The employees in the auto care center are amazing. Their customer service is the best. The manager Rick is amazing also. Very helpful. Detailed information. And he takes his time to make sure you understand everything. I love this Walmart auto care center. They should train other employees on how to treat their customers.

Love the store. But the manager at store #2281 refused to honor price displayed. She is in the picture. The highest price was $46. Not $72. She charged me $152.08 for 2 dumbells and refused to correct the issue. Price deception is illegal. Really bad customer service. Is this the new Walmart??

This place is a poor excuse for a business. The stock is inconsistent and is never can be found on the following visits. Theres always chicken bones laying around the store on selves for whatever reason. Occasionally youll see people walking their dogs in the store (non service animals) I would rather pay more money somewhere else and avoid the grossness of this place. I posted pictures of the chicken bones from 3 separate instances.

I asked about the best buy date to an employee, but they did not know. Many were 2 weeks past the date, but still on the shelf. UPDATE: A lady in the fresh food section told me that the date on Blueberries is the PACKAGED date. So, obviously buy any berries the latest date you can find.

Today I tried to call for assistance to get a fishing license but called the wrong department. The employee corrected me on the department I needed and then hung up on me while I asked to be transferred. I then called back and nobody answered. I came all the way to the store for assistance and an employee called for assistance in that department but nobody showed up. I waited 20 minutes plus the 20 minutes I called prior to coming to the store. I seen a manager and asked for help but he kept walking and was helping with someone else while other employees saw me waiting and never asked if I needed help. Terrible service.

Waited in electronics for 15 minutes for the supervisor to bring the keys he never showed. We had to leave. I have also had good experiences here so 3 stars instead of 1.

Forgot how HUGE this place is. Great selection of produce and meat. Nice bakery, deli, prepared food options. I just stayed in the grocery section of the store during my short visit.

Probably the worst stocked store Ive ever been to. Im a coast to coast truck driver. Ive been to many Walmarts coast to coast. Literally out of fresh produce both times Ive been to this location. All the shelves in every department are half empty. God forbid you increase your hourly wage and hire about 100 more ppl as well. Sad Walmart. You can tell the employees are stressed and overworked.

Its ok. Its Walmart. Typical Walmart selection. Most produce is good and the bakery is worth it. I wouldnt buy meat here. Avoid if you need anything that would be locked up like nicotine patches, baby formula, or undershirts. Getting an employee with a key takes forever

There was no service clerk at the jewelry counter when I got there as a matter fact there is never anyone in that department know matter what Walmart I go to, went to customer service and ask can they page someone to the jewelry department took a good 20 minutes for someone to show up, what i can say is this, she did apologize for being late in coming alone with that she was very helpful and polite while waiting on me, so it was all good.

Selection in food department is wide and prices are fair. Selection in HomeGoods and Cosmetics needs to be replenished better. Self checkout team members are wonderful, attentive, caring and solutions oriented.

Personally, I feel this Walmart is terrible. Its close to home, yet I drive an extra 25 mins at times to go to a different location. When Im not able to do so, and end up at the west Mifflin location, every time I regret it. The place is a mess, things are thrown about and never where they are supposed to be. The employees dont care, and thats even before covid. Ive been visiting this location for nearly 16years and its always the same. The store has never been organized. Just 2 days ago, the front end employees where so loud and obnoxious goofing off with eachother, all while I was waiting to ask a question. Then they made it seem like I was such a nuance for asking a question, like I was bothering them, and thats just my last experience from a couple days ago.Every time I go its something, but more often or not, I deal with employees who are rude, who flat out ignore you, or who would rather talk to their friends at work rather than assist a customer who is clearly waiting to be helped.The store being unorganized and messy is just ongoing. Noone seems to know where anything is when asked, and thats probably because everything is just thrown about. Employees putting go backs on whatever shelf they want because they are too lazy, Ive seen this numerous times. Its a shame.

Its crazy here. No mask, armed security, crazy kids running around, empty shelves, next to no cashiers. Anyone u ask for help is depressed and mostly will just say theyre out or dont know what ur looking for lol not all do this but the clothes pple for sure. Which is ok. Its just feels like ur in a shop n save kinda down trotten not to bad but never fully stocked or staffed.

