I was trying to upgrade my phone. There were Two gentlemen in side when I walked in. A lady was leaving as I was going in. One of the gentlemen was obviously not all going to engage me with any questions. He was busy closing himself out as he simply said pointing to the other gentlemen walking out the door. “He’s got to help you because I have to go get my kid!”The other gentlemen went outside talking to obviously someone he knew. When she got in her vehicle to leave. The gentlemen who was to help me got in his car and left!In my 18 years with T-Mobile, I have never been so dismissed. This solidified that it’s time to move to a new cell service. What a reprehensible set of circumstances at a T-Mobile retailer. Do not visit this location!
Went in to get an upgrade. Bought a new phone, case and screen protector to go with it. They put those items on at the store. I put my phone in my pocket went straight home to transfer my old phones info and apps when i noticed a small chip in the screen. I go back to the store and show them and never removed it from the case. The employee took it out of the case looked at it said they could only sell my insurance on the phone and i could make a claim. I knew then something was shady going on. Left the store to call metro about this issue. The customer support said there was nothing that could be done but go back to the store and call customer support back. This wasnt even an opption.
I think Metro need to reevaluate there extension policy especially with their loyal customers. I was granted a extension on today my phone never came back on. I went to McDonalds to use their internet to call Metro and phone line continue to drop my calls. This process started at 6:00 this morning til 10:15 this morning. My phone never came back on line. I had to find money to get my phone on . I have chronic pain, PSTD, Aniexty and other health issues that might cause me to call for help. Im very disappointed with your service I am a long time customer with Metro and T Mobile. This is unexceptionable that I had to leave home to find money to get service back on when I was in a storm and shouldnt have been driving but couldnt reach out to my husband or family. I finally paid my phone bill and it took A hour for my family to reach me. I am in another state from them and they didnt know what was going on. Please revise this process. Thank you

Jermain was awesome. He made sure we got a phone we wanted not just the only ones available like cricket. 😂 We literally walked in with 2 awful phones and 15 minutes later walked out with 4 brand newamazing ones. Thanks man.

Couldnt offer me upgrade deal... I had been with them almost 3yrs. So I went to boost Mobile and got 3 free phones and cheaper monthly bill....

In this place people have a very bad character. And it does not have the charisma to serve it is an establishment that lacks customer service with respect and kindness. You can improve your vision, agree to Metro by T- Mobil, they are your image and your face of the company.
