It is a good place to buy tires but they are way too busy you had to wait two three hours to get tires put on thats crazy they need to have more people or close their shop to the people and say we are too busy right now were only selling tires or things that you need work area is closed till were not so busy cuz thats horrible to make people wait that long
I got my oil and tires changed. And had my headlights changed because nissan is annoying, cant just go under the hood. Prices were really fair for Goodyear and Pennzoil full synthetic. They got it done in just a couple hours without an appointment. If youre getting tires, call to see if they have the ones you want in stock. Had to order the tires online but it only took a couple days. Friendly service. Overall good experience.

Although they have perfect manager workers are not really taking care of anything. I went there couple times to get new tires or oil change whenever i go they said 2 or 3 hours but always it took more than 4 hours. Last time i had to wait 5 hours. I feel like i have to give them 1 star, only because of their service manager i added 1 more star. He deserves better place to work.
It took 4 hours to have 4 tires mounted. Even though I was first in line. Completely mismanaged. It seemed like no person knew what the other people were doing.
Rick was very pleasant and explained everything and work with us on prorating the tires. Very professional. I even witnessed him training an employee and he was very respectful and patient. He should be commended for his work.

Asked for a time estimate to change my one tire I bought from them thats under warranty. Not long is what I got.2 hours later, Im still waiting, with lame excuses.Update: they pulled off my tire and left me on the jackstand for about 45 minutes now. 2.5 hours for 1 tire. We only have 2 techs in today when there are 3 back there.This is beyond pathetic.Update: 3 hours and theyve finally changed 1 tire.
Tried to setup a time to come in but due to being walk in only I was told they cant predict the future and go else where. I asked what the shops hours were and he said the same thing again and they leave sometimes up to 5 hours early. So you basically cant schedule around it you gotta just show up and hope they are open in the afternoon. Dont waste your time unless your coming to shop and if then I was told the general wait is 2 hours so you spend what 3 to 4 hours in Walmart? Better off just getting what you need and going somewhere else.Would have been better if the employee on the phone had a care for customer service but guess in the auto shop its non-existent.

This place, and the workers, are AMAZING! While driving to work today, my front passenger tire blew. Fortunately, I was only 12 miles from this Walmart Auto Center and they were able to get me in and install four new tires (I needed new tires anyway) with a balance, the same day, and for only $300! Service was efficient, prompt, and very well done. Will definitely be back!
Decent price for four new tires. Quick service but no appointments so get there early and be prepared to wait. Small waiting room provided but the in store McDonalds is more comfortable.
I had a great experience purchasing tires at Walmart. I purchase four brand new tires employees were wonderful and very productive. I highly recommend going there for brand new.

Due to complaints of waiting 3-4 hours or more for tire service (see other reviews), the wait time has been extended by 1.5 weeks for an appointment.Awesome staff, helpful, good prices on tires, mounting, balancing, and a road hazard plan / pro-rating with free rotations and rebalancing with plan. Im a happy return customer. I havent had an oil change here yet, maybe someday when I get tired of doing my own. With an appointment plan to stay about 1-1.5 hours.
Online says auto center opens at 8, no one showed until 8:30...then they dont install tires until noon...please update that on the website

Long wait... I was the 3rd person from 7:00 am. They somehow managed to place someone b4 me. A man was getting one tire. The second person in line was getting an oil change. Then I was getting 4 tires. The man left @ 9:30 am. The lady left @ 10:00 am then I was done at 10:30 am. I dont understand.

We ordered a rim and 2 tires. Online tracking shows it was delivered by FedEx 3 days ago. We have made multiple calls and get a different story every time. Friday they said it was there and would be ready Saturday. Sunday morning calling online customer service says nothing was delivered. Sunday afternoon says nothing is there, takes info and calls back saying rim is there, no tires.Not sure how every story is different, we thought it would be easier to have it all in one place. Had we known this would be such an issue we would have shipped to our home.

The customer service lady serving today was a rude, person. All I wanted was information on, Are you guys able to accept me for tire replacement. No, she just decided to say that is none of her business, call again, and goodbye. Im not a customer service operator, but you just dont do that kind if stuff. Dont recommend this service either.

Decent prices for tires. But the costume service is bad, they don’t even look at you in the eyes, they don’t suggest you different kind of tires; they give you what they think is better or (what they have to sell that day), only one guy was happy to help (shaufiq). The manager was talking rude to a lady who was waiting for hours. It took then 4 hours to do my tires. They told me 1 hour and a half!! The technicians look for confrontation if you ask them something about the service. Very bad experience

I have been here a few times for car services. They are very busy so expect a long wait! I bought a new tire here and waiting time for installment was three hours!! They do have a waiting room but its small though. Better if you drop your car and have someone bring you home or somewhere else to wait and come back. Also, one time they tightened my tire bolts too tightly, I had a lot of trouble loosening the bolts to take my tire off, and its bad to have them too tight.
Had a tire replaced for free but had to pa for balance and warranty again for new tire. 😥service was fast but couldnt put it on because they didnt have it that day.
Wanted have 5/30 oil put in for the winter, as per the owners manual, WM said they can only put in what the car says, which is 10/30. As I was leaving, I talked to the head mechanic who said, yes, certain GM vehicles they can differ the type of oil.
They took care of me quickly, I got a set of four tires with the road hazard protection for a low price. Hit a pothole the next day and killed a tire, went right back and they replaced it quickly for a small labor charge.