Folks are ok but can be nasty at times. Youll find that the customers are pushy and they dont always say excuse me. And watch trying to cash 💸 your checks ✔ there because some can be cashed but some may not. I tried to cash 💸 my two checks but they wouldnt register 😕. Maybe they could fix it to do that. Look at what they did to the scan and go line. They fixed it to where you have to have the card( credit,debit,etc, etc) for those lines

This is my home store. Im here at least 2 or 3 times a week. Regardless of my patronage over many years, I feel as though there is a lack of training for their employees, especially in customer service....Last night I ran out of gas pulling into the Walmart parking lot in a used truck that I just bought last week. I flagged down a cart returner and this guy said he couldnt help. I really need the car to get to the incline Walmart driveway and coast to the speedway. Instead, a fellow customer helped since the man refused and contu&to, even I turned qmgg

The hillbillies on the parking lot that sell fireworks during summer time will try to damage your vehicle, beat you up, and flash their gun at you if you park too close to their tent. Too big. You waste time wandering around looking for what you need. They should have a labeled floor plan kiosk at different points in the store.Even a smart kiosk that you input what you are looking for.I would recommend more floor people so that you can actually ask someone a question, but I think that stores today have gotten past that.

This Walmart is awful. Ive seen someone throw themselves out of the courtesy motorized scooter onto the floor because they couldnt buy cigarettes with food stamps. And on my most recent trip, I abandoned my items as only self checkout was open and the line wrapped around the building and went all the way back to the electronics sections. Proceed at your own risk.

They need more registers open all the workers they have for departments,the store is not that big, you have to wait in 1 out of 5 lines plus self checkout for like 10-20 minutes before your waited. Another thing is a lot of empty shelves and select items could be due to the pandemic as well not to sure

I go here all the time. However, be prepared for long lines as they usually dont have enough registers open. That includes the self checkout. Good otherwise for any shopping needs!

This review doesn’t even relate to shopping. I had brought a big 24 count muffin pan and my boyfriend left it in the cart when he was unloading. I didn’t realize until about 2 in the morning when I was going to start baking that it wasn’t in my car. I drove all the way to Walmart after 2 am and DEB and WAYNE literally searched every single cart, they even called someone to search the customer service items left behind and they were even going to help me search the garbage cans for my receipt to show a clerk the following day so that I can get my pan that was stolen out of the carts. I just wanted to say I really appreciate their help beyond words!! Thank you so much Deb and Wayne. You guys made my night so much better! Please give them a raise!! I couldn’t believe how far out their way they went for me. I’m so thankful!❤️

Pros - its a superstore so they sell everything that you need. The self-checkouts will be your best friend if you dont buy a lot of items, and the prices are reasonable. I have bought shoes, winter coat and dress shirts from this store two years ago and I still wear them! I also got a bunch of kids chairs for childrens church, and surprisingly three years later they are still sturdy and none has broken so far.The items at this store are affordable, and recently they have employed an AI machine that drives around the store to keep track of inventory.Cons - customer service isnt the best. Also they have twenty checkout counters but only open three!?

The grocery pickup is so unorganized. The orders comes out in so many bags. One item a bag SERIOUSLY????. They all need to be trained properly from Managers, Team Leads, pickers, and delivering orders to cars. Never have I been more insulted at Wal-mart as I was today. Waited 1 hour for an order and i called and told them and i spoke with a Team Lead named Sarah. She was so rude and cancelled my Dash so another Dasher could get it. After an hour come on now. Then i went into the store and asked to speak to a manager and ol behold guess which one came to speak with me. Team Lead Sarah . Then she said that she cancelled my dash because i was ignorant . She needs MANNERS. You dont speak to customers like that.

Things are never put on the shelves in the correct spots, things are not labeled properly, they never match the clothing size to the size on the hanger & most of the staff are ignorant....Get it together Walmart before youre the next K-Mart (outta business)

I saw a guy and a girl laying on a blanket at the far end of the parking lot in the grass and they were trying to get busy while cars drove by. I recently left all kind of long rambling review for Walmart. Was made on the fly, probably a few spelling errors. Use the voice and spell thing. Which Im using now but didnt take time to correct it. Okay, down to business. Theres too many times that they had the wrong item, usually a more expensive item in the wrong space on the Shelf so you got a nasty little surprise sometimes when you got back to the register. Theyre all of common things much too often that they should have a ready supply of. Batteries, cooking gas, kosher consomme. Makes a great easy soup on the go. Try it instead of ramen noodles just substitute any kind of noodles you want, spaghetti Etc. If you know you sell a lot of a certain item, why not order extra. They discontinued selling fish, rifles and for some reason the bike racks are always empty. This makes no sense to me. It seems like theyre trying to please a customer base that doesnt cater to Walmart. What do you want to make a bunch of people happy for the dont shop at your store. While disrespecting the ones who do. Last but not least a long should have opened the back up to 24 hours or at least 11. Though I do admit the coronavirus has made a resurgence. Well thats it. I go here for all my groceries. They get a little busy and heavy handed at times, but it is best to go when the crowds arent so heavy and big, it is more calmer and pleasant that way. Sometimes the staff yells at their customers here when the store is a lot busy and out of control with customers disrespecting the store and other fellow customers.

