I needed replacement bulbs for my rear turn signal and wanted to get LED instead so theyd last longer. The clerk was helpful and explained everything and was able to assist in explaining about the hyperflash and needing a Converter so I dont keep getting the error signal that the bulb needs replaced. All in all, I learned something new and am able to get something better for the car.
I am not very auto savvy. The workers at this store were understanding and more helpful than I had a right to expect. Thanks again Autozone!!!

I have gone to this Auto zone many times, but really never took the time to leave a review. So that being said that is how much Becky went above and beyond her customer service. She had a smile on her face from the start. Ask how can I help you soon as we walked in the door. I told her that I needed my battery check. She came out and check it and sure enough it was my battery. Becky went and got the battery put it in my car with a smile on her face having trouble with the tight bolts but still having a smile on her face. When all was said and done I tried to give her a $10 tip and she said that she was not allowed to take tips. I tried to encourage her to take it that I wanted her to take it and she still refused to take the money and said that it was her pleasure of serving me. Thank you Becky so much for your excellent customer service.

Lazy Saturday night staffing. Empty store yet he couldnt be bothered to move from the counter. I needed a 14x1.5 lug nut. They didnt have an exact match for my car but I could use anything that thread pitch in my case. He could not be bothered to move an insisted they had nothing for me. Had on a grey shirt too so he was a manager.

I needed a part for my car that was out of stock at another location but this store has it. We were 11 minutes away and the store closed in 10 minutes. We asked if we could do a store to store transfer or pay over the phone and have the item left outside and were told no. We then asked if they would wait an extra 1 minute so I could get the part, finish the job, and not miss a day of work. We were told that we could if we got there by 7, they would be glad to help. Arrived at 6:59 to find the doors locked. Wont be shopping at Autozone again. I hope the 60 seconds of the managers time was worth it. Currently headed to OReilly.

I was questioned by the manager Brian @ the west Mifflin store, why I was returning parts that I purchased @ the pleasant hills location. So I explained to him... #1 this store is closer to me. Also, When I went to the west Mifflin store to purchase originally they didnt have the parts. The clerk then called the pleasant hills store & confirmed that they had the parts. So I told her to have them to put it on hold & that I will go get it. When I went to have the parts put on & my car inspected, it turned out that they sold me front calipers & not the rear which I needed.It was early in the day when I went to return the parts. He told me they dont have that much cash @ the store. I explained that I used my credit card & to take it off of there. He then proceeded to tell me about all the scams & that once he did this that his hands are clean. It would be up to the credit card company & I to resolve if there was an issue. I never heard of any store or company say that to me before. Makes me wonder if he is a scam artist.I know of a few others that had problems with this store & Im assuming it was the same manager.

5623 Homeville Rd, W Mifflin, PA locationJune 14, 2014DO NOT let the assistant manager named “Ralph” help you.I have had numerous unhappy interactions with Ralph but always let it go and figured he didn’t know any better but today’s event made me write this. I brought in a bad caliper from my truck for a replacement. The first attendant used the computer and the screen lookup questioned what type of brake system I had; there were two choices to select from. I told him I did not know the type I had. He asked Ralph to come over and Ralph asks me what brake type I had in which I told him I did not know. He told me it in listed in the glove box of the vehicle. I ask can we call up on the computer what I bought last time. He said ONLY if I had the part number. That is not true since the last time I was at Auto Zone another attendant showed me on the store computer screen everything I ever purchased from Auto Zone and even which vehicle I bought the most parts for. Ralph needs training on how to use the store computer to look up what the customer purchased last time.Either way, Ralph selected one of the brake types and the computer showed a part number, and then said “let me pull the caliper. When he brought the caliper to the counter, I asked can we see on the computer if the two brake types will eventually lead to the same part number. That way I would know the caliper would fit either brake type.Ralph told me he doesn’t understand what I’m asking. I explained again can we see if the part number that comes up from each of the two brake types to see if… Ralph cut me off from talking and said he doesn’t understand what I’m asking and said this caliper is the only one he has. I held up my hands and said “Ralph claim down.” I again said can we look at the other part number and he cut me off very quickly again and said he doesn’t understand what I am asking and said this is the only caliper that he has. At that point I realized he was not going to let me finish talking and I said “just forget it.” I started to head to the store door and he said “wait, come back “at which I yelled back at him “I called about him before and I’m going to do it again.” I left the store and bought a new caliper from an Auto Zone competitor.The first time (months ago) Ralph helped me; he bent my truck wiper arm so bad the wiper blade would only contact the center of the windshield. He said the arm needs replaced and no blade will work. I went home and bent it back and installed my own blade with no problem. Like I said there are numerous times I had to deal with Ralph with very disappointing outcomes. My sons even came home joking about how Ralph works with customers. They said he must work for an Auto Zone competitor on the side and that is why he is the way he is.AutoZone should review their employees training and screening methods. Customers should be treated better. Otherwise, all of your customer will eventually go elsewhere.