Took 3 hours to get tires but it had snowed pretty well the day before, I should have known better.
The guys back there were absolute sweethearts even though they qere super bust and seemed to be running it short walamrt ahould really try hiring some more sweet guys for back there. Luckily most people were very nice regulars who came in otherwise it might not have been nice.
If I could give less than one star I would. First of all, whatever walmart employee I talked to on the phone, said that they were open until 9PM, which they arent. Its 8PM. Anyway, I needed two tires placed the day before my inspection. Yes it is my fault that I waited so long and late in the day, but work and other 9-5 duties called. I got there with more than an hour and a half until closing at about 6:20pm), and before I could even ask for service, two very rude mechanics came out and said NO more orders! The lady behind the front desk was a little nicer, but the men wouldnt even let me explain the situation and no apologies whatsoever. They repeated no more orders! then all but slammed the auto shop door in my face. I left and gladly took my couple hundred dollars of business down the street, to someone who was willing to stay after hours to help me out. So long story short: beware.

*04/12/19: I just left the auto center of the Walmart located on Century Drive in West Mifflin by the old Century 3 Mall not too long ago (around 7:30p) before beginning this post (8:13p). I got there around 4p (3.5hrs). I went there for the purchase of four tires and the installation of them (bf’s car). The total was $290.64 (includes $30 for one of ez sensors that needed replaced. Another one needed to be as well, but bc of the long wait, they waived that one). There was a line of people (around 5-6) shreds of me, so it was a busy Friday for them. The lady at the register was nice, as was the manager (Bobby), so the customer service experience was cool. I just was already having a long day running around doing things that weren’t turning out well as it was, and then I get here where they are super busy with an estimated hour and a half to two hour wait time that turned into 3 and a half just to put some tires on, so needless to say, I was not too happy. Then, on top of that, they had to stop not just once, but twice to check to see if my bf (on the phone) wanted to pay the extra money to have that sensor replaced, and when they came to me the second time about the other one, they could see how anxious and tired I was, so the second one was waived, as stated above. I think their time management and decisions as to what to take care of either based on first come, first serve, or what would be the quickest first may need some work bc I feel like regardless of the busy environment, they had two managers and 2 other guys working at the time. They may have had one other additional person there, I think. I’m not sure though. Then, I was so happy to get out of there, I didn’t even bother to check out what they did until I got it back to my bf’s when he noticed how his rims/hubcaps were bent where the weight sits on each tire, which shouldn’t be. They all should be flush. I called, and the lady who cashed me out when I was there advised me to call back to speak with the manager tomorrow bc they were closed and she wasn’t able to do anything herself. So, with all of that being said, I am giving them 2 stars based on the lengthy and draining wait time and just how long it took overall for them to complete a relatively standard mechanical car job (-1star), and the discovery of the bent hubcaps (all 4) after arriving back to my bf’s to return the car (-1star). Also, the fact that I was told it would take even longer as soon as I thought that they were finally done during the moment he (manager Bobby) came back to inform me about that second sensor (-1star), but since he waived that one, I did appreciate that. They are really nice people up there. I just wasn’t happy with the lengthy amount of time it took them to get the job done, so I will advise others to either make sure you have a good hit of shopping to get done in the meantime, or catch a ride back home or something until they call you when it’s done. Trust me. Sitting in the waiting room for more than 30-60mins is not very ideal.***Moral of my lengthy story...- Great customer service! 👍🏼- Seemingly poor time-management and decision-making on what to tackle first, second, third, etc. 👎🏼

My wife asked for the cheap nineteen ninety five oil change. Was told it would be twenty five minutes. Two and a half hrs later, my pregnant wife and small child finally got the car and a thirty seven dollar bill... Between this and a bad experience at another location where they didnt change my oil filter. I will not be returning to walmart service centers....

The 2 stars is generous. I guess this is what u should expect from walmart tire center. Zero...and i mean zero customer service....none of the staff cared about the job and none sem to even understand basic customer service. Tires were supposed to be in next day...they werent. They were supposed to call me...they didnt. Zero cars in service bays but was told 3 plus hours to install 2 tires. Staff works at 2 speeds...slow and stopped. Manager non-existent....other manager in othr department useless...i mean i set the bar low....very low because its walmart...and they couldnt even reach that low standard. I will say the installer did a nice job...well, except incorrect tire inflation and not removing the adhesive from the wheel weights.
Be careful when you buy a tire from them. I bought 4 tires with the hazard warranty on them, one of them blow out so I went to walmart to get it fix since I have the road hazard warranty. They told me the tire isnt repairable because the damage from outside the tire and they refused to replace it for free and they give me a discount on a new tire and they refused to transfer the lifetime hazard or the lifetime balance on the new one. Is it my problem that you sell people bad tires that blow out anytime!!!! LIARS
People are clueless. Rude and all they do is sit here and bash their company with f bombs. 3rd time here to get a tire balanced correctly and they dont even know how to do that. Spent a total of 8 hours in this god forsaken place and still not corrected. Emailed and called the complaint line and they cant even call you back.

Bought tires here just to end up having to have Pep Boys put them on days later. The staff are completely rude and have no compassion at all.