I went to Walmart for my Covid vaccine, this was my second one. I thought the whole process there was very quick and easy! The pharmacist gave my first one, he was very sweet and asked if I had any questions. He gives shots very well, and I absolutely hate needles! The second time they sent me back to the old pick up area behind the shoe department. 2 women were there to give the vaccines, and they were very good too. Walmart made this process very convenient for me, I give them 10 Stars out of 5 for that! Better than going to my doctor appointments!

I buy 9 can similac powder but they charge me for 10can i buy other stuff too so I didn’t calculate but after I came home I saw my receipt and I saw they charge me $17.54 extra so I called Walmart after few minutes wait one lady receive my phone and I told her what was happened after she listened me she told me to wait and put my call on hold for long time and they didn’t answer my call

This Walmart is good and I believe it is a very perfect location course there making tons of money there but its very convenient for lots of different types of people throughout our communities and the people there are really good.In other words I think people are fairly tolerant of each other at this store considering how big it is and everything that goes on right now in our society.

This store is absolutely massive, but its what you expect from a Walmart in terms of quality. I went on their website to look for iPod 30-pin cables. These cables are old so I did not expect to find an onn. branded one on the site, listed 7 left in stock at this location. I come here about an hour before closing and I ask a lady where this cable was. Keep in mind I went to the electronics section and she was working specifically there. She suggests an isle for Audio/Video that only had HDMI cables. I return to her and said I couldnt find the cable, and she shrugs it off and immediately walks away as I was trying to talk. 5 minutes later, after more searching to no avail, I approach her again. I suggested they might be in the back. She looked at me and said No.. And walked away again. Without even bothering to look in the back, of course.She clearly was not trained enough, which I am not going to blame her, but dont let untrained people run an entire department.

Unknowledgeable auto staff mixed with poor management and bad attitudes. I cant count how many times I myself have dealt with ignorance or inconsistency with this place let alone others I have seen. Ive seen staff tell make up reasons as to why they did something on a vehicle or why they couldnt do something. The latter option being the most often since it seems this place is filled with incompetent people and lazy employees. Management seems to be lazy or just not care about customers to overlook the way their staff treats people. I mean overall Walmart is not known for their service but this place is exceptionally bad. Once I needed to speak with their manager about issues I had with tires they balanced and the guy never came and talked to me. I believe his name was christian or jake. He literally stood there talking to an employee in the garage and looked like they were having a party in their laughing. Neither of them working and then he never came to resolve my issues. The tires were not properly balanced as they would vibrate while driving as soon as I hit 50 mph and Everytime I paid to get them balanced it was never fixed as if they did nothing. Its quite possible they never did anything since none of them work or really seem to know whats going on. They act like they cant be bother to answer questions or speak to you. They take their good old time to do anything then give you attitude the whole time. Went for an oil change and afterwards my oil was still dirty they said its because the dipstick will always show dirty oil... If you change and actually drain all the oil properly before putting on a new filter and adding new oil that wont be a problem. Will not be back here and would not recommend taking your car here unless you enjoy paying for the same job three times before its done right.

I bought a 65 inch vision TV from this Walmart. When I got it home after paying someone to pick it up because I didnt have a vehicle big enough to transport it, it had a dot in the middle of the screen. I called out there to talk to someone about coming and picking this tv up and dropping another one off or reimbursing me for my money. He said sorry theres nothing we can do. I just dont feel I should have to pay again to have it transported when this time its not on me. Yes the first time was because I wanted to purchase a TV. After I pay to get this back to their store I will never buy any electronic from Walmart again. You would think they would test the TV before placing it on their shelves for 700 dollars for it not to work or have a defect.

This Walmart is fine. The parking lot is always filled as it serves a large area. That said, what I like about this one is that they always have items in stock and their customer service is great. They never hassle you on a price match or a return. This is why Walmart is killing all the old-fashioned retailers.Update: Again visited with a friend who had a return today and it was completely no hassle return. Lots of checkouts open.
