the young man if he maybe could give me some air in my tire and explained that the air chuck was gone on the one at the gas station and he immediately said yes. I thanked him several times bc I could tell he was cold and was done working on the customer he had and came and checked all my tire air pressure and all 4 was low, he was sooo very nice and I was so thankful for him. thanks Dante for helping me out!!!!!! life saver!!!! we need more Dantes!!

Wonderful service. The dawg gone fees are as much as a tire. But what r u gonna do. Order off the internet if ur not in a hurry saved u 46$ per tire. Great place and service tho.

I found the West Memphis Southern Tire Mart a few years ago, when I was visiting the area and got a puncture in a tire. It was early morning, and I was anxious to start a 15 hour drive home. The people at STM were great, put me at ease, did the job fast, and didnt overcharge. More recently I was in Memphis again with another puncture/slow leak. Lets just say that I actually felt lucky to have an excuse to go back to Southern Tire Mart - something about the people there puts me in a good mood. Note: they primarily service trucks, but theyll take care of anyone.

RV flat on a Sunday!! No one would help Walmart no Petro no..left stranded overnight. Called Souther Tire Mart in West Memphis took us right away. Everyone was great from the front desk to the guy changing the tire. Done in about 30 mins...back on the road to continue our six week road trip safely with the family and pets....thanks again The Soloperto/Paul Family

Nothing bad to say at all!! Was in and out in 40 mins. And had 8 brand new tires put on paper work torqued and leaving 40 mins. Great job.

Some guy named glen over there tries to get over on people just to make a dollar. I been coming to stm for years. I had to get another tire put on and he tried telling me it would be about 500 when I just bought the same brand a month ago and was a lil over 300. He talks to his people like they are dogs. All the service techs say all he do is lie and I believe it now You have to wait a hr and a half just to get a steer put on cuz the office dnt know whats goin on. I ain’t ever had no prob out of the Memphis store. I ain’t ever coming back to this location I’ll go to the Memphis one.

Truckers- large lot overnight parking. Took an hour to unload. Nice people.

Look out with the manager he has no people skills. Not a good store to work for . Memphis is a better store over all .

Fastest tire tech in the South, if not the entire country! No exaggeration! We came thru about a year ago and remembered how quick the tech was last time. So, we decided to time him. We watched as he replaced 3 trailer tires on the guy in front of us. Start to finish...14 mins. He then started on our 5 trailer tires and with absolutely no help from anyone, he was finished in 33 mins. Amazing!This is definitely where you want to go if youre in the area for fast & friendly service. But, for record breaking fast service...request Craig. 👍
